He navigated everything from financing to the more mundane paperwork and ensured that the whole experience was fun and rewarding. There was no pressure, no haggling, and no hassle. We got a very fair price, had all the information necessary, and felt very good about the whole process. We will buy from him and this dealership again. Even more important, we will recommend our friends do too! More
I work nearby Wilsonville Toyota-Scion, but live 35 miles away. I've stopped in there briefly before, but mostly have heard good things word of mouth. After seeing a good looking, barely used car on their website, I took the time to drive down there from home on a Saturday (repeating my normal work commute). I was helped by Ellie Treinen, who was very pleasant to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and made every effort to SERVE me rather than pressure me. I don't do pressure, especially at automotive dealers. I work in a customer service oriented profession, and in my opinion, customer service is a self-less act, but it works to build repeat business if executed to serve the customer, on a repetitive basis. That is how my employer has built an unrivaled reputation in their industry, and it appears Wilsonville Toyota-Scion has as well. I would definitely refer a friend to Ellie and Wilsonville Toyota-Scion, and will shop there again when the opportunity arises. I took with me a car that I considered trading in, if it was economically justifiable. They drove the car around the block and checked it out, and in a very short time had both: 1) found all of the key issues (which actually builds credit in my book - I'm the son of a mechanic) and 2) used a very professional system to evaluate the exact market value of the car (which I'm quite sure is a third party system that they invest $$$ in). Their investment in doing this in such a professional manner procured an accurate value of my car, which was actually more than reasonable, and solidified my business with them. Ellie went out of her way to make sure I knew about every important detail in my process of purchasing a vehicle, including details that only served me, not the dealership, or herself. She also followed up to make sure everything with the car was going well, and I was enjoying my purchase. Thank you Ellie Treinen, and Wilsonville Toyota-Scion! More
Bought a Brand New 2010 Toyota Corolla. I love the NO BULL pricing it was the first car I financed. Overall it was a Awful expirence. Maybe its because I have not dealt with a lot of dealerships. I picke BULL pricing it was the first car I financed. Overall it was a Awful expirence. Maybe its because I have not dealt with a lot of dealerships. I picked out the car, I wanted and was ready to sign. The paperwork was easy and they made the process simple, I only had to deal with Nick Nystrom for most of the process. He explained what was going on, my main problem with him was him going on for 45 minutes about purchasing the extended warranty. I know he makes comission on it but after the 3rd time of saying no I figured he would get the hint. He told us we were making a big mistake by not purchasing it. Toyota's are built to last forever, it was not needed. He kept pushing it ans saying we were being stupid. He will tell you anything you want to make a comission. The corolla I purchased did no have all of the features he mentioned. He told me the LE is fully loaded but The XLE has the bells and whistles. He also sold me a blutooth that was not in stock. It has been six months and still no blutooth. AVOID NICK NYSTROM AT ALL COSTS. Everyone else at the dealership could not have not nicer. Nick's boss Don was one of the nicest people I have ever met. When purchasing the car. I had some questions about the financing of the car. We qualified for 0% interest at the Toyota Year End Clearence, but Toyota financial wanted more information from us. It was not a problem but asking Nick, and the Toyota Manager Phil, why this was needed after the contract was already signed and it was days after the purchase was done, I could not get a straight answer. We talked to Alison and she sorted it out NO PROBLEM. And we have been happy ever since. I love this Car and the price was great and I did not have to haggle over a good price. Even if you go to a different dealership and haggle over price, Wilsonville Toyota is still cheaper, without haggling. More
I have owned Toyota, Honda, and Acura's; I find them the only cars of interest to me. Beyond reliability and true cost of owning a vehicle, the most important factor to me is working in partnership with a only cars of interest to me. Beyond reliability and true cost of owning a vehicle, the most important factor to me is working in partnership with a dealership to: 1) identify the right vehicle for my lifestyle 2) provide exemplary service to maintain the vehicle 3) (and most importantly) possess integrity and continue to be there and assist after a sale is made. I've heard that a majority of consumers find buying a car trying, challenging, and overall not a great experience, but it doesn't need to be that way. Wilsonville Toyota offers a refreshing experience by minimizing / eliminating the negotiating process. Wilsonville Toyota posts a consumer-friendly non-negotiable price for each vehicle. I found the pricing pleasantly aggressive. You can always feel like you're getting the best deal without feeling like you need razor sharp negotiating skills or Uncle Guido with you. Every staff member is friendly, helpful, and delivers exemplary customer service. This is true for all departments including sales, finance and service. I have been a patron of Wilsonville Toyota for three years and highly recommend them. I recently visited other Toyota dealerships, and can say without exception, I find them to be on the same level of luxury dealerships in overall experience. In my opinion, they are the best Toyota dealership out there. I recently worked with Robert Kupper, Scion Manager, who was a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to see a dealership who retains their employees long-term. Rob has been with Wilsonville Toyota since they opened and is knowledgable, professional, personable and funny (he's actually a stand up comedian in his off time). More
