this was the worst excperiance ive ever had in my life. i was sent away with false hope with buying a car when they he promised me he wasnt going to do that. so they call me want more money no way in hell co was sent away with false hope with buying a car when they he promised me he wasnt going to do that. so they call me want more money no way in hell could i pull that off. it was bring in more money or bring back the car that i loved so much. i cried all day cause they lied to me. then when i took the car back they promised me my check and my truck back. well it didnt go down that way either. i had to go back the next day for my check. they took advantage of a first time buyer and a young girl. never again will i ever go to toyota or own one More
My experience buying a new SUV at Wilsonville Toyota was My experience buying a new SUV at Wilsonville Toyota was the best ever in my lifetime of buying cars. I personally have always found ALL car salespe My experience buying a new SUV at Wilsonville Toyota was the best ever in my lifetime of buying cars. I personally have always found ALL car salespeople distasteful and pushy. My lost husband LOVED dealing with them as he worked with salesmen and saw it as a challenge. He would drive them crazy with questions and push right back...have them sweating like nervous teenager boys trying to hold a girls hand for the first time till he finally accepted the sale price. I usually walked out and read a book until signing papers at the end. Even after all the battling was over, I still could not stand the salesperson. I have thought of buying a new Toyota for several years now, and finally came to look about 6 months ago. At that time, Daniel took us on test drives of a few different cars. He was so nice and pleasant and personable! But, I was frankly overwhelmed by all the choices and colors and I left feeling confused. Making this big decision and investment sends me into an analytical tailspin, thoughts of all these choices kept me wake at night. My husband and I let it go for a while. Then two days ago, we came down to Wilsonville Toyota to test drive again and try to decide on a model. Matt started helping us and we had a couple tests drives after looking at all the colors and models. He is so pleasant too!! He had an answer to every question I had. And as I told him how knowledgeable he seemed about Toyotas, he was still modest and said there are others who know even more. He has a way of listening and realizing what the person really wants in a car and affirms that back to them. This was very helpful to me. This is what makes Matt stand out as an excellent sales advocate. He is honest and straightforward and very helpful in getting us what we wanted for the new car. And after a few hours there, I saw a bright red RAVE by the showroom that had all the features we wanted. I started to feel excited that maybe I had found the right car. My husband and I left to have a beer and discuss everything. I called Matt and said we were too tired to come back on Saturday, but would come back the next morning. Back the next day I did hope that the red RAVE was not sold and there it was. We took it on a test drive and I fell in love with that car!! I LOVED my experience buying my new bright red 2010 RAVE4 6 cylinder Sport!!! I felt relaxed through the whole time I was there and extremely satisfied. Both Daniel and Matt are very very patient men in the most naturally relaxed way. I will recommend Wilsonville Toyota to everyone. More
Yesterday I went from one extreme to another, from a dealership who appeared to have no intrest in engaging a customer to a dealership that treated me like they actually WANTED my business. I am a cons dealership who appeared to have no intrest in engaging a customer to a dealership that treated me like they actually WANTED my business. I am a consumer who likes to believe I am getting good value for any purchase I make Large or small. A Car is no small investment, I tend to keep them a long time. My previous care I owned for 9.5 years. I like to get what I pay for and with the current incentives even in these unsure economic times I was willing to spend the money for a major purchase. The staff all the way from the receptionist who answered my phone call for directions to the floor assistant who prepped my new ride were engaged with me as a person, looked me in the eye's and gave me their full attention. Man what a difference, the first dealership I visited that day let me wonder around their lot in the overcast, cool, damp day without so much as a by your leave. I actually has to go looking for help, they were more interested in the food and coffee at their desk than speaking to a women about a car. Thank goodness for Ellie and all the crew at Wilsonville Toyota who got me into an totally TRICKED out car. thanks so much for the great attention and customer service, its worth the 25 mile trip to get treated as if you valued my business. See you all again soon. Carol Russell Satisfied repeate toyota owner. More

Our purchase included an acrylic bra which needed to be scheduled. Christina worked to fit "our" schedule plus arranged loaner car. Service department staff was friendly and professional. While considering our financing options with large down and very good credit, we had sales mgr find a better rate than the one quoted while we were working on the paperwork. They didn't have to do that as the deal was done. They also quoted us a competitive trade in value and still gave us two weeks to seel our traqde inj on our own. All of these little pieces added up to a very customer service oriented experience....a high level of customer service. thank you. More

From the start our sales associate, Brad, was very courteous, helpful, and generally well informed about the cars on the lot and vehicles we would be interested in. The no hassle price was quite nice courteous, helpful, and generally well informed about the cars on the lot and vehicles we would be interested in. The no hassle price was quite nice for a change and turned out to be somewhat comparative to most of the other local dealerships. This was a pleasant experience and we will recommend to our friends! We saw an ad on the auto trader for a toyota landcruiser of the year we were interested in purchasing. This is a difficult to find vehicle. The ad had just gone up-no picture-and when we called, the vehicl of the year we were interested in purchasing. This is a difficult to find vehicle. The ad had just gone up-no picture-and when we called, the vehicle was still in the shop. Brad e-mailed us a picture and a car fax immediatley. Wilsonville Toyota is 3hrs away, and we found the landcruiser on a Saturday. My husband drove up alone on Monday. It was still in the shop. They lifted it up so he could check the underside and the mechanic told him all of the parts they were planning to replace (it is 14 yrs old, but in excellent shape). We had done some research prior to beginning our hunt, and knew the rear main seal often began to leak oil at about the mileage this vehicle had. My husband voiced his concern-Wilsonville Toyota replaced it. No change in price, no hassle:) Quick and easy. We did long distance financing over the phone with me 3 hrs away. Again, a few calls and faxes. Painless and no hassle. Since it was still in the shop and had not been detailed we drove up the following weekend. Brad came in early to finalize some signatures so we could get back home for a family barbeque! Even though it was bought and paid for before it left the shop they weren't slack on the detailing. It came to us looking like a brand new vehilce. Not a spot of oil on the garage floor in the 2 months we have owned it. We couldn't be happier and absolutely love the landcruiser. Thanks Brad. Great dealership. Oh yeah. They replaced the parts and put on new tires for the same price as the only other comparable vehicle we had to choose from in the autotrader. Wilsonville Toyota YOU ROCK!!! I purchased a new Rav4 and traded my Suzuki in. They offered me to keep my old license plates to put on my new vehicle, something I did not know you could do. The salesman told me that would save me mon offered me to keep my old license plates to put on my new vehicle, something I did not know you could do. The salesman told me that would save me money and insured me that all I had to do was send my old registration and the new title to DMV to get the new stickers. DMV sent it back to me, telling me that I needed a DEQ certificate...(for a NEW vehicle....? Hello!) I went in person to DMV, the lady who looked at my sale contract from Wilsonville Toyota told me that was the most unprofessional and ridiculous paperwork she ever saw. I had to go to DEQ, get a certificate...on a 2010 NEW vehicle...with 159 miles on the odometer and now instead of the 4 years period allowed on new registration, I have to go every 2 years starting 2012. I wasted a lot of time, have to go to DEQ again in 2 years, at least Wilsonville Toyota payed $21.00 for the DEQ cost. So please if you buy a vehicle there DO NOT KEEP YOUR OLD LICENSE PLATES Their NO BULL...advertisement doesn't impressed me at all. More
Kevin was honest and friendly from the moment I stepped onto the lot. He made the purchase of my new/used Nissan Rogue from Wilsonville Toyota easy, from the test drive to the signing of my papers.
