We never felt pressure from anyone, they truly just wanted us to be happy with a vehicle. Had a great experience with Wind Gap Chevy when purchasing my 2024 Chevy Traverse. Jonny, the salesman was great throughout the whole process. Before making the drive to the dealership, Jonny kept purchasing my 2024 Chevy Traverse. Jonny, the salesman was great throughout the whole process. Before making the drive to the dealership, Jonny kept in great contact with me and provided me with information regarding the new vehicle and ensuring I would be able to have a smooth purchasing experience when I arrived at the dealership. Once at the dealership, Jonny and the finance staff made the experience super smooth and easy. Jonny made sure that I loved the vehicle that I was purchasing and went over every little detail with me. The finance manager did not pressure me into anything I did not want to include with my purchase and provided very great information. Overall my experience at Wind Gap Chevy was great! The customer service is excellent and I would make the 1 hour drive to them any day! I definitely recommend this Chevy Dealer to anyone searching for their next vehicle! More
