She went to bat for me with Toyota corporate and I got everything covered under warranty - it wasn't necessarily a foregone conclusion that it would all be covered initially so this was a big deal (almost 2k worth of work). Top level service and products I’m a fan of Wilsonville Toyota now since 2012. Although i live in Washington i am good with driving the +/-45 minutes every 6/8 months to this dealer I’m a fan of Wilsonville Toyota now since 2012. Although i live in Washington i am good with driving the +/-45 minutes every 6/8 months to this dealer services location- just to get my oil changed and the vehicle inspection service. I LOVE hanging out with my dog - the lounge is decent and comfortable but I really come for the professional direct courteous service. They are straight shooters. Love to see you driving their vehicles a long time and don’t high pressure you into anything! Best No BS kind of place that I highly recommend to anyone. More

Service department has always been very accommodating for appointment times and usually very close on service completion estimates. Still doing a great job. Still great service from day 1 when I got my Tacoma. My appointment was at 10:30 am and I was out at about 12:00. Amazing service I am so happy that they were able to reproduce the transmission problems this time and that they were able to do the software flash to fix this issue.
