I was met by Colin within a few minutes of my initial arrival at Wilsonville Toyota and he was extremely focused on making sure I had the total exposure to the 4Runner so the exact model and options would be correct for me. Even though I was a persistent person with follow up visits (unannounced) and phone messages with questions to be answered, Colin continued to be enthusiastic and informative about the vehicle choices I was inquiring about. I bought at Wilsonville Toyota because of the great experience with the staff and Colin in particular. I appreciate the can do attitude and the up front no games dealing. Needed Jump Start on Camry Hybrid 12 volt battery Went to Wilsonville Post Office and when I came out the battery which had been sitting for two months didn't have enough charge to restart. I called Wilsonville Toyota, a mile and a half away, and they responded immediately. Ricardo was the dealer representative. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and had me going in less than a minute. He first asked the circumstances to find out why my battery might be down. He also suggested that we come by the dealership to have the battery system checked. We did that and found the battery to be ok, just run down from lack of use over a ouple months. It was all very easy! They are a great group of helpful people! More
