I had a wonderful experience from the minute I got to the lot. The salesman (Scott McKowen) was great. He was patient and did not push me to buy a car I did not want. After seeing the "No Bull" commercials on television my husband and I decided to go see for ourselves if they were true to their word.... We have purchased so many cars and trucks in our 44 years of marriage that we forgot how many. When we got there we were greeted by Brad Ostlund. He followed the transaction through from the beginning to the end. We didn't have to negotiate the price because the lowest "No Bull Price" is on the sticker. Everyone there is friendly and treat us like real people. Other dealers have a Gestapo way of selling where you go home thinking what happened in there anyway. We have bought 4 vehicles in the last 2 years from Wilsonville Toyota-Scion, and all the transactions went very smooth and easy. Our purchases went so well that we sent 2 other people in to buy from Brad, knowing that they would be treated fairly too. They all say the same thing, that they would deffinatley recommend this kind of purchase to others. More

I liked the price, and we were out of there in a short period of time, feeling good about the transaction. This approach made car buying a pleasure not a trial of wills. Brad, our salesman, handled everything in a friendly, efficient way. Brad listened to what I had to say and tailored our discussion to my particular desires. As Brad and I were talking, he introduced me to one of dealership's owners, who asked how our car-buying experience was going. My main comment to him was that "it's been fun". You could see that he was pleased with this answer and added that he and his associates have made it a point that customers enjoy their car buying experience. The vehicle, Toyota Tacoma, is well designed and well made. The dealership added the final piece to satisfying the customer. They provided a pleasant atmosphere to test-drive the vehicle. Without being too aggressive or insulting my intelligence, they helped me make my decision. They made sure that all final details were properly taken care of. For example, the vehicle was to be registered in another state. They made sure that the proper paper work went to the right office and did this within a few days. Brad called me the day after I bought the vehicle and asked if all was well. If any of my friends are thinking of buying a car, I cannot recomend this dealership more highly. More

Pros: Fair price for car and trade in, ZERO negotiating, gave us a travel mug (two actually), very friendly, only dealt with one person. Cons: Gas tank on new car was low Very satisfied. Literally spent three hours from start to finish. They even detailed our new car one more time before we drove it off the lot! More

When we first drove up we walked around and looked at a few cars on our own, then approached the showroom area and met Scott. Scott was very professional and friendly. I loved the fact that we knew from the get go that our relationship with Scott would not be about haggling over price, but rather, what you want from a salesperson, information about the product that you are looking at. Scott was fantastic. He provided great information about the truck that we were looking at. He was thorough, and really went out of his way to facilitate and meet our needs for a truck. I am a former Sales and Marketing executive for a large company with many years of experience in customer relations and communications. I was so impressed with Scott's professional and perceptive nature I would not only recommend him to friends and family, but I would highly recommend that he be considered for training other sales professionals.
