Under staffed unable to keep scheduled commitments. not informing clients that there car was not worked on until 4 to 6 hours after drop off. Not just once but 3 times in a row for us. up charging cost on project that have been spec for parts and labor. They claim something was missed in the first inspection and the next tech found a problem with the job.Your techs must do the inspection right the first time, not a month later after the part comes in and the job is in progress. the list goes on.
