This is our first time at this dealership and we came here because we were sick of the typical car sales crap. This was such an awesome experience. I even told Jason that I loved him. He was so nice and not at all your typical sales creep. He is the only one we delt with from start to finish and nothing was pushed at us. We had come prepared with internet printouts on the cars we were interested and then asked to see what else was in our price range. Jason showed us other vehicles and just in passing pointed out a ScionXB and we had never even thought about one before but the color was Teal and could not resist at least a peak at what a Scion was. We fell in love and it was in our price range so just had to have it. We did all the paperwork with none of the pain and felt like we got a great deal with absolutely no pressure. I would reccomend this place and especially Jason to everyone I know. Thank you who ever came up with this idea for a car lot -- I loved it!!!! More

Jason was quick to answer all my questions, found the car that I wanted, and worked very hard to procure it for me. He paid attention to my time needs and met them as quickly as possible. Jason was very personable and friendly when I spoke to him on the phone, and even more so in person. He represented the dealership very well. He was friendly and professional. He was very well dressed and groomed and prepared for us when we arrived at the dealership. Our overall experience at the dealership was absolutely great! Never has car buying been such a pleasant experience! My husband was very skeptical, and thought it would be just like any other experiences that we have had, and he was pleasantly surprised and pleased! There were no surprises, and it only took a short time to do the whole process. The price for our car was very fair, and the trade allowance was extremely fair. This is actually the first time that we felt that we made a fair deal for both the seller and us, the buyer. We left happy and ready to tell all our friends and family about our experience, and we will return if we ever buy another car! More

I, in turn, checked the value of my trade-in with four other book valuations, and with this information, I quoted what I wanted for my car, and if these were agreeable to both parties, we would have a deal. I felt I had all the facts,with no pressure on the value of my trade-in. I felt Jason was upfront, honest, and very pleasurable to deal with. My husband and I came into this dealership recently to check out a couple vehicles. Jim took the time to make sure he fully understood what we were looking for and opened our eyes to options that would benefit us that we had never really considered. We came into this with the intent on buying and Jim took the time to fully explain the lease process and that considering our history with vehicles it really made the most sense. Throughout the whole process I felt that Jim was really looking out for what was in our best interest which is definitely the opposite of what I have experienced at other dealerships. Our experience as a whole was definitely a positive one and when we get another car here in a month or so we will be coming back. More

He is very personable and knowledgeable and took care of our every request. We especially enjoyed his upbeat and happy style. He gave special effort to take care of a few extra details for us. We really appreciate the "No-Bull" policy and no haggling. They just give us the straight story & no games. All of the service provided for our first Toyota over the last two years (such as oil changes) also resulted in good experiences. Their service center is exceptionally clean and seems to run very efficiently. I was glad to have the Toyota shuttle me to and from work while my car was being serviced. The people are always friendly and cheerful. More
Great place to buy a car, we got 2 Toyotas from this dealer in the last 6 months, We first got an FJ Cruiser used, then we came back for a Brand new Venza (We were looking for an Outback but hated the d dealer in the last 6 months, We first got an FJ Cruiser used, then we came back for a Brand new Venza (We were looking for an Outback but hated the delaerships/sales people plus they had a mark up on top of the MSRP), so we remember our great experience at Wilsonville Toyota and Don, and we started to look at Toyotas, we tested several vehicles and Don was very helpful and patience, we end up getting a 2011 Venza and we are more than happy. If you want a real "No Bull" deal Wilsonville Toyota is the place, one price did not go back and forward with counter offers, if you go there ask for Don Pendleton, he is the best car salesman that we ever encounter.Thanks again for a straight no BS deal.
