She clearly explained my options and moved quickly to process my paperwork. Since I had some time, I decided to pop in and say hi to the salesperson who sold me my Ford Escape, Guy Mello. Everyone at this dealership was helpful and courteous. I will surely return to this location to purchase and service my cars. More

We paid for the best service package (45,000 mile service plan) and an explanation was provided by the service advisor along with a comparison of the other service packages offered by the dealership. When picking up the vehicle, I was told about a transmission oil leak that was noted but no transmission oil leak was noted in the service summary report. No transmission oil is leaking out onto the floor of our garage where the car parks and no transmission oil was replaced by the service department to supplement the oil that was reported to have leaked from the transmission but the service department said they would need to schedule a separate "diagnostic" check of the car to determine the source of the leak which is another large, additional cost. No one at the service desk could answer or address these questions or concerns when I raised them. I scheduled the "diagnostic" check to determine the source of the leak but have concerns about how a transmission leak could be detected by the service technician but transmission oil does not need to be replaced in the car. In addition, a "Service Vehicle Mobility Kit" notification light keeps coming on in the dash but this wasn't addressed during the service. . .I fear another high cost for servicing the vehicle mobility kit. All the vehicles we own are serviced at the dealership we purchased the vehicles from More
