I chose this dealership because of the exhausting and unpleasant experiences I've had at other dealerships in the past. I'd heard about Wilsonville Toyota's philosophy of "No Bull" and I had a healthy sk unpleasant experiences I've had at other dealerships in the past. I'd heard about Wilsonville Toyota's philosophy of "No Bull" and I had a healthy skepticism before arriving. What I did get was fantastic service from Neil Barker who explained everything simply and with courtesy, and who handled my sale from beginning to end! (He was the opposite of the oily, high pressure, good cop/bad cop type of salesperson.) Bravo! And even though they promised a lot in their advertisements, the dealership delivered precisely as advertised! I have my beautiful new Camry at a great price with no negotiation, and I am very happy. (What I did not get was the classic "hard-sell" a run-around on price, or financing terms, or anything like I have been used to in the past. Being a bit of a car geek, I have helped several friends and family buy cars at other dealerships in the area, and I still have the bruises...) IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TO A DEALERSHIP THAT IS LIKE WILSONVILLE TOYOTA, YOU OWE YOURSELF THE TRIP - AND YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE HOW YOU ARE TREATED! over all good experiance. from the moment i walked in i dealt with only 1 person. we went out looked at the car i was intrested in, hashed out some numbers. Sean had already prepared a couple of options for me so once we had numbers worked out he then gave me options on a couple other vehicles so i could compare. I ended up getting the monthly payment i wanted, a lower intrestrate then i had hoped for and a newer car with less miles then i had originally looked at. i never once felt pressured in anyway. i will be selling my truck this next year and will go back to wilsonville toyota to purchase my next car. Sean listened to what i wanted and never once tried to steer me off to something i wasnt looking for. i definately will buy my next car from toyota wilsonville and deal with sean. More

Our vehicle's (AVALON) high-beam bulbs had shattered inside the lens causing us to have no other options for lights. This is a 2008 vehicle which was only 2 months out of warranty and of course we didn' inside the lens causing us to have no other options for lights. This is a 2008 vehicle which was only 2 months out of warranty and of course we didn't have an extended warranty on this vehicle due to never having to use the extended warranties on our previous Toyotas. Stacy took it upon herself to contact Toyota Headquarters and explain our situation to whomever and within a couple of hours she had obtained approval for a 100% replacement of the lens! This kind of service would not have been possible at the dealership from which my wife and I purchased our previous vehicles before purchasing at Wilsonville Toyota, this is only one of the many reasons that we will continue our relationship at this dealership!! Wilsonville Toyota is really "no bull" as advertised. The first and only price quoted to us was even a little bit under what Edmunds listed as the fair price. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone tired of the traditional car pricing model: where you have to offer a price to the sales person, and then the sales person takes it to their manager, and then they come out and show you some numbers and tell you how they are practically giving you the car for nothing... Come here instead and buy a great car for a fair price! More

bought a 2010 with a 1,000 dollar warranty was happy with purchase, the warranty i was told would cover everything on the vehicle even if its my fault, i brought it in because the left cigar lighter fuse was purchase, the warranty i was told would cover everything on the vehicle even if its my fault, i brought it in because the left cigar lighter fuse was tripping a lot and the right one has the same amp and volt rating and would handle the same load, and the compartment over my glove box was warped or hanging it didn't look the same as when i bought it, when i brought it in they said the cigar lighter was fine just use the right one because it has a heavier circuit and the left one was just for a cigar lighter which is obviously a lie based on the stickers on the sockets and they ordered a dash door that took 3 hours, i came back and they said it was done after another 3 hours and i took off when i looked at the compartment it looked the exact same and there was a dent in my dash, i took it back and asked what the deal they had the tech come out and told me there wasn't any real adjustment to the door, i said it probably needs a dash then since there isn't an adjustment and you dented my dash, they said they have a special "dash" guy on Wednesday that would take a look and would order a new door and see what it looks like, then when he made the appointment he tried to make it on Friday, so another 3 hours and more possible damage to my car.... basically i understand now why they have no bull on the sales floor, its because they sweep it all into the service department.
