This was my second new car that I bought from Wind Gap Chevy-Buick.The first time I bought a 2008 Chevy Cobalt.After 5 years I wanted to trade it in for a 2013 Chevy Cruze. I am a third time Buick owner. I buy a car once every 10 years. Why? Because Buick is reliable, safe, sturdy, beautiful to look at (very classy), fun to drive,trustworthy and dependable. At the onset of our meeting, we told Tom that we wanted a Buick, and only a Buick, but were not sure which one to choose. Tom listed to our wish list, our wants, likes and dislikes and pointed me to the Verano. One test drive and I was hooked. Tom was very knowledgeable about the product. He offered suggestions and answered all our questions, some before we asked. Pushy salesman have made us walk away from a good deal simply because we don't like being pushed, we like to digest all the information and make our own choices. Tom Ehrlich was always enthusiastic regarding the Buick we were looking over, the dealership in general, but he NEVER PUSHED. Perfect salesman. We would give him a perfect score without hesitation. It was a good experience and we recommend Wind Gap and Tom to anyone we know that is interested in purchasing a vehicle. Very friendly atmosphere - ironically this use to be a Slate Belt location years ago and my parents bought a 1999 buick century (new) from Rich Riehl on Sept 9,1999 when he was a sales person and now pres Slate Belt location years ago and my parents bought a 1999 buick century (new) from Rich Riehl on Sept 9,1999 when he was a sales person and now present day sales manager. My mother still has the day of sale picture and also, still has the car today. So, you can say repeat buisness years apart and GM cars last when properly maintained. I had a bad experience at another dealer, so I went into Brown Daub to look at the Chevy Cruze and I ended up leaving the same day with one! Too many times you receive high pressure tactics when car shopping and this was not the case at this dealership. Tom Ehrlich allowed us to shop and reflect on the purchase without making us feel like we would be losing out if the purchase was not immediately made. His honesty and friendliness made me want to purchase the car from him. He helped us make the best decision for the price and allowed us to get the car I really wanted. It was refreshing to have such honesty while reaching the purchsasing price without playing bargaining games. The entire experience was pleasant and stress free. More
I contacted Wind Gap Buick Chevy on the Internet to inquire about the value of my Chrysler PT Cruiser,if I used it as a trade in.Rose Danner contacted me and invited me to come in .She introduced me t inquire about the value of my Chrysler PT Cruiser,if I used it as a trade in.Rose Danner contacted me and invited me to come in .She introduced me to my eventual sales person Andrew Gallagher We discussed my trade in value and he also showed me two very nice per owned vehicles which fit my needs aNissan and a Honda .I was more interested in a new Chevy Sonic ,we looked at two or three.I explained what my wife would like.We took a test drive,I was very impressed. My wife has health issues and she wasn't with me.He suggested that I could take car home to let her get alook and drive the car.The next day we returned car and picked out another Sonic my wife liked better and we struck up a deal that fit our needs and budget. Monica Rubio was very helpful and informative explaining our loan and extra warranty options. They were very patient,we called our bank while we were arranging a plan .Monica and Andrew got us a lower rate than our bank could . I was very pleased with the sales and service that I had received at the dealership. Rich and Bob were fantastic with helping us decide on what would work best for us and explained in great detail the warra received at the dealership. Bob was great at explaining and showing me everything pertaining to the car. He also took the extra step to find me a booklet which hangs inside the car that allows me to use as a quick referral. I have been to other dealerships however the care and attention that I received at Brown Daub Chevrolet was top rated and I wouldn't think of going anywhere but here again. Hopefully I'll be able to work with Rich and Bob again, it was truly a pleasure. I can't thank you enough for making this a great experience all around. I have talked to everyone about how wonderful it is to purchase a vehicle at Brown Daub and will continue.
