Very nice dealership. First impression was excellent. When my wife and I first walked into the dealership we were greeted by a nice lady who determined what we needed help with. Michael Heatherly was standing next to her and took over from there. Michael sold me and my wife a new Corolla on Friday and he did a wonderful job. Initially I planned to buy a Yaris, but after realizing that the Yaris didn't have the trunk space we needed, he suggested that we take a look at the Corolla. The Corolla had plenty of room for our family and some additional features I didn't expect in a car for that price. Their "one price" policy is certainly the only way to buy a car. Instead of fighting for 3 hours over the price you can know right away what you're going to pay. Michael was helpful, friendly, courteous, and VERY knowledgable about Toyota vehicles. I can't say it enough how nice and helpful he was through the entire process. There was never any pressue to buy! I would recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy a new car at Wilsonville Toyota. More

In the past we have had a terrible experience buying a car from a dealership. We took a chance and stopped by and was greeted by your salesman, Michael Heatherly. We find ourselves coming back to Wilsonville Toyota. We have only worked with one salesperson, Elle, so we can't comment on others, but we due to her professionalism and knowledge, we really didn't want to have only worked with one salesperson, Elle, so we can't comment on others, but we due to her professionalism and knowledge, we really didn't want to work with anyone else. Elle is the real reason we returned. (twice now) What we appreciated this time around was her willingness to show us everything on each car. We ended up with a Prius, which was the last car I expected to purchase that day. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and expedient. Sure, you could probably save a couple of hundred bucks searching all over, obtaining your own financing, dealing with seller's you don't know, or overpay and talk to 12 different people with cheesy sales tactics at other dealers.....or you could just call Elle. She is honest and will not steer you into anything that you are not completely satisfied with... Thanks Elle~! More

I came into Wilsonville Toyota last April after my car of 10 years saw it's last day. Jason Thompson helped me through the process of leasing my first car. I must say that buying a car from Don Pendleton was the most fun I have ever had buying a car. He epitomizes customer service and Wilsonville Toyota is fortunate to have such an asset.
