He was incredibly helpful and friendly. We didn't mind the legenthy process because it felt like we were hanging out and visiting with a friend. I completely appreciated the fact that he didn't try to up sell us into warranties that didn't maken sense for us and our situation. Setting the standard of customer service. Brought our 2012 Prius in do 30k service. Was told service would take 2 hours and it was to the minute when it was done. Experience with Sean Day I originally visited Wilsonville Toyota to test drive a used 2007 Prius. While on the drive, Sean and I discussed my specifications for the car I want I originally visited Wilsonville Toyota to test drive a used 2007 Prius. While on the drive, Sean and I discussed my specifications for the car I wanted to purchase. After listening to me explain my needs for a car and my interest in the new Prius c, Sean suggested I consider leasing. He proceeded to compile two different payment options - one for the used Prius and one for the new Prius c. I returned the following weekend with my husband, who was skeptical of leasing. However, Sean was able to explain the benefits of leasing over purchasing for our situation, and we ended up driving off the lot in a new Prius c. Sean made the entire process stress free by being an informed, patient salesperson.
