Cappy showed us a couple of used cars that were in the price range we asked about then suggested that buying a new car would be better for us. He worked with the financing dept. and got us a better payment for the new Cruze than we would have gotten for used. He took care of all the paperwork including calling our insurance company to get the car added. Everything was explained to us thoroughly but we never once felt pushed into buying the car. All in all we had a wonderful experience and will be back next time we need a vehicle. More

I felt I personally needed to continue to shop elsewhere to see if I found something better. The next day I returned and purchased my " new ride" . John Corsale was wonderful with me. No pressure and just looked for what was best for me. He looked at the whole picture. I was really a tough customer. I am not the easiest to deal with when it comes to a high dollar purchase. I called one day to say it was a done deal and the next day I drove off in my present to myself. Yippee! The next day I got a call that they actually got me better interest rates, come back in to do paperwork. Bottom line is, they are only there for you. I had bought another vehicle there in 2005. I will return if I need another car in my future. I am speaking very highly of this dealership. Thank you. More

Jeff Baskin and his group "went beyond" what was expected or anticipated. They picked up our truck at our house and left a loaner and installed and mounted options at NO COST TO ME!
