I received a call from the Nissan Dealer regarding discounts/rebates on the Nissan Juke which my husband drives. Prior to going there, I had an interest in the New Toyota Rav4 and decided to stop in discounts/rebates on the Nissan Juke which my husband drives. Prior to going there, I had an interest in the New Toyota Rav4 and decided to stop in at the Wilsonville Toyota first to check one out. I was not disappointed. Upon arriving there I checked out a few Rav4's and was greeted by Dallas Graham. He took sincere interest in all of my questions and concerns and began the process of getting me into the car that I really wanted. He took the time to explain to me all about Wilsonville Toyota, who they were and how their desire was to meet the needs of the customer by first making them feel welcome. He listened intently about why I wanted to trade my Jeep Compass in and realized how unhappy I was with the vehicle. We looked at several options, price points and payments as well as 3 test drives. He didn't seem to mind at all and was very patient with me as I can be very particular in what I want. Once I had decided on a vehicle, he went to great lengths to insure that I wasn't getting the everyday "car deal mumbo jumbo" that we are all used to. I began to realize that this was a very special and unique dealership and the associates were very kind, understanding and gave genuine concern for the customers. It wasn't about them just putting another car deal in their pocket. My husband stopped in after he got off of work and Dallas immediately greeted him, went over everything that was going on up to that point and then gave him the pleasant information that the deal was done and that I had got the vehicle. After speaking with Dallas, my husband mentioned to me that this was something a bit extraordinary as we were being treated as people and not faces on feet. There were a few details to be handled regarding the service contract and gap insurance on the Jeep and we were given excellent advice on what to do and when to do it. Dallas went as far as riding with us over to the Jeep dealership to handle the transaction because he sensed that we would immediately get the run around and he was correct. Arriving in person rather than trying to do it over the phone paid off as we were able to start the process of recovery. At first we were told that it couldn't be done and then Dallas stepped in for professional assistance that paid off in a great way. On the following Monday, my husband went to speak to the associates at the Jeep dealership and was immediately stale mated. He then stopped by to see Dallas to explained the situation. Dallas asked him to hold on and left the room for a moment and came back with a gentlemen named Ron Owens. Ron was very kind and took charge of the situation and called the GM at the Jeep dealership and was able to get everything taken care of. That was something that impressed my husband to no end. My husband is a man of great insight and can read people very well. He saw Dallas and Ron as men of great integrity. In wasn't about the car deal or finances. It was about the customer and their concerns. He also expressed to me that he knew that without a shadow of a doubt that he could depend on them for anything. Their word was as solid as a rock. The very next day, everything went exactly as was discussed and we were able to look back on this experience as something that we regard as not only a great car deal but one of meeting GREAT PEOPLE!!!!. I am extremely happy with my new Rav4 and the highest level of customer service that we experienced at Wilsonville Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and make sure to ask for Dallas Graham. Also, I would recommend the honor of meeting Ron Owens. WE came to the dealership last week with a need for a reliable, 'no bells and whistles' car, to get myself to work and back and possibly run a few errands. We were very hesitant about it all since buying a car is something my wife and I have had to do only once however, Greg took took the edge off with a mix of friendliness and educated experience, that helped us understand the terms, costs and benefits associated with our vehicle choice. Everything was awesome and we left with a 3 year lease on a 2013 Silver Grey Toyota Corolla and ALL thanks to the excellent work of your staff and especially Greg. Your facilities are amazing, your hospitality is above par of any of your competitors and it was a very positive experience. I feel terrible for having forgotten his name, but I had the greatest experience with the Jamaican man from your dealership a few weeks ago. I visited Wilsonville Toyota because my previous vehicle was i the greatest experience with the Jamaican man from your dealership a few weeks ago. I visited Wilsonville Toyota because my previous vehicle was involved in an accident and completely totalled. So although I was in desperate need of some new wheels, I never felt as though my salesman was out to take advantage of my situation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy. While test driving my vehicle, he asked some good questions and made sure that I felt comfortable behind the wheel and made sure I was confident about my purchase. It is this same friendly, no-pressure type of treatment I have come to enjoy over the years. I have been a regular customer of Wilsonville Toyota for years and have always appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable service I have received from your dealership. When I told some friends that I was in the market for a new car, they encouraged me to "shop around" to make sure I got the best deal. But for me, there is more to a good deal than just the price of a car. While I am confident that I received a good deal, for me the greatest measure of satisfaction is in knowing that I will always be treated with courtesy and respect and that my business is genuinely appreciated. Wilsonville Toyota may not be convenient for everyone, but if you live in the immediate area I strongly urge that you give them a try. You will not be sorry. They have my highest recommendation! L. We purchased a truck from a different dealership in September 2012 and no only had a horrible experience but wound up with an even worse deal. It was time to fix that so we went to trade it in for something better. My mom had purchased her Prius from Wilsonville Toyota and kept telling us to at least go give them a chance. We decided to make mom happy and at least stop there to take a look. I have to say we are VERY happy we did. Dallas introduced himself to us right away and asked us to explain what we were looking for. We gave him the whole back story and he listen without interrupting or trying to guess what we were trying to say. He then took us on a tour explaining everything about the dealership and what to expect when working with him. He spent his time with us and we found what we thought we wanted and he gave us the numbers. Just to make sure we were getting the best deal we left and he didn't try to force us into staying. We checked two other dealerships and walked out of each very frazzled and not at all listened too. We immediately called Dallas and let him know we were on our way and get everything ready. We got back to Wilsonville Toyota and sure enough he had everything ready to go. It took barley any time to have everything done and be out the door. After we left my husband turned to me and said "any car we buy from now on will be from Wilsonville Toyota" and I agree. There is no where I have ever been where I felt so valued, told the truth every step of the way and really listened too. We will be back again and will send everyone we know there. More

Mr. Ferranti went out of his way to research the special equipment I requested in addition to developing a fair very competitive price. Mr. Ferranti not only delivered the product as advised but was attentive; keeping me informed during the truck’s construction, transportation and subsequent delivery. Mr. Ferranti continues to be in contact with me today. He and Wilsonville Toyota appear to be above the fray. Their singular contact approach to sales is very smooth and without pressure. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a newToyota contact Mr. Ferranti prior to a purchase elsewhere. More
I had a great experience with Scott McKowen yesterday... he went well out of his way to give me a great deal on my Tacoma, completed the paperwork for the loan, and delivered my vehicle to my home 70 miles he went well out of his way to give me a great deal on my Tacoma, completed the paperwork for the loan, and delivered my vehicle to my home 70 miles away, arriving at 8 pm. He was willing to work overtime, even when the paperwork was signed, he took the time to show me all new accessories available on my new Tacoma. He connected my iPhone to my touch screen, and that was actually one of the things I was worried about, as I am not tech savvy. He was kind to my disabled husband, and took time to answer his questions about the paperwork. All this was done without me having to step foot into the dealership! That says alot about how comfortable I was with Scott, and Paul Heinrich, who originally contacted me. I felt I could trust them to do be honest, and give me the very best (no bull:-)) deal.
