Great Service. Fair price. Overall great experience. Dealer even sent a technician to house for homelink programming issue. They care about what the customer thinks. We shopped a number of dealers looking for a dependable 4-wheel or all wheel reasonably priced car or suv for our son who commutes about 30 miles a day to his job in Southern Oregon. The weather is a bit 4-wheel or all wheel reasonably priced car or suv for our son who commutes about 30 miles a day to his job in Southern Oregon. The weather is a bit more treacherous there and we wanted something safe and reliable in all conditions. Our sales person from start to finish was Robert Kupper. We told him him what we were looking for and he showed us a number of options both used and new to fit our needs. We settled on a 2010 Rav4 after he showed us different purchase and financing options. The sales experience was straight forward and seamless. Robert was honest, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend this salesman and this dealership without hesitation. More
I sent out a few emails to different Toyota dealerships around the Beaverton Metro area, and all of the emails said the same thing. Please do not call me, please email me only as I am in and out of meeting around the Beaverton Metro area, and all of the emails said the same thing. Please do not call me, please email me only as I am in and out of meetings all day long and don't want to have to go through a lot of voicemails. It is easier for me to respond to emails. Out of all of the dealerships I contacted (there were about 8 of them) Don at Wilsonville Toyota is the ONLY ONE who respected my wishes and corresponded with me via email. That was huge for me, and a huge factor in my deciding to do business with the dealership. Also, he is the only person who answered my questions honestly and openly and didn't tell me to come in and see him before he answered my questions. I wanted to have everything in order and ready before I met with someone ~ and in order to have that done I needed certain questions answered. Nobody else would answer anything without me coming in and seeing them. I don't do business that way period. I had the opportunity to work with Don and Boyce (mostly Don) and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have been putting off buying a car for far to long because I didn't want to deal with the whole car buying experience. The car buying experience with Wilsonville Toyota was completely different than I expected, and they made everything very easy. I don't live in Wilsonville, but I will be making the drive everytime my Scion needs to be serviced, oil-changed, anything. I am willing to drive 20-30 minutes to have them work on my car, because I trust that they will do an amazing job! Thanks guys! More
Due to bad experiences in the past, I've been wary of car dealerships and steered clear of them for many years! I'm a loyal Toyota driver (owned a Celica, Camry, and Corolla - all bought via private party) dealerships and steered clear of them for many years! I'm a loyal Toyota driver (owned a Celica, Camry, and Corolla - all bought via private party) and was thinking about getting a "new" Toyota, maybe a 4Runner. Wilsonville Toyota's "No Bull" campaign intrigued me, so I decided to check it out. My boyfriend, Russ, and I walked onto the lot, bracing ourselves for the "classic" salesman onslaught. I was checking out the new 4Runner displayed at the entrance when I noticed someone in the vehicle. I was telling Russ that I didn't really like the new 2010 model, too boxy, and preferred the older body styles. Turns out, the guy in the 4Runner was a sales guy, and asked us how we were doing and if we needed any help. At first, I thought, "Oh no, here we go!" But that thought lasted only a second, because Brad, the sales guy, was totally cool from that first moment. He answered all my questions and put up with my test driving about five different vehicles. I seemed to have my heart set on a slightly older 4Runner, so I told him that I'd like to come back and test drive two more vehicles. On my next visit, there just happened to be a 2008 white 4Runner that just came in, sitting in the back lot, and not even put throught the pre-owned certification process yet. I still test drove the other two cars, but ended up with the 2008 4Runner, and I love it! Brad was so awesome, I recommended him to my mom, also a loyal Toyota driver, who swore she would never step foot on a car lot ever again! After a lot of hassle with the credit reporting agencies and inaccurate credit histories, my mom now owns a 2010 Corolla, with leather seats and all the extras! Brad and his colleagues kept plugging away at my mom's credit "problem" over the next several days and were able to make it work. My mom will still have to deal with the credit bureaus on her own, but Brad got her started on the right track. Brad obviously loves his job, and even says so. He stayed late to help me get through the sales and loan process. He even stayed late the day my mom came in and work through the loan approval process. In no way did he make it seem like we were taking too much of his time, but I felt bad anyway. Brad really accomodated me and my crazy schedule and I truly appreciate it. He also introduced me to the service staff and showed me around the facility, since I will have my car serviced there. Brad has kept in touch to make sure everything is going smoothly and kept me updated with the progress of my mom's loan (with her permission, of course). And I think he might have another sale on his hands in the near future... Russ, my boyfriend and die-hard Ford truck driver, likes Brad and is impressed with his customer service, which just may have won him over to actually buy a Toyota truck. It's our understanding that Ford and Toyota have swapped "information" and the Toyota trucks look similar to the Ford trucks. So, we'll see... Anyway, we're going to try to get Brad and his family to go bowl a Monte Carlo soon! More

