Rochelle Papajack went out of her way to ensure we got the car, and payment we wanted. I will recommend her, and the dealership to others. Today's experience was EXCELLENT!!! My salesman was Greg McMilin and he was awesome to work with very friendly and not pushy made today a great day. It was nice to get to know him on a personal level a Greg McMilin and he was awesome to work with very friendly and not pushy made today a great day. It was nice to get to know him on a personal level and not just all business. I watched other people and their interactions with their sales person and no one acted like they were having fun or excited! I had fun and laughed during my sales experience! I'm in sales also and if I owned a business that needed salesman I would hire Greg in a minute. When I need a new car or someone I know needs one I will recommend Greg in a heartbeat! When I asked him if he would put his wife and kids in the car I bought and he responded absolutely and seemed genuine I felt I made a good choice! Thanks again Greg More
I shopped multiple Toyota dealerships and also Ford dealerships over at least a two-week period after doing extensive research on pricing, rebates, financing and options. The 2013 Tundra CrewMax was m dealerships over at least a two-week period after doing extensive research on pricing, rebates, financing and options. The 2013 Tundra CrewMax was my first choice, but I also considered the Ford F-150. Here's what differentiated Wilsonville from the others: 1. Their internet sales person located the exact truck that I wanted, and gave me a very good price. 2. The internet sales person handed me off to a sales person once I walked into the dealership to complete the transaction. 3. The sales person did what he said he would do-- he didn't miss one commitment or play any games. 4. They offered a fair trade-in value for my truck, and they got me the financing I told them I wanted. You may not find the best price at Wilsonville Toyota-- I sure didn't. And you will not be able to negotiate much, if anything, in the way of value-add for free or reduced cost. What you will find, however, is a breath of fresh air relative to a total avoidance of the shell game that other dealerships will play. In my case, that was worth an extra $800 in dealer profit to Wilsonville Toyota for me to get what I wanted. I will recommend Wilsonville Toyota and Joey Ferranti to anybody that asks me where they should look first to buy their next Toyota. More
The Wilsonville Toyota dealership has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!! While away on business my wife took our car in for a simple recall repair, while on her way to the dealership the service I have ever experienced!!!! While away on business my wife took our car in for a simple recall repair, while on her way to the dealership the tire went flat. After arriving at the dealership it was clear the tire would need to be replaced. Fine and understandable. After receiving the call stating the tire would need to be replaced she asked if she could put her full size spare on. The tech told her that she could not do that?? The headlight also needed to be fixed with a simple wiring harness and the AC relay needed to be replaced. When she arrived at the dealership the bill was shocking! An AC relay can be bought anywhere for less than $10.00, Wilsonville Toyota charged us 74.30!!! Regarding the tire, we had a full size spare that matched. They charged us $125.00 for the tire, didn't call with any options for a less expensive tire and $42.00 dollars to install it! There is no tire shop in the country that charges labor to install a tire! To add on to the madness they installed a new headlight lamp without asking if they should, the bulb was less then two weeks old, I installed it myself. $18.00. But the icing on the cake was being charged $126.00 for a diagnostic to find a bad relay, ridiculous. And finally being charged over two and a half hours labor at $105.00 an hour when the work began at 3:30 and we picked the car up an hour later! I called the service manager twice and this little puke didn't even have the common courtesy to call me back and explain his bill. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND NOT EVEN HAVE THE RESPECT TO CALL YOU BACK TO EXPLAIN THEIR CHARGES. I run a fleet of vehicles that are in need of constant repair. This is by far the absolute work experience that I've ever had with a mechanic. Don't waste your time or money. More
As good an experience as buying a car can be. I always find that the buying process takes far too long. My experience at Wilsonville Toyota Scion was as quick as it could be. There was no haggling, Roch find that the buying process takes far too long. My experience at Wilsonville Toyota Scion was as quick as it could be. There was no haggling, Rochelle was very accommodating; made sure I had the trim level and options I desired. The delivery of the vehicle was very professional, and Rochelle was very helpful setting up blue tooth with my iPhone. My wife and I will definitely consider Wilsonville Toyota-Scion on future purchases. More
