After some time of rigorously crunching numbers and finding them way outside our financial limits, we doubted that we would be able to acquire the vehicle we needed. We have 4 children, one of which is a growing baby meaning larger car seats which don't all fit safely in a 4 door sedan. So our need for a sienna was dire. The situation looked grim. But through the heroic efforts of Shawn Tracy and Jake Hachmeister, they made it happen. They epitomize service, tenacity and a no-bull git-r-done mindset. Even though our credit score was outside the normal range to make our numbers work, they simply saw that as an obstacle to overcome rather than a stopping point. If you want a dealership who won't make excuses and a sales person who will help you if you're in a bit of a tough spot, come to this dealership and talk to Shawn Tracy. He will help you find what works best for you, your family and your budget, even if it takes lots of extra work on his part. Oh and then he held our baby while we moved our stuff from our old car into OUR Sienna. Now THAT'S service. And yep, having kids of his own he even had the daddy sway. Great first experience buying a car! I came to Wilsonville Toyota after visiting another dealership that didn't have what I wanted at their lot. I was immediately greeted by Jay and was given a tour asee he explained their business model. I told him what I was looking for and he put me in exactly the car I wanted! Jay took me through the financing options himself and was able to get me to themonthly payments I needed, I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Everyone I interacted with at Wilsonville Toyota were pleasant and kind it was a great experience! The only negative I have is that there was mud left on the driver'side door after they had detailed it. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone! So glad I went! More
