During the holidays I had my 2010 Prius serviced which I purchased from this location last year. Even with the heavy flow of traffic, the service department provided an example of amazing service, and war purchased from this location last year. Micheal Heatherly, who sold me my car, saw me getting a service and welcome me back. It was nice to talk to him after the past year, and he went over options for my son, who will be getting his own car early next year. Eventhough I was told it would take a few hours, my car was ready in under a hour. Service like this is hard to find, but nice to share with friends and family. I absolutely love Jason Thompson or as we call him Jamaica Jake. In fact, he was so wonderful that I have no problem buying all of my cars from him in the future. The only remotely negative thing I can say has nothing to do with the purchase or execution of the sale, but rather when I took the car for the required Free maintenance. I love that this is supplied for my new vehicle in 3 months I've gotten over 11112 miles on it, clearly I love the car. All was will with the maintenance check with the exception of the first time, the car wasn't vacuumed and the second time, the back window was still dirty (under the wing) after the car was washed. This in no way has discouraged me from ever returning. More

I have been going to Wilsonville Toyota for about 6 years now to have my cars serviced even though I live about 45 minutes away. I choose this specific dealership for the fantastic play room for my young chi now to have my cars serviced even though I live about 45 minutes away. I also love the friendly atmosphere. Everyone there always had a smile on their face as if they love coming to work everyday. Took new car, (only a few weeks old), in to have a tire replaced, (not any fault of the tire, ran over sharp object). The tire was damaged beyond repair.
