This dealership advertises that they have one "only price" and don't have any bull in their new car sales process. I was skeptical and was a long time Costco auto buyer, but since they are nearby, wanted to check them out. I was amazed that they truly are what they say in their advertisement! The price was at or below the Costco price at the Costco designated dealership that we went to. The salesman was non pressure, and knew so much more about the car we were interested in than other salesmen at other dealerships where we looked at cars, and very easy to work with. The dealership actually lets you take the car and try it out on your own for a day to make sure you like it before you buy it, and for us, that was really a plus! The dealership had lots of cars to chose from, were very willing to get another car from another dealership if we liked the features better, and was a very clean, spacious place to do business in. We felt welcome, appreciated as customers and respected. There was NO dickering about the cost because it truly was their lowest price, and it wasn't bull, but true. What a fantastic concept in selling cars! We are sold and will do all of our maintenance with them. This is the first time I am doing an online review on any purchase, but I was so pleased with Roy, our salesperson, and the transaction, that I felt obligated to let others know about this dealership. What a find for us; finally car buying made easy and ....pleasant. More

I went in on 7/11 with a list of cars Wow, Wow and WOW! It's a long story about how I ended up at Wilsonville Toyota, but I am so glad I did. I went in on 7/11 with a list of cars I wanted to look at, including the Matrix and Rav4. I was greeted by Rick H. and told him what was first on my list. But, before, we went anywhere he let me know how Wilsonville Toyota worked and that was just the beginning of the "joy ride" transaction I had. Rick was so patient as I tried each of the vehicles out. It was amazing how I was able to really test drive the Matrix..... not just around the block but in areas where I could actually check out it's peformance. (I actually didn't drive very far in the Rav4 due to MY choice, as I thought I had gone the distance for the test drive as I had experienced at other dealerships). After viewing, driving, reviewing and addtional test drives I let Rick know I wanted to go home look at all the options available to me. I also wanted to talk to my husband about it and make sure my precious cargo (my greyhounds would fit in the back). Rick offered me an extended test drive ~~~ take the vehicle home for the night, show it to the hubby and see if the dogs fit. Again, wow, wow and WOW, but that was an uncomfortable prospect for me, so I headed home with so much information, options and a very stunded look on my face, actually it was a huge smile! When I walked in the door, my husband was surprised to see the key of the car I was going to trade in my hand..... he was sooo sure I would have brought home a new car! I do that sometimes! I just started babbling about the experience I had at Wilsonville Toyota and told him that I decided not to even check out another Wilsonville dealership based on my experience at Wilsonville Toyota, besides the Matrix was superior to other car I was considering and the options outstanding (this included financing). I was aware that Rick would not be in on Sunday 7/12 and had told him that I would make a decision and get back to the lot on Monday 7/13, but after some thought I just had to take a lot and the trims I was looking at and make sure that my dogs would fit in the vehicle, so I measured my trade-ins head clearance in the back area (it was VW New Beetle and yes, they fit perfectly) and went to the Wilsonville dealership. I was greeted by Romulus and after I told him that I had been there the day before working with Rick and that I just wanted to look at 2 of the Matrix vehicles and measure the inside (I am sure they have seen many things but not someone like me walking in with a bright orange Stanley Tape Measure, he let me know about their one person process again and took me inside and told me that we would have to call Rick about the transaction. I again stated that I just wanted to look and "measure" and after some conferring it was ok for me to do so and not take away anything from Rick's possible sale to me..... Anyway to make this long story a tad bit shorter, I worked with Romulus and I was able to drive the vehicle home today. I did ask more than 5 times to anyone who would answer (and they all did in the same way) how this would work out for Rick and for Romulus. I can tell you with previous dealings with other "sales" reps, I never gave it a second thought about what they would get out of my purchase ~~~ it was alway so stiff, difficult, grueling and inpersonal. Here I truely felt the need for them to get what they truely deserve for their service and TOTAL patience with me. Then with the delivery, I would say more the "presentation", of the vehicle to me, I meet Kari K., the Customers Relations Director. But prior to that, I watched as she sat in my soon to be new vehicle and washed the windows, as other employees carefully cleaned the wheels, checked the engine compartment, etc. She even vacuumed the carpet again after she got out of the vehicle... because she has stepped inside! Wow, wow and WOW, I asked her again if both of the wonderful people, Rick and Romulus, I worked with would be