I was told that "other" cars came in and "had to be" dealt with. Being there for as long as I was I noticed EVERYONE else showed up after me and left sooner. I figured I would not have to deal with this having set up my appointment a full month prior to taking my car in. But hey! I got a free car wash out of the deal! More

Contacted this dealer in Wilsonville and they got me right in, no delays. A couple of cheerful young ladies on sight were most pleasant and helpful. Was in and out with no charge. Car was very dirty from visiting a number of national parks and the dealer provided a very needed and timely free car wash. Could not have been any better. More

Had a terrible experience at Wilsonville Toyota-Scion today. Took our 2015 Rav4 in for it's first oil change, we were told upon arrival (15 min prior to our apt) that it would take 1.5 hours to complete. We sat in the waiting area for awhile and then went to talk to a sales person about a possible upgrade, while we were gone (maybe 15 minutes our name was called} or so they said. We waited an additional 2.5 hour then finely asked what the problem was and why it was taking so long. We were told our name had been called 2 hour prior and that they had left a message on our phone. GUESS WHAT? No message was left on our phone. It wasn't like they were overrun with customers, there were maybe only 5 others in the waiting room. Do not like being lied to! We will probably not be returning -- and THAT'S NO BULL!!! More

Rav-4 Lease April 20, 2016 Dear Toyota of Wilsonville, I have been a regular service customer of your dealership for the past 10 years, ever since I bought April 20, 2016 Dear Toyota of Wilsonville, I have been a regular service customer of your dealership for the past 10 years, ever since I bought my Prius and moved to this town. I have greatly appreciated the consistency and professionalism with which I have been treated, which is why I felt totally comfortable inquiring about the value of my Prius on trade-in when I dropped it off for a regular oil change last Saturday (4/9/2016). Normally, I would have done my research before coming in and brought a guy with me to make such a purchase, but I felt I'd get an honest answer and be treated well, so I decided to ask while I waited for my oil change to be finished. Immediately, I was introduced to Corey White, a friendly sales associate, who showed me a Tacoma, Rav-4, and Camry, and let me drive each upon my request. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding each vehicle, as well as my financing options. After only a few short hours, I was leaving the dealership in my new ride: a Rav-4 in the black currant color, which I felt great about, as it meets all my automobile needs, feels great to drive, and- perhaps my favorite part beyond just general Toyota safety and reliability- it has built-in BlueTooth, so I'll finally get to make all the calls I need while driving. Corey was easy to work with, and I never felt pressured- only assisted in making the decision best for my family. I thought my young daughter (who didn't expect to be picked up in a new car) would be as thrilled as I was, but instead, she broke into tears that I had "sold her childhood car" so suddenly. I was shocked, so we returned to the dealership the next day. I was a little embarassed to ask, especially since Corey was out with another customer when I dropped in. But the courtesy staff greeted my daughter sweetly and offered her a snack, and Scott kindly offered to take us to where our Prius was on the lot so my daughter could say goodbye. He told us we're not the first family to feel attached to a car we'd driven for a decade to many adventures and safely back home again, and made us feel not-so-silly as we said our goodbyes. My daughter left smiling, and now loves her backseat in the Rav-4. Finally, when we came to say goodbye, I mentioned to the service staff on duty that my license plate was rattling on the back door for some reason. Though he was not the associate who first greeted me, when Evan heard what the problem was, he jumped right into the conversation to offer his assistance. He knew just what needed to be done, and by the time we'd returned to get our car, the license was securely fastened and hasn't given me any problems since. I really appreciate working with a business that, at every step of the way, treats me with such courtesy. It's not to be taken for granted these days, especially when buying a car. Even compared to other local Toyota dealerships, Wilsonville Toyota really stands out for your efficiency, great product, and excellent customer service- and that's no bull! Thanks to your entire team! Sincerely, Danika Zundel (and family) More

After I decided to buy, she made the process quick and easy. When I picked up my car, it was spotless and ready to go. She even changed the clock as I picked it up just after daylight saving time when into effect. If you want a wonderful and painless experience, ask for Alexandra Korver. More
