I have found that I can count on Bob O'Dell and Rich to be very concerned with both my financial situation along with being willing to work out the best possible agreement that is mutually beneficial to to be very concerned with both my financial situation along with being willing to work out the best possible agreement that is mutually beneficial to both parties. I never felt pressure to accept what I was told without being able to give my rationale for a price that I had felt was reasonable to both of us.
