I have to admit from the time I sent the email till Nick handed me the keys to my 2010 Camry that at some time I would be held captive in a small cube with many people hammering me until I gave in and bough handed me the keys to my 2010 Camry that at some time I would be held captive in a small cube with many people hammering me until I gave in and bought the car. "No Bull" is for real at Willsonville. I have purchased many many cars in my life and cannot remember really ever enjoying the experience. It always would take days to get mentally prepared and head back in for more abuse. Nick Nystrom from the very first email was genuine and helpful. Not one time did I feel like I was dealing with a Sales person. Customer Service is very important to me and my career is now in Customer Service so my expectations are very high and Nick exceeded all my expectations. Not only did he help me find the right car he gave me scenarios and choices and let me decide what worked for me. It is really refreshing to know that there is a new way to sell cars and they have nailed it!! I watched other people show up with that look in there eyes and dread when they sat down in the really nice lobby and within minutes you see this calm come over everyone in the show room. There are no secret rooms or people waiting in the back ground to pounce on you and the only time I saw Ron(Finance guy) was when the deal was done and he came over and Thanked me for buying the car and shook my hand. So, now that I have the car and have already called Nick several times after the Sale the service and response has not changed even after the deal was complete over 2 weeks ago. I really enjoy the fact Nick understands that you cannot always talk on the phone during the work week and uses email to help work the deal. Nick -- Thank You very much for your personal, genuine and excellent service. I look forward to working with you again in the near future! Thank you to whomever was responsible for rolling out a new way to purchase a vehicle the right way -- I am sure there were skeptics and hoped it wouldn't work but from what I saw at Willsonville Toyota should be the standard for all Dealerships! My husband and I visited Wilsonville Toyota to look for a new Tacoma. We had been to a couple other dealers and just hadn't had the right feeling about either the process or the prices of the trucks they ha new Tacoma. We test drove an access cab 4x4 and fell in love with it. Boyce answered all our questions, made us feel completely at ease, and gave us a great deal with our trade-in. We had wonderful experience and will be back again someday to purchase another vehicle. We would definitely recommend Wilsonville Toyota and Boyce to anyone who wants to have a great experience buying a car. More
Oswaldo 'OSSY' Carranza was our Customer Advocate. He is very knowledgeable about the Toyota cars, trucks and SUV products. He explained in detail how each option works, what options are available and sear very knowledgeable about the Toyota cars, trucks and SUV products. He explained in detail how each option works, what options are available and searched for the exact vehicle we were looking for. 'OSSY' made us feel very comfortable personally and in the showroom environment. His style is very calm, relaxed and non intimidating. He made sure we knew the "Wilsonville" dealership offers one price only. They do advertise and have it posted; as a "NO BULL" dealership. We didn't have any questions about the price, it was in black and white. If someone wants to bicker; don't come here. We highly recommend buying a vehicle from "Wilsonville Toyota", they are efficient in every detail. From 'OSSY' our Customer Advocate, to the owner (which 'OSSY' introduced us to), to the receptionist, administration staff, service department, parts department and the professional automobile detail technicians. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted, and looked at both new and used cars. Eventually we visited the dealership 4 times before completing our deal. I was impressed with my experience buying my 2010 Prius at Wilsonville, Toyota. Bill is remarkably intelligent, personable and a pleasure to speak with. He went out of his way to make sure that I got any applicable discounts. I liked the straightforward talk and behavior of both Bill Graham and Erik Kalick. Both men are respectful and professional. I was introduced to the dealership manager who was also polite and friendly. I felt no pressure to buy. Bill clearly explained the additional options, extended warranties, etc. He did not push me to take them. I traded in my 2007 Mini Cooper. It was promptly evaluated; I was given a fair price and complimented on the condition of the car. All of the staff that I met were friendly and helpful. The waiting area is classy with complimentary fresh fruit, good coffee, etc, great magazine selection, spacious, light and quiet. They also offer to drive you home or take you to Bridgeport to shop while you wait for service. Service so far has been superb. They finished scheduled service in half the time predicted. I met with Brad and was a little shocked to find that the FJ Cruiser I had my eye on had sold earlier that day. Then I was very shocked to see that Brad had managed to find me on that I like even more (love the color). My experience at this dealership was great from start to finish. Brad is so knowledgeable about the vehicles and seemed willing to do just about anything to make my purchase as easy as possible (even entertaining my very excited 6 year old son - thank you for your patience). The purchase took less than 2 hours and I received a fair amount for my trade and a great finance rate through Toyota. I have already recommended Wilsonville Toyota, and especially Brad, to my family and friends and will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase (if i'm ever able to part with my FJ). We have not been in the market for a car for a few years, and were not looking forward to the experience, (shudder). But, we wanted to trade for a used Jeep. We went to this dealer and met with Sean. Sean got one. This was the most pleasant experience we have had. The price was stated on the Jeep, he told us what we would get for our old car, and the deal was done. This dealership touts a "no bull" policy, but that is all I saw when I purchased a used vehicle there. The salesperson, a gentleman whose name I can't recall, but who amazingly told me he was the head manag I saw when I purchased a used vehicle there. The salesperson, a gentleman whose name I can't recall, but who amazingly told me he was the head manager of another dealership before he became a salesperson here, was obnoxious. I was told as I was test driving the vehicle that it was once owned by a female friend of his who loved it, and turned it in to buy another...a week later, he and I drove it again, and when I asked him about the previous owner (as a double check), he stated he had no idea who owned the vehicle...he thought maybe that bought it at an auction. I walked away from this deceptive bonehead, and got a guy named Eric Kalik. Nice guy, and he did a lot better job than the previous salesperson. Eric was professional and polite, and I purchased the certified vehicle...but, much to my dismay, and certainly not Eric's fault, the prep and inspection team did an awful job getting this vehicle ready to be sold. This "certified vehicle" was not all clean and was not properly prepped and gone over. Lights were out, parts were missing, a visor was broken and sitting at an unusable angle above the driver's head, they told me they did a service that included new plugs, but the new plugs were not installed according to their service department, etc. Now, this is a vehicle that, as they advertise, has had a thorough inspection? They actually certified this??? After much, much conversation, and as I mentioned above, I bought it because Eric wrote up a "we owe" paper, and they did eventually finish all the work that was supposed to be done before the car was put on the lot in the first place. In the end, I got a good car (Toyota), from a good guy at a dealership I'll never go back to... No bull? Nothing but. I had to step over "bull poop" all through this dealership. Hopefully, Eric will move on to a better dealership, and I can purchase a vehicle from him there. In the meantime, stay away from these guys, or wear some very old shoes. More
