I absolutely love Jason Thompson or as we call him Jamaica Jake. In fact, he was so wonderful that I have no problem buying all of my cars from him in the future. The only remotely negative thing I can say has nothing to do with the purchase or execution of the sale, but rather when I took the car for the required Free maintenance. I love that this is supplied for my new vehicle in 3 months I've gotten over 11112 miles on it, clearly I love the car. All was will with the maintenance check with the exception of the first time, the car wasn't vacuumed and the second time, the back window was still dirty (under the wing) after the car was washed. This in no way has discouraged me from ever returning. More

In first contact was by phone. I felt totally at ease with no pressure. Made an appointment to come in and was escorted through the line up of vehicles I had interest in. I have had a couple of issues with an accessory outsourced to another business and Wilsonville totally supported me and had the work completed to my satisfaction. My experience with the service department has been fantastic. It is easy to schedule appointments. The work is done on time and is done properly. I have owned three other Toyotas purchased at other area Toyota dealerships. The vehicles have been great but the service has not rivaled that at Wilsonville. I pop in to Wilsonville at least once a month to say hello and am always remembered and treated as if I own the place. More

Sean Day was patient to spend half a day showing us around the lot trying to find a used Camry to replace mine. Not finding one to suit me, we looked at new ones. He never pressured me in any way. He then discovered he had the 2013 Avalon like the one I wanted. Therefore, I purchased a 2013 model with 5060 miles. Greg was superb in handling the deal and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a new or used auto. I have never had an auto salesman who knew his product so well in my 80 years of life. We looked at several Prius-5 vehicles and Shaun kept up with me on answers to my many challenging quesions( especially about durability & service)..After several visits( 4 ) and returning home, Shaun called us and told us of a trade coming in 1-2 days.. We waited for his call and went to see what is now our "pride of driving "vehicle..Shaun gave us time & room to chat between my wife & I and never pur a heavy pressure on us for a "commit" as my wife balanced out the prospect of driving a "sort of mini van" vehicle..I am 6'2" and need head & legroom plus me driving at night with lens implants was a need that I had to be higher than regular passenger cars..Shaun's knowledge of the Prius and our quest for dependable service when needed are a few of our reasons for buying from Wilsonville-Toyota and from Shaun as our salesperson..We are now at 1 year of dependable driving and 1 year of satisfactory/dependable mileage prescribed service work.. Shaun stayed with us and helped us balance out the Prius-5 vs. a regular passenger type vehicle..Our next vehicle & salesperson will most definately be with W-T and Shaun Day.. In June I went to go looking for another vehicle during my vehicle at the times service maintenance. While I was on the lot Billy approached me ready to help! Due to this experience in June I requested to work with him again in November to purchase my BMW from Wilsonville Toyota. Billy was ready and waiting for me when I walked in! During the test drive he asked me questions that pertained to the car, but the questions were not pushy. He also turned the seat warmers on for the cold day! When we got back to the dealership he sat me down and we started to go over paperwork. Everything was as smooth as could be. The price on my trade in was spot on to the target I had, the price of the car was fantastic, and he made sure that anything that needed to be checked on the car was in writing and signed for. The most Billy got up was to get papers off the printer. It was truly a flawless process. After the paperwork was done the car was ready, waiting, and clean! Working with Billy was a pleasure. I would highly recommend using him to work with for any purchase you have at Wilsonville Toyota. More
