I have only purchased VW's my entire life, so I didn't know what to expect in even considering a Toyota. After watching others for years purchase and love their Prius hybrids, I was still a bit reluctant know what to expect in even considering a Toyota. After watching others for years purchase and love their Prius hybrids, I was still a bit reluctant to investigate such a big change in my driving life. All of that changed the minute my partner and I met Ellie Treinen. From the start of our long list of questions, Ellie was the best listener, clearest communicator and most articulate advocate for both Toyota ... AND us! Without rush or reluctance of any kind, she spent hours taking care that we were comfortable with every system, accessory and driving style question that we sent her way. We are now the VERY proud owners of a 2012 Prius III and couldn't be happier with our choice, our good fortune to work with Ellie, and the one-stop shopping customer service that Wilsonville Toyota offered us. I was very hesitant and anxious about purchasing a vehicle as I know little about vehicles, avoid negotiation and I am a female. When I first visited Wilsonville Toyota I was just looking. Neil Barker was so nice and helpful that I went back the next day and bought a new Highlander. My family has purchased no less than 20 cars over the years (my dad and I are car junkies), and Wilsonville Toyota-Scion provided hands down the easiest and most pain free experience ever. I'm still ama years (my dad and I are car junkies), and Wilsonville Toyota-Scion provided hands down the easiest and most pain free experience ever. I'm still amazed today and tell all my friends and family just how easy buying a car from them was. I worked with one person the entire time and Ron Patterson was the greatest. Even though he has just started in the business, he was completely professional, and went to great lenghts to make sure I was comfortable, and wasn't stressed. Dave Jachter (sp?) has made sure that what he promotes in his commercials, stands true once you walk onto his lot. I arrived at 9am, told Ron what I wanted then left the lot for a personal appointment. Within a couple hours they called me on the phone and said the deal was a go. No going back and forth, no extra paperwork... Just the deal I requested. I will make it a point to buy any future cars, and any cars my family buys from Wilsonville Toyota and Ron Patterson. Buying from them eased my fear of buying cars! More

I went in there to buy a truck for my first time from a dealer. I knew what i wanted and had all my ducks in a row. All the sales men had to do was show me the truck. The first sales men I talked to was te dealer. I knew what i wanted and had all my ducks in a row. All the sales men had to do was show me the truck. The first sales men I talked to was terrible!!! I was pretty much on my way out the door. Then I started to talk to Samuel Nelson. He knew I wasn't very happy at the time. I told him what was going on and he asked if he could give it a shot as to selling me a truck. I was reluctant but said sure why not. The more i talked to him the more i felt like i made the right decision to stay. He went out of his way to get what i asked for and never missed a beat. I wouldn't have did anything different. Great customer service, he was very friendly, from start to finish, and his quality of work was awesome! I was happy with the price of the truck at the end and what I was getting out of it. More
