Ronnie, I want to point out, helped answer my questions and understand what it means to own and drive a 4WD vehicle. This information was very helpful in my decision making process. Willsonville Toyota employs a process that includes no price negotiations. We are not used to that, but in the end we felt that it made the whole experience a little less nerve racking. When we came in, we knew what we wanted and the process was smooth and relaxing for the most part. We ended up staying really late as there was only one person processing sales. Under normal cercomstances this would have been a nightmare for our family to tolerate with kids running around and getting into things. Your staff, especially Matt Allison made our family feel welcome. This atmosphere made the difference in the whole car buying experience. I also want to make sure that Sean Day is recognized here. Though I never met him, he directed me to the right people to close the deal. It is a team effort and Wilsonville Toyote does a great job working as a team! My experiences with car dealerships has been pretty bad, until I decided to try to work with Wilsonville Toyota. The thought of not having to bargain about the price intriqued me. I had researched the Rav4 for about a year before I convinced myself to go in and talk to Scott. It was about noon on the day that I picked up my new car that we discussed what I was looking for. I told him that I had looked at the inventory they had on line and was ready to look at them on the lot. Being settled on the base model, I was reasonably sure I would be leaving with a new car that day. The only problem was my heart was set on the black forest pearl color and I knew they didn't have one, but I was ready to give that up. My appointment was set for 2:30 and when I got there, not only was there a black forest pearl Rav4 there, Scott had personally went through the process of trading for it and having it available to me. I am so fortunate to have a car that I absolutely love and the fact the exprerience of buying it was so pleasant is just another plus. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was on my way home with my new car by 4:15. I can not say enough about the positive, professional way I was treated. If and when I decide to buy another car, it will be from Wilsonville Toyota, and Scott McKowen. More

I had a horrible experience last time I bought a car, but this time was fantastic! I was greeted with a smile and hit it off immediately with Samuel Nelson. He took me right to it and we did a great test drive. I didn't have time to continue the process that day, so he came in the next day- his day off- and we looked at a few other options. I ended up with a new Venza that had everything I wanted at a price I am happy with! Basically, it was awesome.