Had been interested in an AWD Wagon/Crossover. Test drove several - Volvo, Honda and Toyota. Found the price/value of the Toyota Venza to be the best deal. The "No Bull" policy at Wilsonville Toyot drove several - Volvo, Honda and Toyota. Found the price/value of the Toyota Venza to be the best deal. The "No Bull" policy at Wilsonville Toyota is the real deal. I don't think I've ever gone home from buying a car without a stomach ache and this time it was no big deal. So far the Venza is treating our family well. Will definitely recommend Wilsonville Toyota to friends looking for cars! More
Stopped by to look at a used Nissan Frontier Crew Cab Truck. Erik Kalik, our salesperson, was helpful, answered relevant questions, and patient with us while test driving the Nissan & another used Toyot Truck. Erik Kalik, our salesperson, was helpful, answered relevant questions, and patient with us while test driving the Nissan & another used Toyota on the lot. I appreciate not being pressured and supplied with the information that I needed to make a good purchase. Not once did I feel confronted with a question implying "when are you going to buy this vehicle?" The buying process was quick and efficient- the whole process took a few hours, with little waiting. Plus the Nissan truck was in great shape, not thrashed like a few others. I feel that I paid a fair price. This has been my best experience at a dealership so far. More
While looking for a new car I had the privilege of working with Brad. Brad was friendly and courteous and seemed more concerned about helping me find a car that met my needs than he was with simply se working with Brad. Brad was friendly and courteous and seemed more concerned about helping me find a car that met my needs than he was with simply selling me a car. There was never any pressure to buy a car in the moment, never any sales pitches designed to manipulate me into making a choice on the spot (as was experienced at other dealerships...) Brad was considerate, respectful, and knowledgeable. In addition, Brad was incredibly patient and allowed me to test drive multiple cars (sometimes more than once) and was always available to answer any questions I had. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. More
I went to Wilsonville-Toyota-Scion while shopping for a new car. I had been to a couple of other dealerships before stopping by here and was immediately impressed by their professionalism. I looked aroun new car. I had been to a couple of other dealerships before stopping by here and was immediately impressed by their professionalism. I looked around their parking lot at all the new cars and was never put under any pressure. Quite a contrast to some other dealerships/brands that try to get you to commit to a vehicle/price without giving you much time for thought. Wilsonville-Toyota has very fair pricing; they gave me all the discounts they could up-front and matched the financing rate from my credit union. One thing with this dealership is that their pricing is what it is! There's really no negotiating, and they advertise their pricing policy as such. But having said that, I do think their pricing is fair and I'm comfortable with what I spent on my new car. Working with my sales agent was a good experience; friendly, professional and great service. The sale and financing paperwork was taken care of quickly and I drove home that night with a new car and a full tank of gasoline. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. More
We originally went to Wilsonville Toyota because they had a couple of Tundras in their on lot stock that were available with the options / packages we were looking for. We had seen their "no bull" advertisin a couple of Tundras in their on lot stock that were available with the options / packages we were looking for. We had seen their "no bull" advertising, but were initially skeptical. In working through the buying and trade in process with Nick we were increasingly impressed with how differently they operate than other dealerships. They are very open about prices and values. This saves a lot of wasted time and aggravation. Neither of us are the type who likes arguing and bargaining for hours for the best deal it made the experience much more pleasant. Although we didn't quite get the trade in value we were looking for we did get the reasoning and data behind their offer, and in the end worked out a deal we were satisfied with. Nick did a great job in answering our questions and providing information about the vehicles we were looking at, and really helped us make an informed & good decision that we're happy with. More
