I've generally come to dread taking my truck in for service. It seems that I always come away feeling like I was being rushed through and rarely felt like my business was truly appreciated. My last experience at Wilsonville Toyota was just the opposite. Ali took care of me from the moment she said hello. She looked me in the eye and listened, she thoroughly explained what the technician found and what it would take to make the repair. As I drove away I could not help but think about what a great job Ali did in making my service experience a positive one. I'll be coming back for my next service. More
Took my Highlander in for an oil change. They gladly accepted a coupon from another dealership in the area. I also had a light bulb out and they fixed it for just the cost of the bulb! We even walked around the lot to look at the new cars while waiting for the service to be completed and no one harassed us. The complementary coffee, fruit and snacks are a nice touch. This is our family's fifth Toyota. We bought our car in Idaho and moved to the Portland area. It is nice to see that between dealerships Toyota's high standards are accross state lines. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Wilsonville Toyota has demonstrated top quality customer service: great attitude, eagerness to meet my needs, professional skill and knowledge levels, courteous, happy, and demonstrated top quality customer service: great attitude, eagerness to meet my needs, professional skill and knowledge levels, courteous, happy, and very good at listening. On my most recent visit, my first contact was with Stephanie, who scheduled my appointment, doing an incredible job of getting me in for service on that same day! Jessica, as always, took great care of me at the service desk, quickly listing my needs on the paperwork, answering one of my questions herself by showing me on the dashboard how to make sense of a "Required Maintenance" light, and arranged for an immediate visit with Gary, who talked me through the basics (and some technical detail) about the 1st generation Hybrid system in our Highlander (2006). Margaret, my life partner, and I, were once again impressed by the excellent service lounge with the very comfortable seating, the healthy snacks and beverages available (including organic oranges!!), and the fact that Jessica was able to step into the service lounge quickly and communicate with us (as were all of the service managers doing with the other customers). And the facility is always so very clean . . . did I say "CLEAN!" So in just 70 minutes, we had our needed work outlined on the computer, our vehicle was taken care of (including one additional item for which they asked permission to do, as it was something they noticed in the courtesy inspection), washed and dried, vacuumed on the inside, dashboard dusted, had a conversation with Gary about the Hybrid characteristics providing education about what we can expect, rested comfortably in the service lounge (me reading a book and Margaret knitting), provided with our bill, made our payment, were in the car and on our way. Amazing! More
