Well, the commercial they have about NO BULL is definitely correct! From the moment we arrived and were greeted at the door it was nothing like the typical car dealership. Plus meeting the Sales Manager, Josh, was like saying hi to a friend. His whole persona was great and made us feel comfortable right off the bat! Very impressed with him and James. James did a great job with providing info. about the truck we were buying and very friendly and easy to talk to. I would also like to say that the guy that detailed our new vehicle did a great job and was very courteous and friendly as well. This was nothing like the typical dealership we dealt with 10 years ago with dickering back and forth with several guys and taking 6 to 8 hours leaving us exhausted and stressed out! My wife and I were looking for a Toyota Highlander and decided to try out Wilsonville Toyota. I reserved a test drive in a highlander online and when I showed up was promptly greeted at the door by Colin decided to try out Wilsonville Toyota. As it turns out Colin was the one giving me the tour of the highlander. From the beginning the no bull feeling was there. No pressure and no stress. Colin gave me a great tour of the vehicle with all the bells and whistles. He definitely knew his stuff. Next, it was on to the test drive. We drove the normal route and took it out on the freeway. Colin explained the no bull process to me and it was a very comfortable conversation. After we finished, we were not ready to buy, there was no pressure to get in and do a deal. We went on our way to sleep on it. Unfortunately, that vehicle sold and they did not have another that suited our interests at the time. Even though I did not purchase from Wilsonville I would and have recommended friends to do any toyota shopping there with Colin. They have a huge inventory, very knowledgable staff, and a great feel to the whole dealership. More
