No appointment but got us quickly serviced anyway. We had lost our key to our 2010 Scion tc which we purchased at Wilsonville Toyota. The Parts department ordered a replacement in within hours. Estimated two hour, or longer wait, before we could get the new key cut and programed. But Jonah Nelson was able to address the customers before us and get our needs addressed within 40 minutes. There is never any pressure from the sales staff, they have always given me a good amount for my trade-in and were able to work a deal for me that was affordable. The service staff is also extremely good about getting my car in/out in a timely manner and making sure that I have transportation back/forth from my home while the car is being serviced. I have recommended this dealership to many of my friends. More

Best customer service - EVER I had the best service experience ever at Wilsonville Toyota. On Saturday April 11th, my FJ Cruiser had a alternator charging problem. I called the de I had the best service experience ever at Wilsonville Toyota. On Saturday April 11th, my FJ Cruiser had a alternator charging problem. I called the dealership at 2:30 PM and spoke with Lucas Hintz. Lucas assured me that they could take care of the problem. There were no loaner cars available at the moment so we agreed to bring the car on Monday and they would be ready for me. 15 minutes later, Lucas called back and said a loaner car was available and to bring my car in when I could. I drove the 15 miles to the dealership, met with Lucas and 15 minutes later, I was on my way in a brand new loaner car. Total time from discovery that I had a problem, to home with a loaner car was less than 2 hours. At 5:00 PM I received a call from Lucas informing me that my alternator needed to be replaced, how much it would cost and that it would be ready midday Monday. At 10:00 Monday my car was repaired,ready to pick up and washed! THAT"s what I call service. More

From the time I drove it off the lot, I have been extremely happy with my car and the folks at the dealership. Last week I had a "dummy light" (as I like to call them) come on. I fumbled through the manual trying to decide if I should drive it to work or not. At 8:00 in the morning I called the dealership to get some advice. Jonah Nelson is the gentleman who answered my call. He listened to my concerns, my description of how the car was driving and worked around my availability. He got me an appointment that day, late in the afternoon. I was worried I wouldn't have a car in the morning to get me to work. He assured me that I would be able to get a loaner or rental. Once I arrived, Jonah was there to check me in, took a look at my car, and decided I would need to leave it over night. Unfortunately, by that late time of the day, there weren't any loaners. I was a little stressed, but Jonah had me wait- maybe they could get it fixed before closing. AND they did! The work that was needed along with the parts were all covered under my extended warranty - and hassle free! Thank you so much Jonah for your kindness and professionalism! More

I had previously taken my 4Runner to another Toyota dealership in Portland, and though everyone was courteous, the skill level was just not up to par. So I called up Wilsonville Toyota and spoke with Lukas Hintz (aka Luke). I explained my concerns to him and he assured me that my vehicle would be in good hands at his service center. I brought my vehicle in and was given top notch service. These guys know what they are doing. I have full confidence in Luke and the service team at Wilsonville Toyota. I will definitely be going there for all my service needs. And when it comes time for a new truck, you know where I'm going. You're the man, Luke! Thanks, again. More

Service at Wilsonville Toyota I have a 2015 HL XLE that began to leak oil and needed to take it in for service. Luckily they had the gasket in stock and it was an easy fix (at lea I have a 2015 HL XLE that began to leak oil and needed to take it in for service. Luckily they had the gasket in stock and it was an easy fix (at least I hope it was the cause because I still see a little oil again, but I'm hoping it was just leftover oil residue that should have been cleaned up on the engine). When I got my vehicle back from the car wash, I was excited that all was done and I was ready to roll. Unfortunately when I got back home, I noticed that one of my custom wheels (brand new - about 1 week old) now had curb rash, a broken insert, and two other inserts with curb rash as well (just custom painted a few days before). I spoke with the Service manager - Mark - and he was able to handle the situation perfectly. I met with him, he did his inspection, and was able to order a new wheel at Discount Tire the same day! He also covered the cost of the custom paint for the damaged inserts. A+ for Mark on how he handled the situation. A note for future customers of Wilsonville Toyota that need service: No need to worry, you should be in good hands. The suspect employee that caused the wheel damage is not longer with the company. NOT because he was fired for this situation (at least that I know of), but apparently he was already on his way out anyhow. For me, getting a confession from him was unlikely and a moot point. Apparently this individual lacked honesty & work ethic. More