Nick was a great help to us in upgrading from a RAV 4 to a Sienna. We'd had a great experience with him about three years back with leasing the RAV and decided to come back and see what our options for trad a Sienna. We'd had a great experience with him about three years back with leasing the RAV and decided to come back and see what our options for trade it were. Luck for us Nick was there to help us out again. It was a very positive experience and took less time than we'd imagined. We got a great deal and more importantly, one that worked with our budget. We're very happy with our new Sienna and the whole "car buying experience" at Wilsonville Toyota. We plan to return again in a few years and keep recommending Nick and Wilsonville to family and friends. More
Called the dealership in advance & Sean Day had the 3 cars parked in front that I had requested to see. He gave us the background & explained the options each had. Then we took a test drive in the one cars parked in front that I had requested to see. He gave us the background & explained the options each had. Then we took a test drive in the one I originally thought I wanted. We came back & I asked about another that I had reviewed on the internet which he promptly took us to see. It was parked next to one that my daughter and I both drooled over. He was so nice (evidently used to working with women) about the complete turnaround and patiently explained this car which we purchased. When we came back to pick it up it had been completely detailed, oil change, new air filter AND new brakes. We were both surprised and delighted. Be sure to ask for SEAN DAY!! It was a pleasure to deal with Wilsonville Toyota-Scion. The price you see is THE PRICE, no hassle or waste of time! More

When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Sean who took me to the vehicle and gave me a test drive. Recently, like many people in this economy, I have had some credit challenges. Sean was very helpful in that regard and at putting me at ease that it wouldn't be a problem. More
Best buying experience ever. Started online, Don contacted me quickly. Set up a time to meet and test drive a couple of vehicles the following week. The dealership had a very nice used selection o contacted me quickly. Set up a time to meet and test drive a couple of vehicles the following week. The dealership had a very nice used selection of cars, and had one of every car that I was considering purchasing. So I was able to compare features all in one visit (probably about a 2 hour visit). Test drove 2 vehicles. When I let Don know I would be happy purchasing the same vehicle I had for the past 11 years (231,000 miles later), but really had some different needs now. He introduced me to the Rav4 which I was unfamiliar with. They loaned me one to take home overnight and test out, let other family members evaluate which was great. (my husband won't go near a dealership!) I was not in a great hurry once I made my decision, but Don went out of his way to get the exact model I wanted, drove to another dealership to get it. I arrived at 11am and by 2pm I was out of there, with exactly what I wanted. Don even helped me set up my phone with the blue tooth feature. I like the dealership website, it is full of information, and even has applications for financing. Toyota is a great company to work with, but this dealership is the best I have ever been in. Over the years, I have had some pretty awful experiences in dealerships, some attributed to my gender. Toyota Wilsonville has great employees, sales reps, managers, service and parts department and I highly recommend them! More

I HATE buying a NEW car! Normally I quip about having to take "valium" prior to walking in to a car dealer showroom. I have tried all the alternatives: Brokers, Costco, my Credit Union and even a 6'5" intim take "valium" prior to walking in to a car dealer showroom. I have tried all the alternatives: Brokers, Costco, my Credit Union and even a 6'5" intimidator! About 1 year and a half ago I was with a relative that purchased a new Sienna from Wilsonville Toyota and I marvelled at the ease and stress free experience. It was so contrary to what I had been used to it was truthfully hard to believe. Well after an exhautive search and decision making process I had decided which new car I wanted to purchase I was ready to make the plunge. You did not disappoint! My previous experience was repeated and you truly don't have any "BULLS". Your commercials are RIGHT to bad other Portland Dealers like the "T" brothers don't get a clue but I guess that makes it all the better for you. Dealing with one person is the way to go....no slimmy little closer to beat you up or the trade in "guy" telling you your trade in is...well you know! All in all a very good experience. I love my new RAV4..lots to learn about but I know if I have questions I can call or stop buy. Please keep up the great work and the super Customer Service. We know you have to make money but treating customers with respect and courtesy gets you so much more in the long run.....repeat customers for vehicles and service. Thanks for everything I slept well last night, no buyers remorse and my new baby even fit in the garage. I am a very happy customer! More
