My first solo car purchase was nothing short of amazing. I met with Brad and was a little shocked to find that the FJ Cruiser I had my eye on had sold earlier that day. Then I was very shocked to see that Brad had managed to find me on that I like even more (love the color). My experience at this dealership was great from start to finish. Brad is so knowledgeable about the vehicles and seemed willing to do just about anything to make my purchase as easy as possible (even entertaining my very excited 6 year old son - thank you for your patience). The purchase took less than 2 hours and I received a fair amount for my trade and a great finance rate through Toyota. I have already recommended Wilsonville Toyota, and especially Brad, to my family and friends and will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase (if i'm ever able to part with my FJ). We have not been in the market for a car for a few years, and were not looking forward to the experience, (shudder). But, we wanted to trade for a used Jeep. We went to this dealer and met with Sean. Sean got one. This was the most pleasant experience we have had. The price was stated on the Jeep, he told us what we would get for our old car, and the deal was done. This dealership touts a "no bull" policy, but that is all I saw when I purchased a used vehicle there. The salesperson, a gentleman whose name I can't recall, but who amazingly told me he was the head manag I saw when I purchased a used vehicle there. The salesperson, a gentleman whose name I can't recall, but who amazingly told me he was the head manager of another dealership before he became a salesperson here, was obnoxious. I was told as I was test driving the vehicle that it was once owned by a female friend of his who loved it, and turned it in to buy another...a week later, he and I drove it again, and when I asked him about the previous owner (as a double check), he stated he had no idea who owned the vehicle...he thought maybe that bought it at an auction. I walked away from this deceptive bonehead, and got a guy named Eric Kalik. Nice guy, and he did a lot better job than the previous salesperson. Eric was professional and polite, and I purchased the certified vehicle...but, much to my dismay, and certainly not Eric's fault, the prep and inspection team did an awful job getting this vehicle ready to be sold. This "certified vehicle" was not all clean and was not properly prepped and gone over. Lights were out, parts were missing, a visor was broken and sitting at an unusable angle above the driver's head, they told me they did a service that included new plugs, but the new plugs were not installed according to their service department, etc. Now, this is a vehicle that, as they advertise, has had a thorough inspection? They actually certified this??? After much, much conversation, and as I mentioned above, I bought it because Eric wrote up a "we owe" paper, and they did eventually finish all the work that was supposed to be done before the car was put on the lot in the first place. In the end, I got a good car (Toyota), from a good guy at a dealership I'll never go back to... No bull? Nothing but. I had to step over "bull poop" all through this dealership. Hopefully, Eric will move on to a better dealership, and I can purchase a vehicle from him there. In the meantime, stay away from these guys, or wear some very old shoes. More

I have never come into a dealership and felt more comfortable buying a car. Their business model is outstanding and made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased many vehicles but never have I been treated so well and with so much respect. The whole process took about 2 hours, which is much less time than I have ever spent when buying a new car. My sales person, Robert Kupper, was very knowledgeable and I appreciated only having to deal with one person for the whole transaction. He didn't talk down to me because I am a woman or make any assumptions. He explained everything I needed to know and I have to say that he is the best salesperson I have ever worked with! I have already told all my friends and family about Wilsonville Toyota and I will not go anywhere else to buy a car! When my daughter is ready for her first car in a couple of years, we will head to Wilsonville Toyota. Karen Rukke More

The paperwork process was easy and smooth. We were able to see where every dollar was going and our options in detail regarding additional warranties and insurance. We didn't feel like we were getting a hard-sales tactic during the sale. Nick has been helpful in answering additional questions as we've come up with them. It was a great experience. More

I needed a new car, as mine was close to breaking down daily on my 45 mile commute. When a co-worker of mine, a former Wilsonville Toyota salesman, told me I needed a Toyota Tundra, I told him that I wou daily on my 45 mile commute. When a co-worker of mine, a former Wilsonville Toyota salesman, told me I needed a Toyota Tundra, I told him that I would -never- drive a Toyota. I told him I had driven my father's 4-Runner and a Corolla while working private security and I did not like them at all. He was persistent, not just in Toyota quality, but specifically in Wilsonville Toyota. His promise of hassle-free shopping, an amazing price, and the quality of service intrigued me enough to get me in for a test drive of the Tundra. Two hours later, I was driving my brand new 2010 Toyota Tundra SR5 4x4 back home. Not only was I convinced on Toyota quality, but I am considering for the first time using the service department at the dealership, specifically Wilsonville Toyota, for my service. This is mostly so that I can make sure that this car, unlike my others, lasts a very long time and retains its value. I want to ensure that every oil change, tire rotation, and routine service is recorded and logged, and that there are no little surprises that might come up where someone tells me, "Oh yea, you should have been looking out for this to service." When I got home, I spent about two hours just sitting in the car, listening to the XM Radio, and playing with the features (I love the integrated garage door opener). When I got stuck on whether I had a feature or not, and how to access it, I called Brad up. I got his voice message and expected to get an answer later in the day. I was extremely surprised when less than five minutes later, my radio was cut off to show me an incoming call. I hadn't had anyone call me yet on the built-in Bluetooth communication system. It was Brad calling back to answer all my questions. I didn't expect that quick of an answer, quite honestly. I think the passion with which I was faced during this experience is what convinced me the most. I've been to a lot of car dealerships, and this is the only place I've been to where the people honestly and completely believe in the quality of their product. I didn't feel like they were trying to make a sale just to get me to buy something. Furthermore, I went in intending to get a Crewmax, not the Double Cab that I went with. Both my co-worker friend and Brad both looked at me and said, "You don't need the Crewmax." I asked to see the Crewmax Limited in black, since I like black cars, with all the features. They brought it up and I sat in it, and the features it had extra were the in-dash navigation, leather seats, and sonar. The salespeople there actually said, "You'd be paying more for something you don't need." When they showed me the difference in legroom from the Double Cab to the CrewMax, the difference was incredible! But it was more space than I needed and not only did I know I didn't need it, but the dealership encouraged me not to go beyond what I wanted or needed. I haven't really had that experience before, that's for sure. I love my truck and am already planning my first road trip with it. More
We went to Wilsonville Toyota because we were specifically looking for a Trail version of the 2010 Toyota 4Runner and they had one in stock. From the moment we were introduced to Matt, we were very impressed with his courtesy, knowledge and friendliness. Matt walked us through the entire process from start to finish and it was really nice not to feel rushed or pressured in any way. This was the least stressful car purchase we have ever experienced. We were also impressed that both owners of the dealership came over to introduce themselves and thank us for our business too. We ordered some accessories for our vehicle and the service department quickly called us to schedule an appointment and provided us with a loaner as the work required several hours. The work was completed earlier than anticipated and everything looked great upon picking up our car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota. More
