My family has purchased 5 cars from Tom Ehrlich at windgapchevy .we have been very happy with our cars, 4 cruzes and 1 sonic. The reason we traded was to trade up because we love them. My new cruze 2013 I drove him crazy to get the one I wanted and he did it, so I'm very happy I got what I wanted and didn't have to settle for a cruze I wasn't going to be happy with. The finance people work hard for you even if you don't have great credit like some of these dealers will just turn you away, they don't they try. The service dept is great too, they are all so friendly they help you out with any little problem you may have and you don't usually have to wait for ever, they have enough mechanics on staff so they can get the jobs done in a reasonable wait time. I have had bad experience at another dealer. My credit isn't great and wasn't sure what could be done to help me, if anything. She did not want to honor the price that I was given for car, she had a real bad attitude and when we finally received the final paperwork there were a lot of mistakes on her end. When I informed Nate and Michael about the problem with finance not honoring the price, they moved heaven and earth to keep their promise! Nate and Mike made the car buying experience easy and very enjoyable. Could not be happier with my new 2012 Chevy Sonic!!!!!!!
