His goal through the whole process was to help us get what WE wanted. There was no 'bazar style' negotiations that drain you mentally, physically and emotionally - instead, you are treated with respect, shown ALL the REAL numbers (if you want check with KBB or Edmunds) in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. If you decide to buy Toyota from Oregon, go to Wilsonville Toyota and ask for Greg McMillin. You will NOT regret it!!! P.S. so you don't think I am sugar coating my review - I actually went to a different (traditional) dealership to check how the prices are and experienced the 'dark side' of buying a car, so I went back to Greg and sealed the deal. My experience began at my front door. My sales advocate James Park had come to my house with one of the vehicles I had shown interest in over the phone. (which is now the car I happily drive every day!). My recently deceased car was at that time awaiting fixing in Idaho, and I had no other transportation to the dealership. I had a wonderful test-drive back to the dealership in the 2007 Honda Civic Si and though it had been my second choice originally, James had mentioned that I might just like this one a little better, so he brought it to me first. (Oh yes, and did I mention, it was also a little cheaper! "No Bull" is right.) Once we arrived at Wilsonville Toyota-Scion I parked the Civic and we went looking for my primary choice. It had been neatly set aside with a sign with my name on it, reserving it so I didn't miss out on it if I decided to get it. I ended up deciding not to test drive it, as James had been correct and the Honda did indeed fit me just a bit better. The paperwork was quick and unlike what I always fear, very painless. I only dealt directly with James for all my paperwork, but I had contact with some other very friendly employees. The manager who was handling all my final paperwork, Ron Owens, was also very friendly and very quick and accurate in his work. I have a strong business background and have bought my share of cars, and as I said before, the "No Bull" stands true for me. This is a great place with great people and I had a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend it to others, and I will return. More

Through out the whole process we worked with only one employee making the entire experience a more comfortable and personal one. Scott McKowen led us through each and every step from showing us around the lot to browse cars to doing a final inspection on the detailing before handing over the keys. We are SO grateful to have ended up here and will definitely be back the next time we need a car! More

Recently I was in a car accident that required me to have to purchase a new vehicle. I had checked out a couple other dealerships and was very disappointed with the end results. Turns out to be priceless advice. The people at Wilsonville Toyota are genuine, very knowledgeable and they absolutely roll out the red carpet for you. Dallas Graham patiently walked me through the process, answered my many questions and never pressured me. He allowed me to enjoy the experience of getting a new car and explained every detail I asked about regarding the purchase process as well as all of my questions about the car. It was also a plus that he had a great sense of humor. There were lots of bonus features on the car that he went through with me one by one. The manager was also very knowledgeable, friendly & had a great sense of humor as well. I was also very pleased that I received a follow up phone call after I purchased the car to make sure I was happy with my new Camry. Dallas made sure I was happy and again followed up 30 days later. This dealership really knows how to take care of the customer in every way and I’m so glad my friend had me make the drive out there. I also have to say the waiting room is stocked with gourmet coffee & fruits. What more could a person ask for.
