While he was then new to the dealership, I never felt any inadequacies on his part. Quite the opposite; he was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. I never felt pressured or compelled to seek out a newer or more expensive car; he was genuinely interested in making the car I wanted a reality. There was a glitch with missing keys (not Brian's fault) and he did everything he could to make it better. I feel very safe in my car and feel very proud about my choice to get my car through Toyota Wilsonville. The other staff are great too such as Ron who I think is the GSM.
