I needed to have the clutch replaced on my older 4runner. I had moved from California a year ago and had not found a new repair shop. I wanted to make sure that only Toyota parts were put into the car and was having a hard time finding a repair shop that would do that. Jeremy was friendly, courteous and professional when I came in for my routine oil change. He also informed me I would be requiring some new tires soon and explained why. Because I was already concerned about the wear on my tires even before coming in for service it was very helpful to have Jeremy confirm the same. After leaving my toyota at this car dealership for an entire day for service, I picked up my car to discover a large "J" shaped crack in the middle of the windshield. The service manager claims that the entire day for service, I picked up my car to discover a large "J" shaped crack in the middle of the windshield. The service manager claims that the crack was probably created because there was a small rock chip (which he claims to have found by which was not visible to the naked eye) and by the pressure created when closing the door. I have never heard a bigger bunch of baloney. Will never go back to this dealership again and will let everyone know not to go there as well. More

Over and beyond what we were expecting: Listened to the problems, worked hard to fix the issues and treated us with respect and compassion. Ron was friendly, fair and generous, doing all that he could to r problems, worked hard to fix the issues and treated us with respect and compassion. Jason was extremely patient, respectful, relaxed, and treated us as a friend, not as a necessary sale. Sorry we couldn't purchase this time around. Daniel worked hard to please us by waxing our car to deal with the streaks, very friendly, passionate about his work and realized he could make a difference and anxious to do so. Jessica treated us as a valuable customer, listening and doing what she could to resolve our issues. We came in with a somewhat skeptical attitude, left impressed and wanting to return. Thanks More
