I'd brought my 2010 Scion XD in for its 20K checkup. While waiting, I was approached by James. He presented me with the opportunity to exchange my 3 years old car for a newer. As it turned out, I took the deal, and left the dealership in a new and somewhat sportier version of the car I'd driven in. James, himself, was/is an engaging fellow, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was patient and willing to work with me when, the next day and due to a misunderstanding on my part, I pressed to make changes to the as yet unfinalized agreement. In the end, the agreement was, in fact, modified, but toward including options I'd originally deferred rather than excluding the one I'd felt concern over. His comportment was familiar yet professional; it was pleasant to do business with him, and I'd be pleased to do so again. Finally, I'm pleased with the upgrade. I've always driven blandly colored and unadorned cars (with standard transmission), and, now, I'm in an automatic with an interesting (dramatic?) coloration and smart rims. Good job, James. More

I purchased a new 2014 Highlander and because I have never owned a Toyota before I had a ton of questions for him. He was able to answer all of my questions and inform me about things I never would've thought to ask. As for my new Highlander, I absolutely love it. I can't say enough great things. My last car was an older BMW and the Highlander has blown my old car out of the water. The technology and safety features are superior and the ride is remarkably smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota and Billy Yi to any of my friends or family members. More

My car was totaled in a car accident, and I needed to find a car over the weekend, fast. I knew I wanted a Rav4, not sure about leasing or loan. I was referred to Josh Von Ruden, who is the sales manager at Wilsoville Toyota, by a dear friend. Both she and another friend had a great car buying experience with Josh. After visiting the Wilsonville Toyota website, I REALLY liked the “no bull” format of just knowing the lowest price, whether you were a dealer or customer or the President! I also so great reviews on this website so I knew I had more than just my friends’ word. Over the phone, Josh was so helpful, responsive, patient and kind in helping me determine if I should lease or buy, and in my situation, it turned out leasing is the best option, and I can always end up buying the car at the end, paying about $650 more than if I would have bought in on loan. I like the flexibility that allows! Anyway, we went to dealership on a Saturday. I loved feeling like we could walk in without being attacked by “wolves” - an experience I have had at other dealerships. The Wilsonville dealership was clean, fresh, friendly & lots of options to choose from and we LOVED our “Customer Advocate” Jenn Stevick, who helped our family of four test drive the different models of Rav4. I can honestly say she was truly the best advocate & along with Josh, she had the best customer service! Jenn answered every single question we had, and also never pressured us in any way to add something or buy up. Honestly, Jenn has the perfect personality for me to feel comfortable with (she sat in the back with the kids and answered my husband’s tough questions!). She was so patient, honest, helpful - I can’t say enough good things! Jenn went above and beyond in so many ways -- even meeting me at my son’s basektball tournament the next day (30 min away from the dealership) so I could sign the papers and get my new car then next day, without missing one game! I am very happy with my 2014 Rav4 and also very happy the price, and my monthly payments. Both Josh and Jenn were so patient and knowledgable in helping me figuring out payments vs. cash down, and responded to me by text when I needed it by text, and phone when I needed it by phone. Great service all around. I drive by Wilsonville Toyota daily on my way to and from work. I noticed a new 4Runner with accessories that suited my tastes. After doing some research online for comparable (and not so comparable) vehicles near the Portland Metro, I decided to be a repeat customer of Wilsonville Toyota (I purchased a slightly used FJ Cruiser in 2010 and also enjoyed working with the sales team). I am a repeat customer for two reasons: 1) They have an enjoyable, "No Bull", sales process, and 2) They added cool accessories to an already fantastic vehicle, making it even more fun to own. As soon as I drove up, Andrew greeted me. He is professional and knowledgeable of their products, their sales process, and the accessories the dealer added to my new car. Andrew is personable and easy to talk to. Like myself, he is also a military veteran so we shared a couple of nostalgic stories. Overall, Andrew is a great salesman and I'd definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from him. I received fair trade-in value for my clean FJ Cruiser and a rebate on the extended warranty I purchased with it. Andrew also made sure I purchased the appropriate amount of protection for my new vehicle based on my short term and long term needs. Walking in the dealership, I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and this made the process even more enjoyable for both Andrew and myself. I'll definitely make Wilsonville Toyota my first stop when I'm on the market for another car in a few years. More
I went to the dealership to look at a used car that was advertised on their website. Greg showed me the car and also asked what I was looking for in a car. I had thought I could only afford a used car, but instead I found I could afford to lease one and have the reliability and warranty of a new car. I was very nervous to make a car purchase, but Greg was patient and did not pressure me. So in spite of my nerves, I can say that I had an overall satisfactory experience in leasing a car. More

However - we would rate our experience with Scott and Wilsonville Toyota as the *best* car buying experience we've had. We were able to complete our purchase very expeditiously. It was a Saturday morning, my wife and I had planned a trip to Eugene to visit family. Since we would be passing by, we decided to stop in at Wilsonville Toyota to test drive a Camry Hybrid that we had s trip to Eugene to visit family. Since we would be passing by, we decided to stop in at Wilsonville Toyota to test drive a Camry Hybrid that we had seen on their web site. We were also curious about their "No Bull" policy. Before heading south, we stopped in at a Ford dealership in Beaverton to test drive a Fusion Hybrid. Wow, talk about high pressure sales ... we got the test drive over with, and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Our experience at Wilsonville Toyota was comfortable, satisfying, and enjoyable. Shortly after we arrived, we were introduced to our salesperson Sean Day. Sean's job was to take us through the process, from the beginning to wherever we decided to end it. Sean was very easy to work with, friendly, and seemed to be genuinely more interested in meeting our needs than in making the sale. He asked about my daily commute and, for the test drive, guided me out to an area where the terrain was similar. It was great. I was sold. But we were expected in Eugene ... did we really have time to go through the hassle, hand-offs, and hold-ups that go along with purchasing a vehicle? Turns out we did not have to worry about that. Sean did take care of everything from start to finish ... no pressure. The whole process, from the time we pulled in to the dealership - to resuming our trip to Eugene, took less than four hours! It has been just over a week now, and I am still very pleased with the experience - and the results. More
