I was browsing on your website and received an email from Rose. I began explaining to Rose that i was just browsing but in order to look at the website i had to fill out the pop up that came up on my screen. Rose. I also explained to Rose my circumstances and that it was unlikly i would be approved. Rose was wonderful she stated that Brown Daub understands that thing happen to all types of people and that they are willing to help anyone as long as i was willing to put forth the same amount of effort. She asked me to set up an appointment and to come in on my day off so that i would have time to spend in the dealership. I figured i would because what was the worst that can happen. I decided to take my chances. When i arrived at your location i asked for Rose she gave me a warm and friendly greeting. She then paired myself and my husband up with Nick. Nick went right to work to see what it was he can do for me. He asked me what it was i was looking for and how i will be using the car to place me in the one. Nick quickly grab my info processed what he needed and came out with GREAT news. I have to say my husband is not and was not the easiest person to deal with but Nick and your staff were extremely wonderful. Not only did i think i was not going to be approved i would have never thought i was going to leave your lot with a 2011 Chevy Cruze. Let me say Thank you to you for having a wonderful staff but i would like to thank Rose because without her i would have never enter your dealership or any other. Nick proved himself to be friendly, knowledgeable and willing to spend the time necessary to explain everything we asked about the process. Good experience, got good deal on car. Bill was very helpful and patient with me. I just remember back in the day when my parents bought vehicles, the salesman would be there when they picked it up and helpful and patient with me. If the salesman couldn't be there, someone else would do it. My husband bought a truck at Brown Daub and was told he had free Lifetime Inspection. Does that apply to me too? Don't know. I don't know anything about satellite radio, how long it lasts in the car before you have to renew, nothing about On-Star, etc. A little info would have been nice, but I guess I'm down to reading the book. More

My wife and I were treated with professional courtesy by Terry, our sales rep. He listened to our (extensive) list of wants and needs, and we ran the gamut of vehicles on the lot.
