Brad was a great person to sell me my new Toyota Yaris. When I walked onto the Wilsonville Toyota dealership for the first time, I had been out of the country for the past four years. It took me a long time to decide what I wanted to buy and I kept coming back to the delearship to look again and to test drive the cars... I never felt "rushed" by Brad. He took time to get to know me and my situation, what I was looking for and to answer each and every question I had with professionalism and a friendly spirit. I appreciated how he responsive he was to my needs and I felt like he really "cared" about me. This was the first time that I had such an experience with a car dealership (AND I VISITED A LOT OF THEM LOOKING FOR "MY" CAR!). Anyway, I think Brad should be complimented for the way he deals with people, the focus on "service" he provides, and the infectious friendly spirit he has that spreads to those around him. As I looked around, I couldn't find another dealer that would give me a better price and I feel lucky to have been searching during the 0% financing time, which will help me a lot. I was shopping for a replacement car and was treated honestly with a fair trade-in value for my car and a good price that was very competitive on a used car. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. We did not feel any pressure and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
