This is a breath of fresh air compared to most sales reps at other dealers that try to direct the conversation and try to steer customers to what they are pushing. We came back to the dealer a few days later and although Sean was not available, we were directed to Scott McKowen who was also helpful, patient and knowledgeable. After doing our research, we could tell that the Wilsonville Toyota price was a fair one. It is nice to not have to haggle with the dealer. We had a trade-in that Edmunds and Blue Book said was worth about $7700. We were relieved to learn that Wilsonville Toyota would give us $7725 for it. We expected the dealer to come in at $5k and make us sweat it out. Scott processed the trade in, our new financing, and sent us driving away in a Certified used car in less than two hours. Initially I just stopped by to look at a few cars. The dealership staff people were all very nice and friendly. The salesman Viktor was very helpful and knowledgable as I looked at four different Toyota m dealership staff people were all very nice and friendly. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision and the 'no-bull' price was marked on every vehicle. The next day my wife came with me and another salesman helped us until Viktor was available. The second salesman was also very helpful and pleasent to work with. We chose a car to test drive and when we got back Viktor was available to walk us through the remaining purchasing process. The hand-off between the salesmen was done very professionally. Also the person who evaluated our trade-in was very polite and considerate. We really appreciated the fact that Viktor was the only person we had to deal with regarding all of the paperwork. Overall the entire experience was very positive. More

However, by the time of the purchase Wilsonville had lowered their price, which did make it the cheapest. we had not the lowest I had been quoted.
