This was by far the easiest purchase of a car that I have done. I purchased over the internet and phone, then traveled 500 miles to pick it up. Everything was ready to go and was fast. Eric was friendly and done. I purchased over the internet and phone, then traveled 500 miles to pick it up. Everything was ready to go and was fast. Eric was friendly and picked me up from the airport. This was the best price that I saw for the car, we did not have to haggle, they just offer the lowest price.Everything was super. I highly recommend Eric and Wilsonville Toyota. When I'm ready to buy another car, I will go back to Wilsonville Toyota. More
We went to Wilsonville Toyota because it was on our way back from a VERY bad experience with Beaverton Toyota (they promised us a Sequoia with navigation, but when we made the 2 1/2 hour trip to the dealer back from a VERY bad experience with Beaverton Toyota (they promised us a Sequoia with navigation, but when we made the 2 1/2 hour trip to the dealership it turned out the vehicle did NOT have navigation). We met with Chad Robb and he was very diligent about looking for a Sequoia that had the options we were looking for. To start with it was a much better experience then with Beaverton Toyota. We found the vehicle we wanted in Washington and were quoted a "One Price" quote of roughly $47,400. We asked about the mileage and were told the vehicle had 200 miles on it and would have approximately 350 miles when it arrived the next day. We told Mr. Robb that would be fine. We were supposed to receive a call the next day at around 9am when Mr. Robb arrived at the Washington delaership to pick up the vehicle. By 11am my wife called Mr. Robb to find out the status. He said he was at the dealership and was just about to call us (never heard that before!). He said he had the vehicle and it was equipped just as stated. He said there was just problem...the vehicle actually had 1,300 miles on it and would have nearly 1,500 miles by the time it arrived in Wilsonville. I asked him if it was used and he said "No, it's just been to a lot of different dealerships with deals that didn't work out". He also stated that the Washington dealer had lied to them when asked about the mileage. We asked what they could do since this was NOT what we were told originally. He said they would discount the vehicle price by $.15/mile...or around $200...this is for a nearly $50,000 vehicle. I told Mr. Robb that the going rate for mileage right now is $.50+/mile and we expected more of a discount since the car was basically a low mileage used vehicle. Mr. Robb said they could not discount it more. We asked about the warrante and he said the existing mileage did count against the warranty so we would lose 1,500 miles of warranty. We told Mr. Robb that if they could extend the warranty another 1,000 miles so we would receive the full 36,000 mile warranty that we would accept the $200 discount and proceed. He talked to his sales manager and was told no...there was nothing more they could do. In my opinion this is exactly what Beaverton Toyota did to us...promise us a vehicle with certain features then change it after we had already signed all of the paperwork and spent nearly 2 hours at the dealership. Needless to say, we cancelled the deal and continued to look elsewhere. Out of curiosity, I called the dealer in Washington to ask about the vehicle. The very first thing the salesman told me was "just so you know this is a demo vehicle with 1,200 miles on it and we've discounted the price to $45,300 to reflect this". Immediately I realized that Mr. Robb had lied to us about several things. 1) That the Washington dealer had lied to him. This was obviously untrue as even their website reflected the accurate mileage for the vehicle. Mr. Robb's intentions were obviously to get us "hooked" on a new vehicle then expect us to go ahead and pay $2,100 too much for a demo vehicle. 2) That the vehicle was a new vehicle and had just been passed from dealer to dealer. This was a demo vehicle and had been only to this one dealership since new. 3) That there was nothing they could do with the price. If the Washington dealer had discounted it $2,100 because of the mileage, couldn't Wilsonville Toyota have done the same thing? We've now decided to purchase the vehicle directly from the dealer in Washington at a $2,100 discount from Wilsonville Toyota's "One Price" mantra. I'm very disappointed in the games that Wilsonville Toyota chooses to play. We are experienced buyers with high income, low debt, and a large down payment. We were very straightforward with Mr. Robb as to what we expected and should be treated the same in return. We'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Department of Justice as these type of "bait and switch" tactics are illegal. Consumers should not have this kind of experience purchasing a vehicle in this economy. Hundred's of dealerships are being closed down right now and the remaining dealers should be bending over backwards to support the consumers that keep their industry running. More

Great attitude, no problems, can-do assurance, relaxed waiting, good people. All the people here have been courteous and helpful, from sales to service. I had a bad battery in a new Camry Hybrid. We were in the market for our new family car and decided to drive and check out Wilsonville Toyota. We knew we weren't ready to buy that day, but the no pressure sales, drew us back the very next day, when to drive and check out Wilsonville Toyota. We knew we weren't ready to buy that day, but the no pressure sales, drew us back the very next day, when we purchased our new Sienna. All the staff members we dealt with (particularly Scott) were incredibly friendly and personable. He spent many hours with us and never made us feel as though we had to buy right now. He also did a great job helping us compare two differently equipped Siennas and make a sensible choice for our needs. More

(I.e. hold a baby seat and stroller and diaper bag, not to mention my belly was beginning to touch the steering wheel.) After searching around, I had decided to replace the Beetle with a RAV4, but was unsure if I wanted to go all out and buy a new one or purchase a 2007 one they had on the lot for a few thousand less. Viktor was excellent. He explained to me all the features of the used model they had there and then helped me choose between the used versus new model. (He recommended the used. Exact same model, but it had more features for less money and was still covered under warrenty.) He was very helpful during the sales process and document signing. In fact, when I had to return the next day with some loan paperwork, I had run over a nail on my way in, and he took my car to the service department while I waited and got me all patched up. I was very impressed with Viktor's service. My BF had to come down to sign some paperwork, also, and Viktor helped him get into a new Tundra the next day. I am impressed by Viktor- he learns exactly what you are looking for and then helps you find the vehicle with the features you want for the price you want. He has a sense for what features will appeal to different people and takes the time to review those with you on your new car. I have been quite happy with my Wilsonville Toyota experience and would recommend Viktor and the dealership to anyone. More