My 2009 Sienna was overdue for it's 30K mile service. I happened to be in the Wilsonville area last week and stopped by the dealership. When pulling into one of the service bays I was immediately greeted by one fellow and subsequently scheduled a service appointment with Jessica Johnston. This past Monday I returned for the service work. I was again greeted by Jessica and later shuttled by Crystal to Biscuits for breakfast while my car was worked on. The work was completed in the estimated time frame and at the estimated cost. My car was washed and vacuumed. I was very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the entire facility and most pleased by the extremely friendly staff. Thank you for a great service exerience and I will see you again in the future. - DJ - More
All of my previous experiences at this dealership have been so-so with regards to service. They tend to be a little on the slow side. I expected nothing less when I dropped my car off for it's 100k serv been so-so with regards to service. They tend to be a little on the slow side. I expected nothing less when I dropped my car off for it's 100k service today. I was pleasantly surprised by Ronnie Patterson. Firstly, he came in on his day off to make sure the service got completed as needed. He also met me at the door, got a shuttle to take me home and pick me up, and completed the service in record time. I had my car back by noon! I will always ask for Ronnie in my future dealings with Wilsonville Toyota, as he was exceptional in making sure that I was happy with my service, and they came in under the estimate on price! More
When it comes to making large purchases, my wife and I like to make sure we have considered every possible solution and option before we are satisfied with our decision. We started our research and went like to make sure we have considered every possible solution and option before we are satisfied with our decision. We started our research and went to a Chevy dealer only to be disappointed with the vehicle and confirm our suspicions of irritating sales pressures. We visited a few more dealers and crossed off a few more cars narrowing our search to two vehicles; the Toyota Sienna that would be a safe replacement to our loyal but tired Honda Odyssey or the Toyota Sequoia that would be a fun upgrade from the minivan. We visited our local Toyota dealer and began grilling the sales person about the Sienna and Sequoia differences and options. The hour was late and the sales person would've been happy on either car regardless if it was the right car for us. My wife and I left the local Toyota dealer to digest all the information we had gathered from our encounters with the various dealers. After a day of volleying the pros and cons of both vehicles, we decided to visit Wilsonville Toyota late Friday evening and see what they could offer us. We were greeted by Dallas Graham who quickly understood our dilemma and offered to take multiple test drives in the Sienna and Sequoia. We soon discovered that we didn't want another minivan, but weren't sure if the Sequoia was too big for us. Dallas took us for a test drive in a Highlander for comparison to the Sequoia which helped us come to our decision on purchasing the Sequoia. We went home that late Friday night to sleep on our decision to purchase the Sequoia. Wilsonville Toyota didn't have the vehicle we wanted with the features we were excited about, but our our local Toyota dealer did. So the Next day we went to our local Toyota dealer and sat in our car on the lot. We thought we had all the information we needed to make the decision of which Toyota excited us the most, but we weren't with the right person to help us make that final decision. Dallas had made such an impression upon us to help find the right vehicle, that we paused. I made one last call to Dallas from our car as we sat in the other Toyota dealer lot. Dallas reassured us that he could make this an enjoyable car buying experience. And it was indeed. Dallas Graham and Ron Owens fought for us in acquiring the vehicle from the other Toyota dealer over the long and extremely busy Memorial Day weekend. Not only did we save several hundreds of dollars purchasing from Wilsonville Toyota, but we gained a new perspective on the sales process… an enjoyable experience. We will be back again. Dallas Graham is a boon to Wilsonville Toyota and has certainly made our family happy in our new Sequoia. Thanks for all your tireless work and tenacious attitude. It was worth the drive! I loved the efficiency, completed the entire thing in a single afternoon, unheard of. That was largely due to Dallas, who was so friendly, service oriented and efficient. He went out of his way throughout single afternoon, unheard of. That was largely due to Dallas, who was so friendly, service oriented and efficient. He went out of his way throughout the entire experience to figure out what we needed, whether that was information, or the test drive, a drink or a bite to eat. He took care of all the paperwork, which is always so much more complicated when you are trading in as we were as well. He quickly got all the pieces together and made the entire experience as enjoyable as possible (and that is hard when he also had to deal with my 19 year old daughter who was also there through the whole process). He really helped her with understanding all the connectivity information, and went out of his way to let her know that any future questions or issues to call him. Subsequent to the sale he has been enormously helpful to me with followup. I could not be happier with my purchase. More
