He was always anticipating our needs and knew how to show us only the vehicles that we were interested in. There was no pressure on us to spend more for a vehicle than we wanted to and his sense of humor made the entire process just fly by. Colin also had great attention to detail and made sure that every document he showed us was completely accurate. During the process we had some minor "wait times" due to how busy the dealership was, but Colin always kept us informed, offered us beverages and made sure we did not have to wait any longer than was necessary. Overall, the entire process went like clockwork and it was a joy to only have to deal with one person from the test drive to closing the deal to taking delivery. I would highly recommend Colin Thompson and Wilsonville Toyota to anyone looking for a quality car buying experience. More

He treated us with total respect, and made buying a car fun instead of a horror. We were in and out in less time than I think it has ever taken; amazing! And I was able to drive the car home the same day!! I have already told other people about this experience. The commercials are actually telling the truth! I would recommend Billy Yi to anyone who is planning on coming to look for a car. He definitely has our high praises! More

It was nice to deal with one person and not have the run around like all the other dealerships out there..Colin Thompson is a great sales person and he explained everything for us so we would understand everything and was centered on us instead of trying to push us through and just try to get a sale. It's nice when you can joke around with the person you are talking with and still be able to take care of our questions and help us with our paperwork the way we want...no pressure. Thanks Colin... Colin went out of his way to make us comfortable and have a great experience we will tell are friends to go to Wilsonville Toyota.. Its was nice meeting Dave the no bull guy... Loved the "No Bull" attitude I very much enjoyed my recent experience at Wilsonville Toyota. The fact that I was able to stay with Joey from beginning to end was great. There was no shuffling around or "cheesey salesman feel" about our interaction. I feel as though I was taken seriously and valued as a customer while buying my first "new" car. All of my options were explained clearly and concisely. It felt as though Joey was honestly trying to get my the best deal and was advocating for me as a person, not a commission. An Amazing Car Buying Experience After 25 years of looking like the local soccer mom, I wanted something new and different. My first car was a Toyota Corolla SR5 so I went in looking After 25 years of looking like the local soccer mom, I wanted something new and different. My first car was a Toyota Corolla SR5 so I went in looking for a Corolla or Camry. Greg McMillin at Wilsonville Toyota was very nice and patient - - seeing my disappointment when I realized how small the interiors of the cars were after driving a van sor so long, he said he had seen this before and he had a couple suggestions that might just work. The first one was the Prius V -- SOLD - - Big and roomy like the van without seating for the entire neighborhood - - a nice large hatch (instead of a trunk) for easy access for groceries, etc., and the option to lay the back seats down and increase the space for hauling. I don't have to give up some of the conveniences of the van but I don't have to drive a van - - best of both worlds. The second car he suggested was the Scion. The Scion was nice too, but I was already sold on the Prius. Greg was amazing. He was more concerned about helping us find something that would work than just making a sale. He could tell that I really didn't know what I wanted when I realized the Corolla and Camry were so small - - only that I wanted to upgrade from the van. Instead of hard selling the smaller cars, he took the time to offer suggestions and help us find something that would work. We didn't spend all day at the car lot trying to negotiate a sale - - we didn't get passed from one person to the next to force a sale. Greg told us up front - - no hard sell - - no extra people stepping in - - one person of contact - - - and he wasn't kidding. The best experience I have ever had in buying a car. No one likes to go car shopping, but my experience with Wilsonville Toyota and Greg McMillin was amazing. If there is a perfect scenario for buying a car - it is this one. I knew what I wanted and found out that wasn't what I wanted - Greg knew what he had to offer and offered good suggestions. It was a win win for the both of us -- I love my Prius - - thanks to Greg McMillin. More

Greg was very helpful in showing us a vehicle that would work for us and our needs. And beyond Greg, Wisonville Toyota has great staff and an owner who is willing to help out nonprofits in the area. The best part about Greg was is accessibility. He was easy to get a hold of my cell, text and email as we finalized the deal and paperwork. And, while waiting for our newly purchased car to get one last free car wash, I was thrilled to wait in the lounge with over stuffed chairs, coffee (with a free mug!), snacks and I could have also gotten a free massage! Wilsonville Toyota & Greg have the service model down to a science. More
