Service Department I bought my car from Wilsonville Toyota so I decided that I would like to have all my maintainence and car care done there too. I'm so glad I did because they're friendly, helpful and take really good care of my car. I have had two maintainences done on my car and some scratches buffed out. The person who buffed out the scratches even buffed out some that I didn't know about. Plus, they vacuumed the car and washed it. Wilsonville Toyota go above and beyond the expectations to satisfy their customers. Great job! I'm very satisfied! More

I have had nothing but top notch service writers every time I have been there. My last experience was for a brake service and even though I was driving a Honda in there they made sure I got the sales price on the service (they even put Honda brake pads on). Not only was Gletsy great and kept me informed of the progress but he even found a few other places for me to save some money. Additionally, the Service Director came out to great me and make sure I had a top quality service experience. I highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota for vehicle service needs. More

The customer service is above and beyond and they always bend over backwards to make sure that my service is done efficiently, quickly and correctly. Very pleased with everything they have done. They even gave me a free loaner when they were going to have my Sienna for the day. I highly recommend them for all of your service needs- they will not disappoint. More
Unbelieveable! , and not in a good way. I took my 4-runner in for repair. I had a $300.00 pair of sunglasses that were in the center console of the vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle just I took my 4-runner in for repair. I had a $300.00 pair of sunglasses that were in the center console of the vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle just over a week later when the repair was done. The sunglasses were gone. They were never found. This is not something I would have ever expected to happen. I would not recommend taking your vehicle in if this is the kind of thing that is going to happen. If you do decide to take your vehicle there, make sure you remove all of your personal belongings. A shame. More

From Greg's first "surprising" offer through to the completion of my new lease, the positive experience that I have enjoyed twice before became even more positive at this superior dealership. Took my 2010 Prius over for help installing a headlight bulb and Lucas had me leave the car in front of his desk and got a mechanic to help him. Turned out I had the wrong bulb, but they gave me the correct one at no charge. The darn installation required removal of the windshield washing fluid tank and two other hoses. But they were as gracious about service as always. Lucas is awesome and so is Rob! I would buy another car from these guys just based on service. More

On Tuesday 12/02/14 I brought my 2010 Yaris in for a unusual noise problem, it was found to be that the Fender Well was loose. The problem was handled quickly and efficiently and even though it was a minor problem I was treated the same as had it been more serious.. I also appreciate the friendliness and the feeling that even though there was no charge, my business is appreciated and to come back again. Thanks again, and a detail I forgot to mention the first time, thanks for washing the car. I will be back. Jim Washburn More
