It's 10 days later, I have no buyer's remorse! In fact, we were so impressed with the quality of service we received the first time that yesterday we went back and bought another car for my husband! They made us a very good offer on our trade ins and we feel even better about our purchases today! And again, it was easy and we feel like we made a very good deal. I also appreciated the thank-you we got yesterday from John (who drives the green demo FJ Cruiser). He acknowledged that we had made 2 car purchases from their store and thanked us. It was nice to hear that they appreciated our business--and not just to hear it from our salesman, but also from other employees. We would definitely recommend Wilsonville Toyota to our friends and family. We will also buy our future cars from this dealer! Thanks! More
I was very happy with the buying process, and I love my New (to me) car!! The price was reasonable on the car and the offer for my trade was fair. Their 'truck guy' Brad Ostlund was very knowledgeable about the Tundra's and was able to answer all my questions (I'm an engineer by profession and drilled pretty deep on some issues). This car buying experience was the best one I have ever had!! I am 67 years old, and not up to wheeling and dealing. Of course I did a lot of homework on the Internet, so I was somewhat prepared as to pri had!! I am 67 years old, and not up to wheeling and dealing. Of course I did a lot of homework on the Internet, so I was somewhat prepared as to pricing and features. Both of these gentlemen were extremely helpful, urged me to take my time, and answered every question I had. I was a little confused by all the paperwork that was needed, but they walked me through it respectfully and carefully. Then James took me out to the car and spent a very long time explaining the many Prius options. I was dazzled and a little scared, but with a hearty handshake and lots of encouragement, I pushed the power button and was on my way. Thanks to both of these men for being so helpful, and thanks to Toyota for respecting the customer enough to start developing dealerships that allow their salesmen to show their personal integrity and their respect for their customers. I have been extremely pleased with Wilsonville Toyota, all the way from sales to service. I don't think I've EVER been able to say that before about a dealership. It took me about 10 months to decide to purchase an FJ Cruiser and Paul was very patient and friendly every time I went in. And every time I had a question, Paul was there with a prompt answer. I've been to the service department several times mainly for routine check ups. This trip was for a jumpy clutch that just started happening w/in the last couple of months. Luckily they were able to replicate the problem (I bet most dealerships would've just said it's a figment of my imagination and sent me on my way). They asked to keep the FJ for an extra day after lubing the clutch and the shaft which meant to me that they cared enough to really check it out before releasing it back to me. As it turns out, there was a part deep in the clutch, in a sealed/no-maintenance area that was never property lubricated. They also had to smooth out a rough area as well (not exactly sure where). All I can say is thank you Wilsonville Toyota - please don't ever change! More
I love my new Highlander! I love everything about it, and beyond that, I loved everything about the recent experience I had buying it! Wilsonville Toyota advertises a one price, no BS attitude, and that's exactly what we got when we went there. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No haggling, no pressure, no levels of sales people spending endless time negotiating a price. Just one salesman, one price, and a very positive experience! I had a Toyota Sienna van for 10 years. Ever since the dealership opened, I had my van serviced at Wilsonville Toyota. I was more than happy with my service there, especially with Tim and Chuck in the service department. The dealership was more than professional with everything I needed to keep the van running smoothly for the 10 years I had it. They were all gracious, accommodating, and just wanting and willing to do the right thing over and over again. Obviously, that kind of commitment didn’t go unnoticed. When it came time to buy a new vehicle, I knew I wanted a mid-sized SUV. My husband told me I could get whatever I wanted. We test drove and/or looked into the Mercedes ML350, the Acura MDX, the Lexus RX350/GX, Chevy Tahoe, Traverse, Eclipse, and the Audi Q5 and Q7. My husband just wanted me to get a car I was “happy” with. I asked all of the salesmen, especially for the Mercedes, Acura and Lexus, why I would spend the extra money on their cars vs the Toyota Highlander. Honestly, they seemed shocked by the question, as if, why wouldn’t I? They were stuck on luxury features and name brand. After driving them and looking at the interiors and features, I wasn’t sold by what they called "luxury" features and name brand. I honestly felt/feel like my new Highlander Limited is comparably equipped. I kept asking them why I should buy their cars. They had no additional hard facts as to why I would spend $10 to $20 thousand more for their cars. I asked Matt at Wilsonville Toyota the same question. Unlike the other salesmen I dealt with, he had multiple reasons…crash test ratings, full line of features for less money (overall value), gas mileage, annual maintenance costs, resale value, my history with Wilsonville Toyota and its service department (who remembered my name and were happy that I was thinking about buying another Toyota), etc. Add all of that to Matt's willingness to take the extra time with me to drive the Highlander several times during my decision making process, and demonstrate all of the extras in the vehicle, and the fact that knew more about the other vehicles I was looking at than they did about the Highlander; not to mention the personal attention we received from John Osborne, their Vehicle Operations Director, who was able to quickly locate the Highlander with the color and options I wanted, and the decision became much clearer to me. It’s been just over two weeks now with my new Toyota Highlander and I still love it! There hasn’t been a single minute when I have regretted my new car purchase, and I have never once thought that I “settled” for the Highlander. I only question why others would pay so much more. I would definitely recommend Matt, John, and the Wilsonville Toyota dealership to anyone. More

Brad met us at the door and showed me the car I was interested in. I explained that I had been in an accident and my car was totalled. I also let him know that this was just a test drive because I had to wait for the at-fault driver's insurance company to issue a check before I could purchase the car as I wanted to do a substitution of collaterol. While Brad was getting all the informatin for me, he asked what my current loan's interest rate was. Once he heard, he assured me I could get a better rate with Scion. Long story short, I drove home a beautiful Scion xD at a MUCH better interest rate than I had with the bank. This dealership is fantastic - go check it out for yourself - you won't be sorry!!! More
