Although the problems i had with my Jeep, i had absolutly no trouble having service repair the problem. The loaner car i received was capable of fitting my needs for a vehicle and my lifestyle. 2010 Malibu which sticker window said average 33 mpg and we have had car since June 201o and have not averaged more that 27mpg. I owned a 2004 malibu with a 6 cylinder 3 speed automatic and we avereaged the same amount of mpg..the 2010 has a 4 cylinder 6 speed automatic. Took car in for service and supposedly did diagnostic but did not inform us of results. Took care for recall and oil change. More

Both sales persons were very friendly. Terry was very easy to work with and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. I was able to close the deal and drive the vehicle home after it was detailed. We have experienced great service since we walked into the dealership in October, 2009 starting with our sales person, Eric. He has kept up his communication with us.
