Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to see if there were any used cars on the lot that would serve as a first car for my daughter. Stated our price range up front and while Bob was not initially aware that any used cars on the lot that would serve as a first car for my daughter. Stated our price range up front and while Bob was not initially aware that there was anything, he took the extra step to ask us to come inside as he could provide us with contact information for someone that purchases used vehicles from the dealership that might work. He then asked if he could introduce us to his manager. At that time we met several employees, including the manager. One of the other sales reps informed Bob that he had just brought a car up from another dealership that might be appropriate. My daughter was quite pleased with the looks of the vehicle and Bob set it up for us to take it out for a test drive immediately. The price we were quoted was definitely fair when I reviewed it on NADA. I stated that one of the deciding factors was going to be the auto insurance premium which I could not obtain until Monday morning. My other qualification was that I wanted someone with mechanical aptitude to look the car over. Accommodations were made for my brother to visit the dealership Monday afternoon with minimal notice to look it over. Bob had the car on a lift when we arrived to allow him to look it over from the bottom up! We then took the car for a ride and my decision was made. Much to my daughter's delight, we were able to pick the vehicle up that evening! A couple of small items needed attention and were addressed as soon as a part or two came in. What a GREAT experience! I have been going to this dealership for many years. Most everyone there knows me,both in sales and in the service department. I do feel they know me in regards to how I take care of my vehicles and what ki everyone there knows me,both in sales and in the service department. The sales and financing teams were very decieving. We were promised the world and received only grief. We were told one price, and when we asked about the trade in offer of $4700 the price of the car we were promised the world and received only grief. We were told one price, and when we asked about the trade in offer of $4700 the price of the car went up just about the same amount as the trade in. The finance team was informed of where we stood. We were told we would have only one hit on our credit report. Come to find out--they ran our credit through 10 or more banks! The promises that were made were washed away. We left with nothing and a credit score that was worse than when we came in. If you are looking for honesty and integrity in a dealership stay away from this one. Playing three card monty would be a better bet. More
This is my third return to Brown Daub Wind Gap for a new car. I returned because of the extremely professional and friendly, outgoing "make you feel at home" associates. All of the staff, not just those selling the cars, are eager to accomodate the customers so that the car buying experience is pleasant. The wants of the customer come first at Brown Daub!!! AND THEY LISTEN and find the perfect fit...both in a car, and in the financing arena. It is nice to go to the dealership after the sale and still be greeted by my first name...as I am in the waiting room while my car is being serviced...or wandering around the showroom or lot to look at the new models. I would highly recommend Brown Daub to any of my friends and family looking for a car - new or used. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT is excellent...honest and forthright. I trust them...not a comment you hear about many mechanics !!! I will be back for my next new car...at Brown Daub. I LOVE MY NEW CRUZE !!!!!!!!! More

My wife and I actually visited the dealership to look at an advertised 1974 Corvette. Although it was an awesome vehicle the nice shiney red 2011 that was sitting in the show room caught out eye. This was my very first visit to a GM dealership. Ever. I was more than pleasantly surprised. It's not one of those high-overhead flashy dealerships that you see on "Auto Miles", it's more like the dealer I was more than pleasantly surprised. It's not one of those high-overhead flashy dealerships that you see on "Auto Miles", it's more like the dealership your dad went to for every one of his 8 new cars. Very modest, very authentic, very down-to-earth. And no-nonsense. They bent over backward to treat me well, even though I made it clear I was bottom-line price driven. Well, not only was I treated well, I got the best price from any of the eight dealers I visited. Bryan is great to work with. He's a genuine, no BS kinda guy. Jeff, who's one of the owners, is always around and ready to help. His presence and ready availability (you can just ask for him on the phone -- try *that* with most dealers) definitely makes you think that he has nothing (and no reason) to hide. Since I just took delivery today after a month-long buying process, I haven't had any experience with the service department yet, so I can't say too much about that. I'd be surprised if they were any different from the front end of the business though. Overall, these folks -- all of them there -- earned my business. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone. More
I started looking for a Used Vehicle at first, after seeing the sticker prices of Used equipment I decided on new, I ended up at Brown Daub after I was tired of Dealing with out rated sales, I went in S seeing the sticker prices of Used equipment I decided on new, I ended up at Brown Daub after I was tired of Dealing with out rated sales, I went in Spoke with Jeff Stated My price range and what was wanted. I was introduced to Bill, and we took the walk on the lot. At first there was nothing that appeased me in a 6 foot crew cab Diesel, I was shocked when they dug threw some inventory and found what I wanted. The Truck was out of my price range, but after some reassuring talk I was able to secure the vehicle at the price I wanted. To make things better, a few extras were on the truck unbeknownst to me that were haggle free definite plus.... I have put 138 lovely miles on this vehicle and have enjoyed every 138 miles in one day :) Looking forward to the first service from them.... definitely worth taking the time to talk to these gentlemen. More
