In May 2014 we stumbled upon a hidden gem (Wilsonville Toyota-Scion). We had bought all of our previous new cars from Ron Tonkin. We were looking to get some price points before sitting down with Ron Tonkin and their 10 hour negotiating nightmare. Colin Thompson greeted us at the lot, and right away noticed the instant cold shoulder I give all sales men. He explained to us about their "No Bull" policy (that I wasn't buying into, because all sales men are pushy creeps,.. so I thought). He patiently took us through just about every car on the lot, encouraging us to test-drive anything we wanted. After several hours of looking & driving we said that we needed to go home and sleep on it (trying to avoid going into their office), but somehow we ended up inside sitting down. He drew up some numbers for us, and let us go on our merry way. The next day my husband and I decided to go to another dealership (Gladstone Toyota), before we stepped out of our 4-Runner we had a cheap-suited salesmen at our door begging us to trade in our 4-Runner (I think he might have even drooled on it), instantly we felt like a piece of meat that he wanted to chew up and spit out. We walked about 10 feet to their Prius section, the prices were about $8,000 more than Wilsonville and the salesman was already trying to push inside to negotiate prices. We walked straight back to our suv, got in, and drove back to Wilsonville Toyota-Scion. Our second trip to Wilsonville Toyota we were once again greeted by Colin, and again he patiently spent hours with us looking and driving several cars. We eventually found the color/options that we wanted. We went inside and started to draw up the paperwork. Just as we were about to sign, we got cold feet (and a phone call) that made us feel like we needed to put a bit more thought into our purchase. We made Colin put a hold on everything and went to dinner to talk it over once more. An hour later we returned and purchased a 2014 Beautiful Bright Red Prius. Colin Thompson made this process enjoyable, he was very knowledgeable, and very patient with us. We will not think twice about where we will purchase our next new vehicle, it will be at Wilsonville Toyota and with Colin Thompson!! Wilsonville Toyota truly is "No Bull" you pay the sticker price (which is the lowest price you will find anyway). No nightmare Negotiating! More

This was very surprisingly due to the past car buying experiences which were all very uneasy and unknown. It seemed like every time they would go back into the financial office; it felt like they were scheming against me. I was glad that Colin changed my impression of car salesman. Since I was younger, I grew up with Toyotas in my family, and tracing back to my first car – it was the pilot Scion model. I’m glad the service has only improved in quality over the years. To conclude, my experience at Wilsonville Toyota was excellent and I would recommend it to my friends and family. More

When I arrived at Wilsonville Toyota I asked f I had been researching new and used trucks for several weeks, and the time came to make dealer visits. When I arrived at Wilsonville Toyota I asked for Greg. He proceeded to guide me through the entire process of purchasing my 2014 Tundra. He asked pointed questions to get me into the right vehicle for the test drive, demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle, and the sat back and let my wife and I check the truck out. He talked me through all the comparable models that were available both new and used, and went through the pros and cons, and gave me his opinions of choices based on his experience as a Tundra owner, as well as a person who has driven the various models. He also went out of the way to do a dealer trade to get me the color and model that I desired. The purchase decision was not an easy one... I was looking at other manufacturers as well, but the level of comfort I achieved with the Tundra helped me to decide with confidence. Greg walked me through the rest of the buying experience, including a trade-in, and fully explained the extended warranty and ToyotaCare options that were available. We settled on a financing package that suited me, and I walked out of there a happy new truck owner! More
Easy Breezy This was my first time getting a loan to buy a new(ish) car from a dealer - I've always bought old cars for cash. I knew NOTHING about the process. Jason (Jamaica Jason) did it all. He made the whole experience easy, uncomplicated and with good humor. He took the time to ensure I fully understood what we were doing, my options, and the pros and cons. I changed my mind a jillion times, but it never seemed to phase him. He was very patient with me, and always smiling. This dealership is incredible and I would recommend it to anyone (especially first time buyers!). Everybody is kind and helpful. The employees look like they enjoy working there (a big plus). And best of all I LOVE the car I chose! More

Excellent Customer Service and Knowledge I recently purchased a used 2013 Toyota Corolla with the help of Jay Serhan. I went in to the dealership knowing very little of what I wanted, and Jay I recently purchased a used 2013 Toyota Corolla with the help of Jay Serhan. I went in to the dealership knowing very little of what I wanted, and Jay was able to steer me into the direction that I needed. Upon narrowing it down to three cars (a 2009 Honda Civic, the 2013 Toyota Corolla, and a 2014 Toyota Prius) Jay was able to help me weigh out the pros and cons of my decision. He was patient with my decision process and offered me informed and honest feedback. When I made my final decision, he was able to thoroughly explain the financing options, and offered me detailed information about warranties. All in all, I walked into Toyota very unsure of what my outcome would be, and I left confident that I made the best decision possible for what I needed. Jay played a significant part in this and went above and beyond to ensure that I left a happy customer. I'm very excited to now drive my Corolla (that even has a sunroof)! More

After speaking to Andrew about our driving habits and our needs he suggested that we consider Keeping our truck and think about getting an economy car. My wife fell in love with the 2014 Prius. We sat with Andrew and after running all the numbers, we came to the conclusion that owning the Prius would pay for itself with the fuel savings alone. I've had to call with questions a couple of times about the Prius, Andrew has always had the answer and after making the first work trip, it's already saved half of the payment just in fuel savings! I love my truck and hated the idea of trading it in, Andrew was an honest and insightful assistant in our auto purchase. I have never had the privilege to " buy new" . I would certainly buy again at Wilsonville Toyota and would absolutely ask for Andrew. Thank you for making my first new car purchase a pleasant and hassle free experience. More
Greg made downsizing fun! I absolutely loved my 2012 Highlander but because of life changes it was more than I needed. Awesome experience I was dreading the 'car buying' experience and had pushed off looking for a new vehicle for awhile. However, after speaking with friends and family th I was dreading the 'car buying' experience and had pushed off looking for a new vehicle for awhile. However, after speaking with friends and family that had recently gone to Wilsonville Toyota and hearing what a great experience they had I figured it was worth giving it a shot. I was already aware of the no bull price from seeing the commercials but I was excited to learn of the opportunity to work with only one representative. When I arrived at Wilsonville Toyota my wife and I were greeted by Colin Thompson and realized immediately how friendly he was. I was glad to know that he was ultimately going to be our dealer. He was personable and didn't come off as trying to close or get a deal. He seemed genuinely interested in our needs and wants and ensured that they were met or addressed. Throughout the entire process I did not feel at anytime like I was being haggled or mislead. Colin made the entire experience rewarding and comfortable. He has also continued to help us even after purchasing the vehicle which I find exceptional customer service. Because of his eagerness to help and the overall atmosphere of Wilsonville Toyota I know that I will continue to do my business there versus going to another dealership and risk being disappointed. I love my new car and I love how great the experience was! More
