Made Things Happen ahead of Schedule I met with sales person, Greg McMillan requesting information on the new Highlander. The vehicle was so popular that they did not have any on the lot I met with sales person, Greg McMillan requesting information on the new Highlander. The vehicle was so popular that they did not have any on the lot. BUT....there just so happened to be a meeting occurring at Wilsonville Toyota and one of the attendee's had a new Highlander. Greg went inside, borrowed the vehicle and took me for a test drive. Loved the vehicle and now....what is the price. Very Reasonable. Brought my husband in, we decided on the color and amount for trade in. I am rather stubborn in what I will pay and what I want. I was happy with the price but was not going to be able to get the car for a while because the new 2015's were just arriving and the color/interior I wanted was not coming to Oregon. The operations manager, Ron Owens was not to be deterred. He told me he would try and it would be a few weeks. 5 days later I got a call telling me the car would arrive that night and I could pick it up in the morning. I was driving home in my new 2015 Highlander by 10;30am the following day. So happy with my treatment and their business model. No bickering about price, just a fair and honest price. It should also be noted that in my stuborness and making sure I am getting the best deal I went to Gladstone Toyota and was given a price of $3000 higher and no matching Wilsonville's price. They told me the Highlander is in such high in demand that they don't need to meet their price. Need I say more? Wilsonville Toyota could have asked more for the vehicle but they are true to their "No Bull" price and I couldn't be happier. There is absolutely no pressure and this makes the experience rather fun. Thank you Greg and Ron. I will recommend you to friends and family!! P.S. Mr. Dave Jachter, Don't change a thing. He was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the options on the vehicles, comparisons of similar vehicles on the market, and was wonderful during the process of test driving. Being approved and setting up the financing and additional service options was stress free. Sean explained all of the paperwork and it was a relief to know they handle all of the DMV documents.
