Awesome service!! I worked with Tavish on some service my car needed. It started off as a fairly normal appointment, just an oil change, but evolved into more work mean I worked with Tavish on some service my car needed. It started off as a fairly normal appointment, just an oil change, but evolved into more work meaning my car would need to stay for a few days. Unfortunately I only have one car, so I was worried about how I would get around. Tavish miraculously found me a loaner car which practically saved my week. I am so thankful that the folks at Wilsonville Toyota were able to help me out and keep my life on track while my car was being worked on! More

Wonderful Dealership We were there during the solar eclipse to drop off our truck for service. After dropping the truck, my wife and I inquired about a 2017 RAV4 as we ar We were there during the solar eclipse to drop off our truck for service. After dropping the truck, my wife and I inquired about a 2017 RAV4 as we are searching for a new vehicle for my wife and Matt helped us answer all of our questions. We decided to do a test drive a few weeks later. When we came down on a Sunday (place was packed), Matt was finishing up w/ a customer and had a coworker help us with the test drive and we were very pleased w/ the vehicle. Unfortunately we weren't ready to purchase a new vehicle at that time but appreciated Matt's time to stay in touch and ensured we got to test drive a vehicle we were interested in. He was very nice during this whole process. If we decide on another for our next vehicle, we will definitiely be back and will be contacting Matt again. More

Very pleasant and non-stressful I love the no-negotiation model with lowest price posted. The fact that it is dog-friendly is also a big plus to me. First, you need to get rid of the automated pho I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra. I hope to make Wilsonville Toyota my go-to dealer for service. First, you need to get rid of the automated phone system. Two or 3 times i could not get through. and a couple of times I was dropped. And I did leave messages twice but was never called back. Direct lines for the service advisers is the way to go. Second, I had a rear brake job done, a reasonably simple task. I have done dozens of them myself on my various cars, trucks and motorcycles. Within 24 hours the truck has developed a very bad vibration and when I stop and get out, I can smell the left, rear brake is very hot. I have a follow up appt now to correct this problem. I hope they get it right. More
