I needed to have the clutch replaced on my older 4runner. I had moved from California a year ago and had not found a new repair shop. I wanted to make sure that only Toyota parts were put into the car and was having a hard time finding a repair shop that would do that. Jeremy was friendly, courteous and professional when I came in for my routine oil change. He also informed me I would be requiring some new tires soon and explained why. Over and beyond what we were expecting: Listened to the problems, worked hard to fix the issues and treated us with respect and compassion. Jason was extremely patient, respectful, relaxed, and treated us as a friend, not as a necessary sale. Sorry we couldn't purchase this time around. Daniel worked hard to please us by waxing our car to deal with the streaks, very friendly, passionate about his work and realized he could make a difference and anxious to do so.
