I I wasn't happy about having to come back, a 30 minute drive, to have a recall taken care of, when it should have been taken care of the week before. I'd scheduled the first service AND the recall for Saturday, June 20th and was surprised they called us as early as they did, after dropping off the car. We finished spending time with our kids, then went back to pick up the car. While my wife was waiting, I went to take care of the paperwork and that is when I found out that they'd forgotten to do the recall. I had to reschedule for the following Saturday, at 7:15 to have that taken care of. They were apologetic, which I appreciated, but it was still a big inconvenience for both of us. More
Happy with everyone I worked with and the work done I came in for a recall and an oil change on Friday, June 26. There is no picture of him below, but I believe my service rep was named Chris. No paper on floor of car. Employee had dirt on shoes and shoes were wet. What happened putting the paper down in the car while being serviced? I was told only one "tire machine" (got nail out of tire) that was why the time completed was so off. Told NOON, not ready until 1:30...only after I kept bugging them. More

He advocated for me and gave me the best advice in a tough situation. He stuck with me through the entire problem until I drove away a very happy customer. This location is convenient for me so that is why I originally came here for service. Now I will come again because of people like Glesty whomknow what they are doing and get the job done! More

The service team was great and worked to get me in quickly as always. Once the truck was at the dealer customer service tanked. One of those horror stories you hear about car dealers. Everything that could go wrong with customer service did on that day. The Service writer failed to listen to my questions becoming defensive and rude when I was trying to ask how to fix the problem and for options. After I decided to go with another vendor outside the dealership the service writer became even less professional trying to discredit the vendor, complaining about another customers ethnic customs to me, and then shouting across the maintenance floor about warranties as I tried to leave. When I got my truck back I noticed a CV boot was leaking, something I was specifically told was not torn or damaged. Now why would I want to go back to these guys? Even though unfortunately they really, really messed up it was the actions of one person. What matters most to me is what they did next. Don the Service Manager personally called me up to discuss what happened. Don did what is probably the hardest thing possible to do by doing the right thing. He was the first to admit they dropped the ball, his guy didn't deny any of it, and he wanted to apologize. That is not how his service department works and not how they do business. He didn't want me to give up on the dealership because one person. From there Don worked to provide the level of customer service that I have received at every other interaction I have had with Wilsonville Toyota. Which has been nothing short of professional and excellent. Together we worked out the opportunity for the dealership to finish the job (as the vendor already did most the install) and begin repairing my trust in them. Don set me up with a new service manager, Matt, who embodied the level of service that brought me to buy my FJ at Wilsonville Toyota in the first place. Together they answered my original questions, took steps assess the part and send it in, and stand by the work that was done to my truck. By the end, Jake stopped by to offer his apology and reassurance that is not the way they do business. All my previous experiences at this dealership have been nothing but exceptional here. From parts guys staying late to help me put a thule roof rack on a Tacoma, to the service department getting me in ASAP for brake controller repair. Everyone has been exceptional and I only want to buy cars through Isaac Lodge who has taken care of me exceptionally well even after my truck went off the lot. As long as there are people like Don and Isaac at this dealership, people who will do the right thing, I will keep doing business with them. More

Replacing the hybrid battery was not an anticipated expense, even though my car has over 144,000 miles. Living without a car is not an option in my line of work. Wilsonville Toyota took amazing care of me and my car. They were fantastic advocates and were able to find a solution that worked for my family. Thank you to Jay, Dave, and Mark!! More
