I had been researching what I wanted to buy for some time. I had requested internet quotes from other dealerships closer to home but they did not even quote the vehicle I asked for. I contacted Eric Saturday morning so I knew he was in and told him I was on my way. When I arrived "my" car was waiting for me. Eric told me what the Wilsonville Toyota way of doing business was and that was the way it went. I delt with only one person. NO BULL to pressure. I never heard one time the quote I hate from sales folks - 'What's it going to take to get you in this car today' NEVER> Facts were presented and from the time I showed up I was gone with my car in 2 hours. This was my first car buying experience. I had previously helped a friend buy a car at another dealership and experienced how difficult it could be to buy a car. I did not have the same experience at Wilsonville Toyota. Clarisa was my sales woman and she was very friendly and never pushy. She never made me feel like I was being pressured into making a decision I didn't want to make. Also since Wilsonville Toyota has a no-bull pricing policy I didn't have to worry if I got the best deal possible, I knew I did. This was a big selling point for me. This dealership also worked at finding me the car I wanted. When I first went to Wilsonville Toyota they didn't have the color of the car I wanted, a white Scion Tc. So instead of trying to push me onto another color or car they got my contact information and said they would see what they could do. A few days later I got a call back from Clarisa letting me know they found my car and would have it delivered. They worked very hard at making sure I got what I wanted. Great experience for me. And again with the no-bull pricing policy you don't have to worry if you could have gotten the car for cheaper, because they are already selling it at their lowest price. Oh and finally they have a great dealership with a children's play area, and a TV lounge where you watch TV while your friend closes a deal. More
