Excellent communication as to what work needed to be done and what could be done at a later date. I was escorted to and from the waiting area with some assistance opening the door as I was having a leg issue and what could be done at a later date. Amazing service I was a walk-in for service & they were more than happy to get my car in as soon as they could. I live 30 mins away and wasn’t going to be able to get I was a walk-in for service & they were more than happy to get my car in as soon as they could. I live 30 mins away and wasn’t going to be able to get my car before they closed and they held it overnight for me!!! I’ve always had a good experience at Wilsonville Toyota. My now husband bought his truck here and the buying process was very smooth -we worked with one person the whole time and drove his truck off the lot within an hour and a half. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they are the best! More

The only problem we had this last time was picking up the car. After meeting with the service advisor and paying for the service, we waited over 15 minutes to get our car. We had to flag another worker to get our car. That was very poor service. Other than that, everything else was fine. More
