So far this has been by far the best truck buying experience I have ever had.My only minor complaint is that I got a fair price for my trade in but not a great price. And I paid more or my new truck than I had hoped to have to pay.Having said that I realize I may not have done any better anywhere else and the pleasant experience was well worth it!I looked at the website before I went there and saw several of the folks there that had bios on the website. Nice touch! More

The evening we learned that our 10 year old Prius would be in the shop (here in Corvallis) for up to 3 weeks, we began searching the web for a new Hybrid - sooner than we had planned - and decided to upgra be in the shop (here in Corvallis) for up to 3 weeks, we began searching the web for a new Hybrid - sooner than we had planned - and decided to upgrade to a Camry (there were no hybrids in our area at all). Within hours, Don contacted us, saying he had just what we were looking for ~ except that it was red instead of black. We drove up to 'check it out' ... to LOOK, not BUY, and were also on a time constraint. Don was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable ~ and efficiently respectful of our time limitation. He worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied, whether we became customers or not. He made it possible for us to drive home in our new red car, even though we needed to bring it back a few days later to have some extra 'bells & whistles' added. He has been available via phone for questions, and spent extra time during our return visit to explain in-depth some of the electronics. His warm manner and sense of humor made it easy to trust and work with him . His pride in Toyota and in this Dealership are evident and well-founded. I was never pressured by the sales staff. Greg listened to what I wanted and contacted me when he felt he had new stock that I would be interested in. Everyone at the dealership is professional and proud o to what I wanted and contacted me when he felt he had new stock that I would be interested in.
