We have almost 200,000 miles on it and want it to last until the new all electric models come out in 2012 or 2013. The staff are friendly and professional and the work has been excellent. We would definitely recommend Wilsonville Toyota. On Toyota North America: On a side note, I would respectfully request that Toyota pull out of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce because that organization has taken a stand against clean air legislation and other citizen oriented protections. The U.S. Chamber has launched a $100,000,000 campaign to kill the president's top 5 priority bills including health care reform, bank reform, helping homeowners stay in their homes, and clean air legislation. It is not okay to advertise your company as "green" and then support an organization that is acting in ways contrary to the best interests of the environment, the citizens, and therefore, your customers. Many major companies, like Apple, have taken a stand for a cleaner air and citizen oriented legislation by recently pulling out of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Please follow their example, Toyota North America. We vote with our wallets when we pick the goods and services we buy. More
I wanted a Tundra & hubbie is a Ford man-wanted an F150. We visited many dealerships together, each trying to convince the other of their choice. The rest of our experiences at all other dealerships was so completely opposite, with pushy sales managers taking over and practically throwing themselves in front of our vehicle trying to slow down our attempts to leave. Where are these folks hatched....I mean raised? Two weeks after the initial time we spent with Kevin, we called him again. We initially were looking at brand new but found exactly what we wanted in a slightly used (only 13,000 miles on it). We went out there today and in less than 3 hours had test driven, purchased, done the paperwork, had coffee as hubbie watched football while our tundra was being detailed. We wanted running boards added/installed and will be coming back in a few days to have that done. Kevin was wonderful in that he let me go out and try out the 2 different styles of running boards offered. He gave his recommendation but was more interested in having me try out the 2 different types to make sure I chose the one I wanted. It was clear that Kevin's goal was to have a truly satisfied customer. Kevin's goal has been met. By the way, this place does an unbelievable job detailing. Our Tundra looks brand spanking new. It's absolutely beautiful. And in less than 3 hours time we were taking this lovely truck home! Thank you Kevin. Who knew purchasing a vehicle could truly be a good experience. I adore Wilsonville Toyota, and Kevin is my hero for somehow swaying my Ford loving husband to a Tundra. I can't be happier! More
We had a budget of $10,000 or less and I wanted a larger SUV with leather. I went to at least 5 dealerships in the Gresham area and was all but laughed at. I remembered Wilsonville Toyota's commercials and thought I'd call and see if they had anything in my range. I spoke with Rob and he told me he had a 2002 Youkon with Leather for $8800. I only kind of believed him so I went out there and looked and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. From beginning to end I worked with Rob, he (and all the staff)were EXCELLENT with myself and my son (who is 4 years old), I never once felt like I was being cheated or suckered. They explained everything up front and made me understand what we were doing. I will NEVER buy another car anywhere else ever again and I will reccommend Wilsonville Toyota to anyone and everyone I meet! More

I purchased a brand new Tacoma from Wilsonville Toyota last Thursday. The entire process was great. Everyone was nice and the customer service was great. It was a pleasure dealing with Nick. Wilsonville Toyota's "No Bull" policies were a big plus for us. We knew up front, before we purchased our van, how much it would cost, and how much we'd get for our trade. My new profession involved a long commute, and after driving it for a few months it was obvious to me that I was going to have to downgrade to a fuel efficient vehicle. So I went to Wilsonville Toyota on a sunny Saturday morning and began the BEST car buying experience a family man could ever ask for. First of all Wilsonville Toyota was straight forward with me and I greatly appreciated that because I was scared of the situation I was in with my Tundra and the commute. I was very comfortable with the dealership and the sales person because they spent the time with me asking me questions about my current situation and then took the time to explain their process and why they are different then any other dealership. Wilsonville Toyota One Person, One Price, is the most fair and consistent way to buy a vehicle. For my Tundra, they simply gave me way too much money on trade. I almost felt that I was the one getting over on the dealership. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry and I am very happy with my new wheels at a smoken 32 miles per gallon on the freeway. I can now afford to live and support my family. Wilsonville Toyota has earned my business for a lifetime and all of my family and friends will shop at this dealership as well. Thank You. More
I recently had my first child about 3 months ago and have been thinking about getting a vehicle that is more kid friendly and also easier for my clients to get in and out of on a daily basis...so as I brough been thinking about getting a vehicle that is more kid friendly and also easier for my clients to get in and out of on a daily basis...so as I brought my 2008 FJ Cruiser(3rd car purchased from Wilsonville Toyota) in for a 15k service I decided to look at some options with Kevin. I found myself drawn to an Infiniti G35S and was able to get a trade-in price that was to good to pass up on for my FJ...so I went ahead and moved quickly on the deal and found myself in my new more kid friendly/client friendly ride....the weekend passed and I began to question my purchase and wonder if I had made the right decision for myself and for my family. I went back to the dealership this morning and let John Osborne know that I thought I made a mistake and needed to switch back into my FJ...this was when it showed how much this organization truly cares about it's clients. John assured me that it was no problem and that if the Infiniti wasn't right he'd switch me back into my FJ Cruiser right away...that's exactly what happened, no questions, no hassling me to keep the car, "no bull". Funny thing after switching back into my FJ for the rest of my work day I went back and got the Infiniti again...I just needed to be away from it for the day to realize how perfect it truly was for me and once again John helped me out and made me feel okay about my flip flop.