treated, acknowledged and get their pay. I was assured that was the Wilsonville Toyota way and believe her completely. I certainly hope that is the case, as I don't want to burn any bridges with anyone I dealt with because I will be back!!! I have bought many cars in my past actually this was my 10th car. My husband and I went to Parker Johnston in Wilsonville before we stopped in,not a good experience. We where just looking and a man came up to us telling us "We are going to buy" a matter-of-factly. We thought he was arrogant and left. Then we came into your Wilsonville Toyota/Scion dealership. We where just looking. Scott McKowen came up to us about 5/10 minutes after we where there(which was nice not to get bombarded by a bunch of salesmen.) He was pleasant and explained the process. It was a relief to deal with someone so nice and NOT pushy!! We had our little boy with us and the kids play area was wonderful for him. We loved the free coffee and coffee mugs. The dealership was friendly and comfortable a very nice change. I know I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else! Thank you! More

Bought this vehicle after seeing it on the Internet. Eric was very good to deal with and responsive to my inquiries. The price was fair and the car was just as described in the on-line ad. My Wife and I were considering purchasing a Toyota Rav4 sometime in the near future. With this in mind, we decided to visit Wilsonville Toyota to just look around. Knowing their reputation from their com sometime in the near future. With this in mind, we decided to visit Wilsonville Toyota to just look around. Knowing their reputation from their commercials, I figured they would be a good place to look without experiencing the hassles that dealerships are known for. After we had peeked around for a few moments, James Salon approached us, introduced himself, and simply starting engaging us in idle conversation. He made sure to point-out from the beginning that he was NOT there to pressure us into any type of purchasing decision, he was simply a resource for our questions. In no time whatsoever, we felt completely comfortable with him and his expertise & advice in being able to meet our needs. After a brief test drive and some discussion between my wife and myself, we were quite impressed with the model that James had pointed out to us. Not wanting to make a snap decision, I informed him we were going to put some thought into it and we would get back to him. At that point, he recommeded we take the vehicle for a couple of hours (to make sure it would still be available if we decided to take it) while we made our decision. He stressed, once again, that if we decided against it, we simply return the keys to him with no difficulties at all. A couple of hours after we left the dealership, we made the decision to make the purchase. I knew this was going to be the "true test" of the claims made by Wilsonville Toyota as we started into the buying process. I was fully prepared from the beginning to "pull the plug" on the process if anything occurred that I was not completely comfortable with. When we returned with our decision, we found James to be just as helpful as he had been before. He had already researched to find us a low rate for financing the vehicle and had already procurred the amount that was going to be given to us for our trade-in (sight unseen). As their advertising indicated, James was the ONLY person with which we dealt throughout the process. The Sales Manager DID stop by just to introduce himself and ensure we were being treated the way we expected. We assured him that we were being treated wonderfully, he simply thanked us for coming in (and especially for our purchase), and left us once again in James' capable hands. As all of their advertising promised, our experience with Wilsonville Toyota was not only a memorable one, but, one that will be repeated by us (and anyone else we can talk into it) many times in the future. James' professionalism and sound advice was greatly appreciated and served us quite well. He even took the time to call us the following day to ensure we were still happy with our purchasing decision and make sure we didn't have any unanswered questions. I would highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota (and James Salon in particular) for any and all of your future car buying needs! More
I really like the one stop shopping with one person throughout the transaction. Erik Kalik was very helpful from beginning to end. Jake told me what I wanted to know. He didn't bother me with stuff I didn't care about. He found the car I wanted. He spent his weekend getting the car I wanted. The price was what I expected. The price was not loaded with useless option like the nitrogen charged tires found at Gladstone Toyota. He found me a car and worked out the price of the details of any options, I paid the deposit, he got me the car, we did the paperwork, I paid for the car, he prepped the car and made sure I knew how it worked, and I was done. They called me to schedule my addons, I came in with the car and went for a walk, the addons were made and looked good, and I was done. Ont top of all of this Jake was friendly and honest unlike those at Gladstone Toyota. This was the best auto purchase experience I have ever had. And this comes from somone who is known to make his displeasure known if it not. I have already steered a co-worker away from Gladstone Toyota and towards Wilsonville Toyota More
