Our car-buying experience was very quick and easy. Daniel was knowledgeable and friendly, and he didn't pressure us to buy a car just to by something. It's 10 days later, I have no buyer's remorse! In fact, we were so impressed with the quality of service we received the first time that yesterday we went back and bought another car for my husband! They made us a very good offer on our trade ins and we feel even better about our purchases today! And again, it was easy and we feel like we made a very good deal. I also appreciated the thank-you we got yesterday from John (who drives the green demo FJ Cruiser). He acknowledged that we had made 2 car purchases from their store and thanked us. It was nice to hear that they appreciated our business--and not just to hear it from our salesman, but also from other employees. I was very happy with the buying process, and I love my New (to me) car!! The price was reasonable on the car and the offer for my trade was fair. This car buying experience was the best one I have ever had!! I am 67 years old, and not up to wheeling and dealing. Both of these gentlemen were extremely helpful, urged me to take my time, and answered every question I had. I was a little confused by all the paperwork that was needed, but they walked me through it respectfully and carefully. Then James took me out to the car and spent a very long time explaining the many Prius options. I was dazzled and a little scared, but with a hearty handshake and lots of encouragement, I pushed the power button and was on my way. Thanks to both of these men for being so helpful, and thanks to Toyota for respecting the customer enough to start developing dealerships that allow their salesmen to show their personal integrity and their respect for their customers.
