Today I bought a new car from this dealer. I have to say, the reason this dealer won my purchase was the truly outstanding and understanding sales staff. Scott McKowen was my "Customer Advocate." Scott made every effort to ease me through the incredible complications of the federal "CARS" program, commonly called "cash for clunkers". He was totally knowledgable about his products and answered every question I put forth. I did my research beforehand about other brands to consider. Much to my surprise, Scott honestly compared the pros and cons of the competition, without the expected bias. This is not the first time I have purchased a new car, but it is the first time I have had a totally positive experience. The new facility at Wilsonville Toyota is very nice to visit, but best part of my buying experience was the salesperson. I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to this excellent dealer. The Wilsonville Toyota-Scion Dealership was recommended to me by 2 of my employees. I got on-line and found the new car inventory which shows the MSRP price of each vehicle. Then I called to get their "No Bull" price which is there only price. The numbers were the best that were quoted to me. Based on that information, I drove to the dealership with the intention of buying a vehicle. The 3 cars in question were on the lot and the price I was quoted were clearly visible on the cars. Wilsonville Toyota removed the negotiating process from the equation. Negotiating is the one issue when purchasing a car that I dread the most. I worked with Scott McKowen through the process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle in question. There was no pressure. He listened to what I said and didn't pursue issues I said "No" to. The paperwork took a little longer than expected, but I attribute some delays to the Federal Clunker Stimulus program I was taking advantage of which requires additional paperwork. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my experience in all areas and Scott McKowen was great to work with. I high recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience. We went in to Wilsonville Toyota-Scion, just to look, and purchased a new 2010 Toyota Tundra - Rock Warrior edition. My husband and I decided to think on it and told them we were going to leave but thank you purchased a new 2010 Toyota Tundra - Rock Warrior edition. Brad was very nice about telling us that we could take it to get coffee while we thought about it or we could come back, there was no pressure for us to HAVE to stay and BUY it RIGHT NOW. He even told us that we SHOULD think about it because it is a big purchase and he didn't want us to regret buying it or put us in financial strain. Well we left and came back a couple hours later and Brad was finishing a purchase with a different couple so we started talking to Sam, he was a very nice but very straight forward kind of guy, which was great. He helped us work out the final details and they even brought us a truck from Gresham since the specific color we wanted wasn't instock and we didn't really want to wait and come back a different day. So we drove away with our perfect, granted gas guzzling, but perfect none the less, and have been very happy ever since. They even lowered our APR after we left which was a great little suprise.
