I made an appointment on line for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped my car off about 5 minutes early and was told it would be an hour and a half. Waiting in the lobby and at the hour and a half mark rotation. Dropped my car off about 5 minutes early and was told it would be an hour and a half. Waiting in the lobby and at the hour and a half mark received a phone call saying that they had not even started my car and it would be a long wait for it to be done did I want to reschedule. Why have an appointment system if you cannot meet the schedule. No way I would come back. Looking for a new dealership. More
Their Moro should be “No Bull, We Lie To Our Customers”! Royce in the service department LIES! I am never going back to Wilsonville Toyota because of Royce and I have been going there for years. I have a 2 Royce in the service department LIES! I am never going back to Wilsonville Toyota because of Royce and I have been going there for years. I have a 2 hour round trip commute. I went in for a warranty issue. When I scheduled the my 2nd appointment for this issue the day before I specifically asked if I could get the shuttle to Bridgeport Village so I didn’t have to sit in the lobby for 4-5 hours, Royce said yes, that’s not a problem. It WAS a problem. I didn’t find out until after I drove an hour to get there that they didn’t have a shuttle on Thursdays. They don’t have loaner cars when you’re stuck there for hours on end. Then Royce said he would find out if someone could take me off and drop me off. He said he would come find me in the lobby and let me know. An hour and 15 minutes later he had not looked for me, talked to me or even called my cell phone with an answer. I spent the next 3 hours walking in the rain. When I picked my car up he didn’t even apologize for not getting back to me. Royce had no intention of of finding a ride for me. If you’re willing to blatantly lie about things as minor as a shuttle and find a ride for a customer and getting back to them with an answer, you WILL lie about big, important stuff! More

Intermittent issue with my 2020 Tacoma passenger window not going down, the driver side control for passenger window works perfectly! Truck is under warranty and I bought it there new with less than 15k not going down, the driver side control for passenger window works perfectly! Truck is under warranty and I bought it there new with less than 15k miles now. They replaced the passenger window switch but problem persisted. Had to return again for another diagnosis…the tech tapped on the motor and it then worked so they ordered a new passenger window motor. Seriously, this is how they troubleshoot without verification? When I asked to speak with service manager, Evan Bantin, Invoice 517963, regarding the diagnosis they said he was busy and would call me back. That was two weeks ago and no call!!! I won’t be buying from them again with this pathetic service. As an electronic technician myself for over 30 years, I just wanted some clarification on their diagnosis (did they check the wiring harness to motor, is there a separate wiring harness from passenger and driver side to motor?) before wasting a third day with my truck in the shop!! Wilsonville Toyota has lost my respect and my business. More

Cannot recommend Wilsonville Toyota Service Center for reliable service, ability to correct minor problem (unable to reset tire pressure sensor). Promised to advise me of reason and how they were going t reliable service, ability to correct minor problem (unable to reset tire pressure sensor). Promised to advise me of reason and how they were going to resolve and no response in over a week. Sensor fault occurred shortly after they did a tire rotation (Toyota Care Service) on my 2020 4Runner. They wanted to keep vehicle in their shop for an additional day to figure out the problem, seems a little extreme for a 15 minute max TPS reset. Service "advisor" was Jason, and the service personnel were less than organized and professional when leaving the car off for the scheduled "Toyota Care" service. My recommendation is better find a different and proficient Toyota service department for reliable and "as promised" services on your Toyota. One other comment, when picking up the vehicle (problem unresolved) the car smelled heavily of gasoline, excuse was "oh, it was serviced next to a car with fuel issue" and recommendation was just drive it with the windows open for a few minutes, how's that for professionalism! Went in for 30K mile service today. We bought their expensive service package when we bought the car new and were still charged over $500 for routine work they said should be done. Then they didn’t ev expensive service package when we bought the car new and were still charged over $500 for routine work they said should be done. Then they didn’t even reset the maintenance dashboard light. I had to call to see if it was something I could do myself and was told to Google directions based on make, model, year. Tried two different websites to fix it and it’s still on. I’m so frustrated and disappointed with them. If this is the service now, it makes me want to buy from someone else next time. More
They know why we are disappointed; so very disappointed. Now, off of principle, we decided to pay a different dealership to complete what was supposed to be free with the truck we purchased from Wilsonville. We had such high hopes and expectations for this place. More

I bought my car at Wilsonville Toyota and have had it serviced regularly for six years. After recently taking it in for a slow leak in a tire and learning that I would need to take it else where for a r serviced regularly for six years. After recently taking it in for a slow leak in a tire and learning that I would need to take it else where for a repair or get new tires (all reasonable conclusions), the service department returned it without pumping up the tire! Now that's bull. Also, in the many months of the pandemic, the service bay still isn't set up procedurally or physically to keep customers and staff safe. I would suggest going elsewhere until the management team makes some changes. I reached out to the general manager twice with no response. More
