I have been asking for this vehicle to be fixed and I am just being strung along. The customer service has excuses so as to not fix the problems of this brand new lighting. It literally feels like I’m not being respected and brushed under the rug!!!! I am totally not satisfied on what’s going on and being pushed aside and forced to use a brand new truck that isn’t doing what it’s suppose to be doing!!!! The problems still exist!!! The general manager got fired and more so I’m not getting the customer service that I would expect for a so called reputable dealership!!! More

I recently had a disappointing experience with this dealership. Despite explicitly instructing them to perform only an oil change, they went ahead and conducted a full 10,000-mile service, resulting in dealership. Despite explicitly instructing them to perform only an oil change, they went ahead and conducted a full 10,000-mile service, resulting in a charge of nearly $600 without my authorization. When I contacted them to address this issue, they suggested measures to prevent such occurrences in the future, yet they had already ignored my initial instructions. I expressed my dissatisfaction, noting previous unsatisfactory experiences at this location and stating that this incident solidified my decision not to return. The staff appeared indifferent and made no efforts to rectify the situation or offer any form of accommodation. It's evident that customer service is not a priority for them, likely due to their monopoly as the only dealership on this side of the island. Despite the convenience of being just minutes from my home, I will not be returning due to the poor service and lack of consideration for customer satisfaction. More
Made arrangements with Landon Ivy for a service appointment. (K3 maintenance) The staff greeted me with great aloha and set the whole process in motion. I was given a ride home by Ron - which I truly appreciated so that I didn’t have to wander around Kailua on foot while my car was serviced. Ron & Landon picked me me when the car was ready, I paid my bill and drove off the lot completely satisfied and happy. Great job Windward Ford! More
