Granted, I did not by my Ford Explorer there, but glad I bought it at Windward Ford. I would do it again! More

Service agents were very honest in their reporting of the issues, and very considerate and flexible. Will gave me enough time to arrange for towing in & out. I was expecting a call after the parts were recei issues, and very considerate and flexible. Will gave me enough time to arrange for towing in & out. I was expecting a call after the parts were received, but after my agent left, there was no update from another agent until I called to follow up. After waiting a month for TCM, it was reported that the actual issue was with the transmission. I am not sure if that could have been detected earlier and whether a month-long wait could have been avoided, so my judgement is not based on that. I had to donate the car and spend a lot on rental (no loaner car provided). But the service agents were patient and honest in communication, and did not try to sell unnecessary work. More
My service technician, Will has been very helpful and really doing his best to help get my car repaired properly. We took it to another dealership previously in another state and they were not able to f really doing his best to help get my car repaired properly. We took it to another dealership previously in another state and they were not able to fix my car correctly on two separate items. Will was able to get me to parts needed to completely replace my transmission and my car is running great. I’m counting on him to discover my problem with my a/c that the other dealership also could not repair. I really appreciate how well he communicated with me and kept me informed of their progress.
