No problems! Took my 2006 Highlander in because I thought I had developed an oil leak. Turned out that it was the AC condensation tube draining as normal. Also had a high-pitched squeal from rear brakes when first used. Brakes checked and found to be fine. Problem was water and rust building up over night on rainy days/evenings. Overall a positive experience. Enjoyed the comfortable furniture and large TV in the waiting area, very homey feeling. The coffee and pastries were great. Only thing I would say is that all the employees walking back and forth to and from the service area could be friendlier. They all seem angry or unhappy. A smile, a nod or just a hello would be the icing on the cake. I don't know the names of any of the service people I worked with. Don't think he introduced himself to me but was a really nice kid. Jason, who was our salesman when we bought our car saw me and came over and sat and talked to me for awhile. Very nice of him to do that He's a keeper!!! Now I was there a week or so ago and went to the parts department to buy touch up paint and the person working there was not friendly at all. In fact he was rather grumpy and I felt like I was being a burden to him by being there. More
Being charged when we had purchased a service contract I went in for our service appointment knowing that we had purchased a service contract. When I was told to sign the form that was charging us $220 for I went in for our service appointment knowing that we had purchased a service contract. The manager came over and looked at the computer and began to tell me that he sees that there was a warranty on the drive-train, etc, but not on what they were servicing today. I had my husband dig up our papers from our sale this past Feb 2015 and found that we were correct. When I called back I was unable to contact the manager and tried to do this twice. My husband left a message as well. When I got in contact with the manager prior to picking up vehicle, he said he went upstairs to a computer there and saw that there was a service contract that we had purchased...Also I had asked the blue team to make sure the molding around our sun room was looked at as it was coming apart. It wasn't done and when I reminded him to do this he had to pull a service person out to do this .. More

We called Toyota and they told us how we could perform a temporary fix in order to get the vehicle to the dealership. They fit us in last minute, fixed our tire within 40 minutes, repacked the spare tire in the car and sent us on our way at no charge. Definitely earned our trust and loyalty. More

Customer service needs improvement I came at a time that wasn't very busy. When I drove up it took 10 minutes for someone to approach me and I had an appointment. I saw a salesman standing around talking to a technician. They saw me, but continued talking, not acknowledging me at all. Even tho they may have had something important to talk about, they could have acknowledged me. I had to walk over to them to get them to address me. I just leased a brand new Prius from them. I felt very unimportant and wonder if the service stops once you get a car from them? I have been involved in professions that involve heavy customer service and this was definitely bad service. I even asked the technician a question about my car and he said he would follow up with me. I never saw him again. He was no where to be found. Very poor customer service. If I'd been a man I am sure I would've gotten better service. Do better trainig of your staff to service all and every customer no matter age, sex, race, etc. No excuses! More
