In February of 2014 (this year), I bought a new 2014 Toyota 4-Runner Limited from Colin Thompson and the buying experience blew me away and made me a In February of 2014 (this year), I bought a new 2014 Toyota 4-Runner Limited from Colin Thompson and the buying experience blew me away and made me a Wilsonville Toyota fan immediately. At the end of March my daughter was in a bad car accident and her beloved Mini Cooper was totaled. We first made plans to get her another Mini and we were not happy with the Mini of Portland line up or condition of their used AND new fleet of cars. Kind of fed yup with trying to deal with locating a Mini I suddenly though, "What the heck am I doing?!'. I told my wife I am calling Colin and I immediately called Wilsonville Toyota to get ahold of him. When I called I was immediately patched through to his phone and told him what I was interested in. I was interested originally in getting my daughter a new Scion FRS and had a down payment in mind that Colin began to immediately run some numbers on. Shortly after he called me back and said he had worked it all out and to come and see him. We immediately high tailed it to Wilsonville and saw Colin with the car I was interested in all polished up and right out front waiting. We went inside and in the showroom was a new Scion TC Monogram edition in Cement grey (awesome color!). My wife and I immediately changed gears and though this would be trendy and a little more practical for my daughter. Once again we had a great shopping experience with Colin. He explained everything and went over all the difference maintenance/service plans and some options with us. Colin was very consistent and was as professional and personable as the first time we met him. Ron Owens, the Vehicle Operations Director came by and greeted us to thank us for our business and that helped to elevate the customer service experience. If I can make any recommendation to anyone who is a fan of Toyota or Scion and not a fan of the buying experience, it would be to go to Wilsonville Toyota Scion to experience a better customer service and purchasing environment. I am already planning what my next car from them will be. More

We had no intention of buying a new car, just wanted to check out the dealership. We were greeted by Ron and introduced to Billy. Both were extremely polite and professional. We never felt pressured to purchase but as the process went along, we felt the product was excellent, trade in was very fair, and thoroughly enjoyed the easy manner and information provided by Billy. We are long time Toyota owners and have purchased from several different dealers in the Portland metropolitan area. This was by far the best experience we have had and would recommend Wilsonville Toyota for anyone shopping or not shopping for a Toyota. Thanks again to both Ron and Billy. More

I had found a car on the Wilsonville Toyota website and made an appointment to come in and look at it, so I knew what I was looking for by the time I got there. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted right away. Shawn gave me a tour and then showed me the car I had asked about-- a certified pre-owned 2013 Toyota Corolla LE. He explained all its features and answered any questions I had. When we test drove the car he was very attentive and honest about anything I asked. When it came time to make the actual purchase, Shawn made the process really easy. He was very helpful, nice, and transparent. By that I mean I didn't feel like any information was hidden or that I was being taken advantage of. Shawn was clear and up front. This being my first car purchase, I had lots of questions and wanted to know all the little details, and Shawn was very patient and kind. Throughout the entire experience Shawn was funny and made things feel much more comfortable, which helped calmed my nerves in making such a big decision. Shawn asked several times if I had any questions or concerns. I really felt like he (and the whole team at Wilsonville Toyota) was truly involved and tried to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible. Since my purchase, Shawn has followed up with me several times to make sure I am still happy with the car (which I am!) and he has shared in my excitement over my purchase while continuing to offer support and advice if anything comes up. I am so pleased with my experience at Wilsonville Toyota. Shawn is awesome and I am so thankful for all of his help. I first called the dealership to see if they still had the car I was interested in, they were very helpful and set me up with an appointment to test drive the car the next morning.
