Great experience. We called the dealership first to make sure the truck we were looking for was still available. The guy on the phone (Don Pendleton) was the SAME guy that met us at the dealership, showed u sure the truck we were looking for was still available. I was skeptical about the "No Bull" pricing on t.v. but was pleasantly surprised after driving up to Wilsonville. Sales experience was the easiest and most efficient I have ever had! I'm a single mom and was leary of bringing my energetic 5 yr old son with me to look for a vehicle. My son was greeted with an offer for a juice box and fruit snacks (he was sold) and then he saw it...the large play room complete with chalkboard wall. He could have played there for hours. Thankfully the buying process didn't take hours! In fact, the longest part of the process was the multiple test drives I needed to take to make my decision. Paperwork was relatively painless :-) Rob is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He was efficient, friendly and Customer Service is his #1 priority: bought the car Wed. tire pressure warning light came on Sunday. Called Rob and asked him what I could do...Les Schwab was closed. He told me to come to the dealership and he would personally take care of it. Dressed in his nice work clothes he and another employee (I think Russ) changed my tire to the spare. (30 min from waking in to driving off) AMAZING. THANK YOU Rob, Wilsonville Toyota and the staff for the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

In a very professional and honest manner, Carrie presented me with an excellent price and finance rate for a new Corolla.
