Great service! Service went very well. Upon hearing that the car wash was not working, the service person, Glesty Waters could sense I was slightly unhappy so offere Service went very well. Prius Service I was disappointed with my service yesterday August 13. I dropped by car off at about 7:30 AM for a routine 5000 mile service. I asked if the car could be complete by 11:00 am that day. I was told no problem, and that I would be called when the car was finished. At about 11:15 I had still not heard from anyone, so I went to the service center and asked if it was complete, I was told yes, and I got a robotic like apology for not being called. To make matter worse, when I went to pick up the car, I was told that it was not covered under Toyota Care as I had 27K miles on my car. Therefore I got a bill that I was not expecting or warned about at the call I should have received. For whatever it is worth I was working with someone in the yellow area. More

Easy reservation at a time that suited me Service staff were pleasant and gave me a quick run down of the service that was to be done on my 15,000 mile service. Last service check we were told we needed new tires. Had them checked at a tire shop and we were told they were good. Katie said the tires apparently checked out fine this week. Glad I didn't spend hundreds of dollars before I really need to. More
Very disappointed in the service I bought a brand new RAV 4 Limited with every possible option from this dealership, when I found out it did not come with the HomeLink option, I asked I bought a brand new RAV 4 Limited with every possible option from this dealership, when I found out it did not come with the HomeLink option, I asked the parts department what I can do. They offer to put in an Auto Dimming Mirror, but it will cost me $600. Then the nightmare began ... After 3 days, they finally got hold of me and told me the wind shield broke when they tried to removed the original mirror, so I will have to wait until next Monday or Tuesday, so the wind shield can be shipped in from California. After 8 days without my car, I called, they told me the mirror did not arrive. I have to wait until next week. I was planning on taking a road trip with this new car, but instead, I will had to take this family trip with my 10 year old truck. After I came back from my trip, I called and the car is now finally ready. I picked up my new car, which I purchased on July 31st, but only got to drive for one week, then the dealer's service department kept it for 3 weeks after the wind shield was broken. Then ... I was driving down the road, a piece of molding fell off, I had to stop on the freeway to figure out what it was. It was the molding that was part of the mirror that was installed. Then I looked around and found there was another piece of molding sitting around the passenger side and I have no idea where it is from. I have been going to this dealer for the past 10 years for service and I am normally not very picky ... but on boy ... this was not acceptable AT ALL! More
