Unbelieveable! , and not in a good way. I took my 4-runner in for repair. I had a $300.00 pair of sunglasses that were in the center console of the vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle just I took my 4-runner in for repair. I had a $300.00 pair of sunglasses that were in the center console of the vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle just over a week later when the repair was done. The sunglasses were gone. They were never found. This is not something I would have ever expected to happen. I would not recommend taking your vehicle in if this is the kind of thing that is going to happen. If you do decide to take your vehicle there, make sure you remove all of your personal belongings. A shame. More

I had a horrible experience at Nissan and was feeling discouraged about trading in my car for a new car until I went to Wilsonville Toyota. From beginning to end, it was truly a wonderful experience at Wilsonville Toyota! Brian Lloyd listened to what I wanted and went out of his way to make it happen. The whole process was easier than I could have ever expected. I'm still in shock at how easy, simple and positive the experience was. I walked out with the new 2015 Toyota Camry. And I LOVE it! The Toyota Camry is an amazing car and I'm so grateful to Wilsonville Toyota for all that they did! Thank you Wilsonville Toyota!!! More

Great Experience! I purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Wilsonville Toyota. Jay Serhan was my representative and did a superb job helping me select a vehicle in a no-pressure and no-haggle environment. Unlike other dealerships where you get bounced between salespeople, managers and finance guys, at Wilsonville, you get a single rep who does everything for you. This greatly speeds the car buying process. I'm used to spending 4-6 hours at a dealership waiting for paperwork to get done. I don't know what this dealership does differently, but we had the deal done and paid for in a fraction of that time. This was my 12th car, but my first time at Wilsonville Toyota, and it was most pleasant and least stressful car buying experience. I'll definitely be back. Great job, Wilsonville, and many thanks to you, Jay, for your excellent service and follow-up! More
