I’ve gone twice now in regards to my back up camera not working. They finally disclosed they do not know how to fix it and they are waiting for “tech” to call them back. my wife and i have purchased three different cars from A-1, even before they were a Mitsubishi dealership. I can remember when were in the process of buy my son and daughters first car. the owner himself A-1, even before they were a Mitsubishi dealership. I can remember when were in the process of buy my son and daughters first car. the owner himself made sure we got in the perfect car. After speaking to the owner for a while, and discussing the fact that his mother and my son are and were cancer survivors, he made us feel like part of the A-1 family. I cant say enough good things about the dealership. Great place to shop and the service center is top notch. More
