Down to earth, genuine salesman. Colin was a great help to us in choosing our car. We put him through a good amount of obstacles and he rose to the occasion. Wonderful experience! We was referred to Wilsonville Toyota by a co-worker who told me about her very positive experience. So even though we have a former neighbor who wor We was referred to Wilsonville Toyota by a co-worker who told me about her very positive experience. So even though we have a former neighbor who worked for a competing Toyota dealership, we decided to take the drive out to Wilsonville. I had searched thoroughly online and was able to compare Wilsonville posted online prices with another dealer who also posted prices on line and Wilsonville beat them by quite a bit! Mike was wonderful to work with during the process and we were done in a little over 2 hours! Thank you!! More

My second experience with Wilsonville Toyota Joey was excellent and I recommend the dealership. However, there was too much waiting around and too many suggestions that we were just about finishe Joey was excellent and I recommend the dealership. However, there was too much waiting around and too many suggestions that we were just about finished when we were not. I'll put up with that if I can trust the dealership, however. Joey was very personable, genuine and more knowledgable about cars than most, having been a mechanic. He was able to help me think more clearly about which of the several cars I was considering would best suit me. What I wanted most from a dealership I got and what I wanted from a car salesman I got, namely a feeling of confidence that I had the information I needed to make a decision I would be happy with. If I return to Wilsonville Toyota, I will ask for him. I was surprised to discover, however, that the 5 day no-questions-asked, get-your-money-back return policy isn't quite what it seems. First, you are allowed just 125 miles which I would use up just driving home. Second, you don't get all your money back as there is a $250 restocking fee. Thinking about it, I can understand the need for restrictions of this sort and a no-questions-asked return policy of any sort is remarkable in a car dealership. However, it probably should be advertised as a 125 mile, 5 day, no-questions-asked return policy and saying "get your money back" implies you will get it all back. I don't question the need for these restrictions in car sales but but the five-day return policy is one powerful reason for feeling you can trust a dealership. A 125-mile return policy, on the other hand, isn't so useful for some of us. More
