He was patient, kind, funny, and helped my mother and I go exhaustively over every conceivable mode of getting my car: We went over financing vs. leasing, warranty vs. no warranty vs. lesser warranty, money down vs. no money down and he never got tired of helping us. I ended up driving away in a Toyota Carolla LE Eco and I've been on cloud nine ever since. This is the first new car I have owned and my peace of mind knowing that no matter what comes I am taken care of is worth every penny! I definitely recommend Wilsonville Toyota and in particular Scot. I will be returning when and if the time comes to trade in and up:) More

Unbelieveable! , and not in a good way. I took my 4-runner in for repair. I had a $300.00 pair of sunglasses that were in the center console of the vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle just I took my 4-runner in for repair. I had a $300.00 pair of sunglasses that were in the center console of the vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle just over a week later when the repair was done. The sunglasses were gone. They were never found. This is not something I would have ever expected to happen. I would not recommend taking your vehicle in if this is the kind of thing that is going to happen. If you do decide to take your vehicle there, make sure you remove all of your personal belongings. A shame. More

Jay Serhan was my representative and did a superb job helping me select a vehicle in a no-pressure and no-haggle environment. Unlike other dealerships where you get bounced between salespeople, managers and finance guys, at Wilsonville, you get a single rep who does everything for you. This greatly speeds the car buying process. I'm used to spending 4-6 hours at a dealership waiting for paperwork to get done. I don't know what this dealership does differently, but we had the deal done and paid for in a fraction of that time. This was my 12th car, but my first time at Wilsonville Toyota, and it was most pleasant and least stressful car buying experience. I'll definitely be back.
