Even though my car was completely fine, they went through the trouble to check everything and didn't charge me a dime. Lucas was consistently checking in with me during my wait and even took the time to explain his thoughts. I would highly recommend this team! More

I originally went in for a normal service maintenance appointment for my 2012 Corolla LE that morning and Greg approached me. He informed me that I could leave with a brand new corolla without raising my monthly rate by much. I accepted! I picked out a 2015 Corolla S and I gotta say, its sexy! It drives smooth, I feel safe and comfortable driving it. Greg was awesome! Friendly, funny, easy-going and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience at Wilsonville Toyota. All their staff is helpful, friendly and appear to take pride in their jobs. Thanks Greg and good luck to you in your future with Toyota! I brought my car in to fix a tire and left with a new car. I guess they were really out of tires. This is the second car I've purchased through Wilsonville Toyota and it was surprisingly easier than the last I guess they were really out of tires. This is the second car I've purchased through Wilsonville Toyota and it was surprisingly easier than the last time. All I really need to say is Greg McMillin is awesome. They approached me about purchasing back my old car and selling me a shiny new one. (Again I think this is all due to the "lack of tire" conspiracy, hehe.) In my head I had a list of reasons why I thought it wouldn't be possible or feasible to trade up but Greg met all my needs and demands. He was a great help and fun to hang with. Now I've got a newer model with more gadgets and lower payments. I couldn't be happier. Well except for that winning lottery ticket I asked for... I guess that's still pending some paperwork or something. If you're reading this you should stop, and just go there. It's one of those things you have to experience rather than hear about. Like The Black Hills or cheese in a can. More

In particular, I want to note the exceptional service/support from Don Waters (Service Director). I recently purchased a used card from Wilsonville Toyota-Scion. The next day, we noticed that a back speaker was blown. Since the car was so new to us, I called Don Waters at the service department. Don helped me come out with a mutually beneficial answer to my problem. He truly went above and beyond what was required of him. He put the customer first by understanding my needs and empathizing with me. His creativity resulted in a solution that benefited both my self and his service department. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Wilsonville Toyota and, in particular, Don Waters. I wish I could say that all dealerships have treated me this way but they truly have not. I will tell many people to purchase and service cars at Wilsonville Toyota-Scion. Thanks again to Wilsonville Toyota and thanks Don! More

The typical thought process when it comes to car service (in my experience) is to make sure to get second opinions, make sure to do your research, ask lots of questions. To generally not trust the diagnosis given unless you really know what you're looking at. Every time I've done that with the people here it has been a waste of time. This isn't the kind of place where you need to do that. The car service here is great, especially for the people who don't know how to work on their own car, and don't have the time to learn. The reason this place is great for them is because they can have peace of mind coming here, knowing that the information they receive and the work that is done is accurate and necessary. I've had basic services like oil changes, filter replacements and spark plug replacements done here. Also I have had oil leaks repaired, an air conditioner replaced and probably things I don't remember as well. Every experience has been a good one, they always do what they can to make sure you can get the work you need done. Everyone down here is great, Darren, Ricardo, Don. It's worth the trip if you don't live in Wilsonville, and when the service is going to go long they will give you a ride, or a loaner car. You won't regret coming here. More

I've always had a good experience with Wilsonville Toyota when the service was covered under Toyota Care, but now that my Toyota Care coverage is over, I definitely would consider returning for additional paid service. I received a call from Greg one of the sales guys. He said they were interested in buying my car from me. I had already scheduled a 50k warranty / service checkup for later that day. Weary about doing another transaction with this dealership (I will explain this later) I decided to go in, and crunch some numbers anyway. I'm not one to hold grudges against anyone. The first transaction (Bought a 2010 Corolla) I was dealing with a sales guy name JR. JR didn't really explain much, and he really rushed everything. He really didn't seem to really care what type of vehicle I was getting or if I was really happy with it. I went from a 2003 Tahoe Z71 4x4 so going from that to a basic car was a huge deal for me. The 2010 corolla was "Certified Used" it had 26,400 miles on it when I got it, it already had bald tires, and had a minor ding on the rear back bumper which you couldn't see just by glancing at it. He kept saying "It's better than new" so I didn't really look it over and that's my fault. I've never had a car that new and that young in its life so again, my fault for not looking it over. After about 2 weeks I had it, the drivers side rear tire bulged out and popped. I was not happy to say the least cause I found out the rest of the tires will need to be replaced soon within the next 5 to 10k miles. I wasn't going to call the dealership and complain because who has ever seen a dealership after 2 weeks ever do anything about something like tires regardless what condition the vehicle is in. The 30k mile checkup was due. pretty quick. (My commute is 33 miles one direction per day this is why I wanted out of the Tahoe. 12mpg vs 34 lol you do the math) JR kept telling me during signing how awesome and wonderful the warranty I got was and told me its a no worry warranty. everything is covered. kept saying that over and over again. this is another thing that really irritated me... Misrepresentation of said warranties. come to find out, it was just a prepaid maintenance 55,000 mile "warranty" so smiles went to a frown during service pretty quick. after that was over with, I went on with life. A couple of days ago, when I was in for the 50k checkup on the 2010 corolla, I met Greg. Dude was awesome. From start to finish, it seemed like the guy actually cared. Was night and day dealing with this guy vs JR. I was glad to hear that JR left a long time ago. I figured i'd give this guy a shot. We sat down and talked for a few minutes then went and looked at a couple of cars. First the new camery then the new corolla. Very long story short, we crunched some numbers, I picked out the car this time, and they wrote it up. He explained everything in great detail. The 2014 corolla is a complete redesign and now it is completely awesome. This is the first time I've ever bought a brand new car and Greg did a great job with making the experience a positive one. He removed all of my ill feelings single handedly. Just goes to show you don't base everything on one single transaction. Greg and everyone else I talked to that day was extremely awesome. Boyce for a bean counter :) is awesome and awesome at his job. he remembered me from the first time I showed up with the Tahoe. Nice to be welcomed every time you come in and have a personable experience because the people are good at what they do. More
