We arrived to look at a 2009 Honda Accord. Met Mr. Kuppert as we pulled up. He immediately introduced himself and offered a tour of the facility. Then took us to the vehicle and presented the vehicle as if he were a Honda Dealer. After a short test drive he correctly perceived my wife was not impressed. Without preesure he asked if we would consider a comparably priced new Toyota Sport Camry. We looked and while shwoing us the vehicle noted my wife's interest in the new Scion TC. Again Mr. Kuppert's knowledge of the model answered all our questions. We arrived at 10: am. Nearly three hours of our day at Wilsonville Toyota was spent testing the Scion TC on our own. By 6 pm we had purchased the new Scion TC for cash. Mr. Kuppert's professionalism and follow up was the clear difference in our decision. He was attentive and never pushing our decsion making. We'll remain a Wilsonville Toyota customer because of today's experience. More
I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and felt beat up at the end of the experience; not so with Wilsonville Toyota-Scion. This is my second New vehicle from Wilsonville Toyota and Scion and each time I come back I leave surprised and feeling great about the time spent. I can't wait to come back; I try and talk my friends into coming in just so I can go. I had questions and got straight answers right away, financing was more than reasonable and they worked with any situation that I had. I had never been to Wilsonville Toyota before. I found a car that I was interested in on Craigslist. When I asked to test drive the Prius I liked, I quickly found out that the battery was dead due to someo car that I was interested in on Craigslist. The gentleman that was assisting did not seem to know much about the ins and outs of the particular vehicle, but after a bit of investigation he had the car jumped and started. After shopping around I felt that the price they were asking was fair. I did not feel that the trade in value that they offered me on my previous vehicle was accurate, so I opted not to trade in, but the remainder of the buying experience was quick and pleasant. I like the car and feel like it was a no hassle kind of experience. More

I personally have always found ALL car salespeople distasteful and pushy. My lost husband LOVED dealing with them as he worked with salesmen and saw it as a challenge. He would drive them crazy with questions and push right back...have them sweating like nervous teenager boys trying to hold a girls hand for the first time till he finally accepted the sale price. I usually walked out and read a book until signing papers at the end. Even after all the battling was over, I still could not stand the salesperson. I have thought of buying a new Toyota for several years now, and finally came to look about 6 months ago. At that time, Daniel took us on test drives of a few different cars. He was so nice and pleasant and personable! But, I was frankly overwhelmed by all the choices and colors and I left feeling confused. Making this big decision and investment sends me into an analytical tailspin, thoughts of all these choices kept me wake at night. My husband and I let it go for a while. Then two days ago, we came down to Wilsonville Toyota to test drive again and try to decide on a model. Matt started helping us and we had a couple tests drives after looking at all the colors and models. He is so pleasant too!! He had an answer to every question I had. And as I told him how knowledgeable he seemed about Toyotas, he was still modest and said there are others who know even more. He has a way of listening and realizing what the person really wants in a car and affirms that back to them. This was very helpful to me. This is what makes Matt stand out as an excellent sales advocate. He is honest and straightforward and very helpful in getting us what we wanted for the new car. And after a few hours there, I saw a bright red RAVE by the showroom that had all the features we wanted. I started to feel excited that maybe I had found the right car. My husband and I left to have a beer and discuss everything. I called Matt and said we were too tired to come back on Saturday, but would come back the next morning. Back the next day I did hope that the red RAVE was not sold and there it was. We took it on a test drive and I fell in love with that car!! I LOVED my experience buying my new bright red 2010 RAVE4 6 cylinder Sport!!! I felt relaxed through the whole time I was there and extremely satisfied. Both Daniel and Matt are very very patient men in the most naturally relaxed way. I will recommend Wilsonville Toyota to everyone. More
Yesterday I went from one extreme to another, from a dealership who appeared to have no intrest in engaging a customer to a dealership that treated me like they actually WANTED my business. I am a consumer who likes to believe I am getting good value for any purchase I make Large or small. A Car is no small investment, I tend to keep them a long time. My previous care I owned for 9.5 years. I like to get what I pay for and with the current incentives even in these unsure economic times I was willing to spend the money for a major purchase. The staff all the way from the receptionist who answered my phone call for directions to the floor assistant who prepped my new ride were engaged with me as a person, looked me in the eye's and gave me their full attention. Man what a difference, the first dealership I visited that day let me wonder around their lot in the overcast, cool, damp day without so much as a by your leave. I actually has to go looking for help, they were more interested in the food and coffee at their desk than speaking to a women about a car. Thank goodness for Ellie and all the crew at Wilsonville Toyota who got me into an totally TRICKED out car. thanks so much for the great attention and customer service, its worth the 25 mile trip to get treated as if you valued my business. While considering our financing options with large down and very good credit, we had sales mgr find a better rate than the one quoted while we were working on the paperwork. They didn't have to do that as the deal was done. They also quoted us a competitive trade in value and still gave us two weeks to seel our traqde inj on our own. All of these little pieces added up to a very customer service oriented experience....a high level of customer service. thank you. More
