After looking most of the afternoon, I arrived just before closing and was welcomed by Tom. I was initially looking for a used car with low mileage, he showed me a Chevy Impala & then informed me tha before closing and was welcomed by Tom. I looked at the different ones on the lot & took a test drive. Because I arrived just before closing he did not rush, he took his time to go over my options. We discussed the financing & he then informed me that I could take the car home for the weekend. By Monday, I was very happy with the car. I went back on Monday to meet with Tom and finalize the purchase of the car. I would recommend Tom and this dealership to others that are looking for an easy, no pressure salesman. S. Fazakes E. I purchased by Chev. Cruse just before Christmas and have been very pleased. We do have an ongoing problem with the radio, but it is in the process of being repaired. My service with sales has been with Joe Selitto and has been outstanding. When we stopped to look at the cars, Joe met us in the parking lot with a friendly hello and handshake. We told him what we needed and what we could afford. Not once did we feel pressured into buying. He was most considerate and understanding of our needs. Joe showed much expertise on the vehicle we looked at (and bought) and assisted us in feeling comfortable with the purchase. Joe is definitely a true asset to Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick. I have told my friends....if you go there, ask for Joe. We are currently having a problems with our radio display on the dash, and the service dept. is working on this matter and have been much interested in my dilemma and anxious to repair. Though we just came in to browse and possibly test drive a Chevy Sonic, salesman Bryan Statler was excellent and went out of his way to help us. Bryan stayed late, well past closing time, to be certain that everything was in order before we left. Rich Riehl was also very helpful with the numbers, and dealing with both Bryan and Rich was actually a pleasure. This team was not the typical pushy salesman type which we all dread; instead, they were polite, considerate, and worked with us to give us a more than fair price.
