After purchasing a Toyota Avalon Limited a week and a half ago, we again went to Wilsonville Toyota-Scion to purchase a 2nd car. Having dealt with Chad Robb before, and liking him, we chose to deal with half ago, we again went to Wilsonville Toyota-Scion to purchase a 2nd car. Having dealt with Chad Robb before, and liking him, we chose to deal with him once again! We decided that, for a second car we would like to own a Toyota Yaris Sedan. Chad worked with us to pick out the right one, and we were able to again depend on Wilsonville Toyota's 'No Bull' sales! After picking out which one we wanted, it took less than an hour to finalize the deal. Chad once again covered everything about the car, it's options and our warranty choices. We are very happy that this took so little time, and with the 'No Bull' pricing, it made it an easy process. We would continue to recommend Wilsonville Toyota-Scion to anyone! Especially someone looking for the best deal in a minimum of time. Their no haggle pricing turns out to be a fair, honost 'No Bull' price, and I'm sure that everyone gets the same price for the same car!! GREAT WAY TO BUY A CAR!! Also, after dealing with their Service Department for the few things that our 1st car needed to have done (like interior/exterior protective coating, etc.), that we will again have a great experience with the Service Department. I walked into Wilsonville Toyota just looking for my first new car. When Rob came and greeted my parents and I, He was very friendly and helpful. When we figured out that the car I wanted didn't have ABS breaks, Rob found the one I wanted and even went on his day off to go get it for me! Since then I know of 4 other people who have bought cars from this dealership, and all have been extremely happy with their experience. I wouldn't be in their commercial if I didn't stand behind their ideals! More

So last week when we wanted to look at leasing a car and decided to check out Toyota, it wasn't hard to decide whe experience at Wilsonville Toyota. So last week when we wanted to look at leasing a car and decided to check out Toyota, it wasn't hard to decide where to go. This time Robert Kupper worked with us. He was awesome! He really went to bat for us, and spent time figuring out the best rate we could get, to keep our payment reasonable for us; he got us into a Rav 4 with the features that we wanted- but not too many bells and whistles. He is comfortable to talk with-which is important since you essentially bare your fianacial soul to the salesperson. Robert maintained a nice balance of business talk and friendly dialogue. He explained things clearly, and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he was comfortable bringing in a co-worker who could answer it. My husband was with me, but since this is to be a car that I will mainly drive, I wanted to understand everything and have my questions answered. Robert was great about talking directly to me-not just answering me while looking at my husband. (I've been in situations where a salesperson did that- very annoying!) Robert also spoke highly of working at Wilsonville Toyota- which was great to hear from an employee, since happy employees generally treat customers great and give good service. The Tacoma went to Southern Cal with a college-student daughter , so I haven't experienced the service dept at Wilsonville yet. They seemed knowledgeable and personable at the brief meet-and-greet I did have last week. I have recommended this dealership to friends. More

This is our third experience buying a car. The first two were horrible, and the first time we are buying a Toyota. Bill Graham was great to work with when buying my used Prius. Even though I did not set up an appointment after talking on the phone, he was quick to come out and help me once I arrived. I really like the fact that I only had to talk to one person through the entire 2 hour experience, and that includes test driving! Bill pointed out several features that I didn't know about, and patiently explained every paper that I was signing. At no time did he talk down to me, even though I'm a single female and the car industry in general is known for pointing out the vanity mirrors. The price was lower when compared to other dealers and Kelley Blue Book, and the price advertised was the price paid. Bill was knowledgeable about the market to discuss last year's sales and the delivery date for the 2010 Prius. I am recommending Wilsonville Toyota to all of my friends when they are in the market. My husband and I recently purchased a pickup from Wilsonville Toyota. We had viewed the vehicle online and contacted Don Pendleton to arrange a time to test drive it. We actually arrived a few minutes early for our appointment and both my husband and I thought it was so neat that Don skipped his breakfast so that we could get started. (Although we told him we were in no hurry!) The people at Wilsonville Toyota-Scion have created a friendly, comfortable atmosphere for their current/potential customers. My husband and I immediately felt at home and Don was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. There is no question that we will come back to Wilsonville Toyota the next time we're in the market for a new vehicle! Overall, the trip was worth it-- we couldn't stop talking about what a pleasant car-buying experience it was. The ease at which we were walked through the whole process made us feel well cared for.
