Wilsonville sold me a "certified" car with 3 nearly bald tires, and ignored the proof I had from my mechanic and Les Schwab, including photos of the tires. They refused to admit that the vehicle did not meet Toyota standards, even though it clearly did not. Luckily I replaced the tires before having an accident, and still find it hard to believe that a dealership would allow me to drive away in a very unsafe car. Corporate Toyota referred me back to the dealership that was dishonest to begin with- hardly a way to serve a loyal customer.. Not only would I never set foot in Wilsonville Toyota, I will probably never buy another Toyota, after this experience. I still feel traumatized. More

This was our second purchase at Wilsonville Toyota. I went in to check out a loss leader advertised on the internet. I was looking for a company car and there were 2 Camry's in good condition posted. However, once Rochelle walked me through the Certified Pre-Owned lot, I came upon a Prius C that was in excellent shape. After test drive and negotiation, I purchased the Prius. Rochelle is very professional yet not pushy. Persuasive without being a car sales bully! Her follow up post sale has been very good. The dealer only had 1 key and another was going to cost several hundred dollars to purchase. She and her manager advocated for me to get one for free. It turns out, I knew the original owner of the car (she left her home address in the GPS), so I called her and she had the missing key and the manuals etc. I feel even better knowing who actually had this car for 3 years before me, I know what her driving patterns are like. All in all, a great place to buy a car. I've been driving Toyota's since my first Tercel in 1980! Reliable cars, they go forever! More
