Over the top Customer Satisfaction! Time was very short on my existing lease and NO ONE (at 4 other dealerships in my local area) had the courtesy to call me back. I needed a larger vehicle with a high tow capacity but also needed to stay within my budget. After a few minutes on the phone I set up an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was introduced to Bryan Statler. I test drove the vehicle I had inquired about and the rest is history!! Bryan and the entire crew working that day could not have been more polite and professional. I had only planned a test drive but EVERYONE was so courteous and accommodating that I was able to drive home in a beautiful 2015 Chevrolet Suburban. My best man at my wedding many years ago was a car dealer so I heard many stories of schmoozing the customer to cover up a fleecing. I hoped for a bit more on my trade but then I don't look at life from a pure financial perspective. They worked to get me a deal that spared me the dreaded "buyer's remorse" the minute I drove my car off the lot. I love my car. It's fun to drive and if a car isn't fun then what's the point. I've heard the term "gorgeous" several times since I bought it. If asked, I'll recommend these guys to anyone. Props to Cleber Geleski. I appreciate your efforts and the respect you gave me. More
